This condo is in a great location right by the pizza place :)
Gil and Robert were very easy to reach with any questions. The condo is nice and clean.
This was our second time staying here. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

This condo is just steps from the base of Solitude Mountain Resort. If you are planning a ski trip this location is perfect. The condo itself is beautifully appointed - everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of room for 4-6 adults, updated decor. Check in was simple, communicating with management was easy and responsive. I highly recommend this condo and would gladly return.

There was mildew in showers. I had to pay to clean. There was dust everywhere
The kitchen was well supplied though a toaster oven would be far more useful than a toaster. We were there a month and found the pots and pans to be excellent. There were not enough utensils unless you washed them nightly by gamd. Needs more forks etc.

Gil was a great host, very responsive! The property was as described, clean and spacious for the 4 adults and 2 kids we had. Ski in/out at solitude and very convenient to Brighton! Would definitely want to rent again

This place was homey and comfortable, yet the location felt super elite. It was so nice to enjoy the slopes without having to fight the crowds struggling for a space to park. We enjoyed the hot tub with snow all around too. The whole experience was extremely memorable for us all. I definitely highly recommend this listing!

Great place to stay was very nice and updated. The only downfall was it did say there was an icemaker but it didn't work. Otherwise it would recommend staying here.

The condo was really nice and roomy. Nice place to getaway from the heat of the city. The only problem we had was one of the AC unit did not work well otherwise I would recommend it

We had a fabulous time at solitude mountain resort. The property is beautiful and we used all the amenities. My kids loved the pool with the slide. The beds are super comfortable, even the pull out beds in the couch. The first night was a little warm, because we didn’t have time to cool down the condo. There are fans and 2 air conditioning units. If you keep the windows open during the day and the fans going it stays really cool. We did several hikes: donut falls, silver lake, and twin lakes. My kids ages 7-12 loved them. Highly recommend for a family getaway with small kids.

Great short trip!
Condo was exactly what we were looking for. 3 friends for a quick ski trip. Solitude is great when we were clearly trying to maximize time. The instructions sent were concise and clear. Thanks!

Great Ski Location
The condo is located conveniently about 40 yds from Solitude ski lifts. The small village has a couple restaurants, bars and shops for basic needs. Solitude mountain was in great shape and provided short lines and endless runs. The condo was pretty good size and had all of the amenities. Cool balcony that faces the mountain so you can see conditions and ki activity. Overall great 5-day ski getaway! Would recommend for sure-

Cute place in the village
Everything well taken care of, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Very convenient to everything at Solitude. We had a great time! It’s very easy to miss where you are going when driving in at night. Owner gives great directions, just hard to see things at night.

Clean, cozy Cottonwood Canyon condo
Clean, tastefully decorated not-too-new condo. Good kitchen well-equipped for simple meals. Owner provided clear instructions for parking (conveniently in the building) and check-in process. Beautiful location with easy access to hiking trails. We hiked from our condo and ran into a bull moose and calf on the trail less than two miles from the condo. (We took pictures then backed away quietly and choose another trail.) Fun for kids to have pool access. I would love to go back during ski season.

Great place
This rental is as listed--if not better. It's roomy. The location in Solitude base can't be beat. Hiking and restaurants right outside the door. It's roomy and has the items you need to cook a pizza. That's all I can ask. Thanks!

True Solitude
Solitude is a wonderful place to stay in the summer. There are so many hiking and biking trails to explore and we thoroughly enjoyed our too short stay. The condo was clean and well taken care of, we all enjoyed the pool and the patio looking out on the mountains. The checkin process was slightly confusing to me as I had a hard time locating the email that explained the key code as we had been sent a number of emails prior, but once found it was well explained and easy to access. The garage door broke one day and so we had to park at the base parking lot which was a tad inconvient, but they had it fixed the next day. It was quiet at the property and had pleanty of restaurants and things to do. Really enjoyable!

Hot in Summer
Gil was most helpful in getting us access to the property. It was very comfortable and clean. However, we were there in June and it was very hot. The air conditioning consists of two large units (one in the living room and one in the back bedroom) with large "tubes" running from the unit to a hole in a plexiglass covering on the open window that it attached to the hole with duct tape. The tube had fallen off and could not be attached to the outside air. Had to run the unit without getting fresh cooler air from outdoors, and the unit was very noisy.
The property maintenance man said he could fix it in the morning. Our stay was only for one night so that was not helpful. Because of the heat none of us slept very well.
Fall, winter or spring would be perfect and the setting is ideal.
I would return any other season.
Thanks,
Mary

A Really Nice Getaway
The owner contacted me soon after my reservation was confirmed. He gave very easy-to-follow instructions for check in, and everything with check-in worked just as he described. The unit was very clean. The appliances were modern and worked well. There was a good variety of kitchen utensils and cookware. There were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, towels and dishes for our group of 7. The table had enough seating for everyone too.
We visited in summer when Solitude is very peaceful and quiet. A nice common area in the village has gas BBQ grills, a gas firepit, and a corn hole game set up--all free for use by guests. Two AC units set up in the condo helped keep it cool in the day. After the sun went down, it got a little chilly , and we wore jackets outside.
My teenagers enjoyed the pool and the games at Club Solitude, and the three TV sets hooked up to cable TV. It was just really relaxing.
Would I stay here again: Definitely!

Bravo!!!
This condo was more than we expected! Everything was clean and organized for an easy transition. The condo was closer to the slopes than we thought it would be! There were restaurants and a lift very close to the Solitude slopes. The Brighton Resort was just about 5 minutes away as well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub at the Solitude Club after our days on the slopes! We will recommend this lovely place!!

Spring Break Snowboarding Trip
I rented this property for my son and granddaughter to have a special week together before she goes to college in the Fall. It was a perfect holiday. The property was great and the location was terrific for them. Brighton was a mere 5 minutes away. We hope to return with all our family members. Thank you so muc!!

Excellent Condo at Solitude
We found comfortable beds and clean sheets and all the modern kitchen appliances we need. TVs in bedrooms were only 19" -- very tiny, and remote was broken on one. Also cold water faucet in one bathroom sink was not working. But overall, I was satisfied with my visit.
