Living space includes 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances including under counter icemaker, hardwood floors throughout and tile in bathrooms. Includes WiFi, cable with SEC Network.

Spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating, dinning area, overlooking lake with plenty of shade to enjoy summer afternoons with second deck area on ground level. Boat launch just down the street. Plenty of parking and level yard for kids to play. A canoe and kayaks available for renters use.

On the first level is a comfortable master suite with king bed, tile shower, garden tub and 50" TV and Blu Ray Player. Guest king bedroom with private bathroom with 37" TV and Blu Ray Player. Open family room with 25ft. ceilings, fireplace, 70” TV with Amazon/Netflix, dinning area that seats 10 and kitchen. Small office desk fully equipped with office supplies, all-in-one printer to take care of any basic business needs while you are away.

Upstairs provides amazing lake views with one king bedroom with private bathroom, 42" TV and Blu Ray player and another bedroom with two twins with bathroom, 37" TV and Blu Ray player. Bonus room provides a dream space for kids: 70” TV, PS4 with games, Apple TV, great seating for movies and two twin beds.

Relax lakeside in hammock or in adirondack chairs on dock watching the family enjoy the lake. Secure your boat and PWC at your own private dock. Great swimming area with water ranging from 3 ft. to 8ft in a safe - non boat traffic area.

The Property and location were great. My only complaints were the oven which was not working properly and the outside stairs leading to the boat dock had a handrail that needed to be replaced. It was a family vacation and we cooked all our meals at the house which means the oven was a major inconvenience.

The most amazing house with great boat/lake access. Very clean, great porch to sit and relax with amazing view. Perfect swim area off the dock. Host is very kind and helpful and neighbors are so sweet. We cannot wait to book again.

This is a beautiful home on prime Lake Martin lakefront. It was the perfect location for a quick ride into Auburn. It is also in close proximity to several marinas and restaurants. I would 100% stay at this location again in the future. Paul and Christy were very communicative and easy to work with during this booking.

Clean, comfortable, and perfect dock for our group. Host was great with communication and the back deck area was the best for enjoying family time. We kayaked, cruised the lake to visit all the fun spots and enjoyed games during the pop up summer shower. We can’t wait for another vacation here.

My son got married at Lake Martin this part weekend and we rented this house for friends and family. It was a perfect house for us with an excellent location - only 5 minutes from the venue which made everything so easy. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths, and the whole house is nicely decorated. The back porch was amazing! We will definitely stay here again when visiting the lake in the future.

We loved the house and lake view! Paul was amazing to work with! Very Disappointed with VRBO for their lack of communication. Did not hear from them with any check in or check out details.. we had to contact the owner for any details including Wi-Fi information.

This was our second year staying here and we love it. The location and accommodations are great. The property is very clean and the owners are easy to work with. Only suggestion wld be another trash can and maybe utilizing the sleeping spaces more (replacing the twin beds with full/queens). Regardless, we’ll be booking again!

Our older grandchildren have been begging to return to Lake Martin. This property provided enough room for three generations to stay together. There were areas within the house and on the property to accommodate everyone's ideas of fun. The children are 11 to 3 years old. Thank you again for a wonderful annual vacation!

The property was a perfect base camp for a fun weekend of biking around Lake Martin. We had 4 couples and the house was the perfect size. It was on a nice quiet street. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. House is very clean and modern. The owner was excellent and stayed in communication throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our liking.

This is the best and easiest booking that I’ve ever experienced. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Wilson. He was great! The whole process was a breeze. The house was beautiful and very clean. It is stocked with everything that you may need to use, even though we brought a lot of our own things from home. The house looks just like the pictures, but even better in person. It accommodated my party of ten just right. Mr. Wilson was very responsive anytime I had a question. I will most definitely book again in the near future. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thanks so much!

House was bigger than advertised as the rec room also serves as the 5th bedroom. Location was awesome — lakeside with awesome views of sunset and moonrise every day. House was well appointed with all a guest would need. My family and i had a great visit. Owner Paul was easily reachable and responded to inquires quickly.

We had a group of 6 adults here for a long weekend get together and everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was very well stocked. Towels were good quality. We brought a boat, so we made good use of the dock several times daily. Had a few exchanges with Paul as he was very prompt with his responses. I would stay there again.
