Beautiful and convenient. Staff was super accommodating and helped switch rooms around so we could stay by our family who wee staying there as well.

outdated bathroom, shower did not work well, evidence of mold on the ceiling in bathroom, sheets on master were stained, pull out sleeper not comfortable.

Ski in ski out
No restaurant facilities, needs updating and expensive for the quality

The location is unbeatable! You can literally roll out of bed and be on the slopes in minutes which is fantastic. Also, the staff were amazing!
Overall the place is a little dated (which wasn’t a big deal) but there was a giant faint red stain on the pull out couch mattress which was super gross so that was not great. The couches may need a bit of an upgrade!

Location is great, ski in / ski out, underground parking included, clean room. Not a large room but adequate and reasonably appointed. Would stay again.

The location was great and the rooms were clean.
The double entrance into the room was a little strange.

Location was beautiful although not many of the amenities were open. No real staff to interact with for questions or directions. But overall, the property was lovely and certainly met our needs.
Lobby and hallways are quite outdated.

We paid for a king and got a queen bed . And the bed was the worst bed I've slept in in my entire life. It was so bad. It squeaked with any moment. I did not sleep at all. It was so uncomfortable. If it wasn't for the bed it would of been a perfect stay. But the bed made it horrible.

We loved the balcony, there was an outdoor concert going that evening so we got to watch (and listen to) it from our balcony. The 4k TV was nice. We liked the equipped kitchenette and the spacious jet tub. The room as large and comfortable. It was also really easy to get to (close to the elevator). We were also able to park really close to the elevator so it was a straight shot up and down. We got to ride the tram from the hotel area down to a parking lot and back up. It was around 8:45 pm, the air was clean and cool and the sights were wonderful!
Being on the fifth floor in the middle of July, the room was pretty warm. The check-in instructions that were emailed to me asked that we not turn the thermostat below 68 degrees. The room didn't get down to the temp that we like until about 2 am in the morning. We shared a little entry way with the neighboring room and they were quite noisy coming and going, letting their door slam loud enough to startle us a couple of times. I called about an early check in since 4 pm is kind of late and they weren't able to accommodate. It would have been nice to be able to check into the room, get ready for our 5 pm dinner reservations and go, but we couldn't with only an hour's time so we had to leave all our stuff in the hot car while we ate. We didn't check in until 7 pm or so. The check in instructions said we could park in the circle by the front entrance but there were signs everywhere saying absolutely NO parking, people could only be dropped off and picked up so my husband waited for me to check in across the street in another hotel's attended parking area (awkward!).

This was a terrible experience for my kids and I. The fire alarm started going off around 10:00pm. We all vacated our rooms and waited outside while the fire department checked it and found that there was just a water pressure leak in the sprinkler system. They told us we could all go back to our rooms but while they fixed the leak they couldn't figure out how to keep the fire alarm from repeatedly going off every few minutes until at least 1:30am when I finally packed up and left. My children were scared and anxious from the repeated loud noise and none of us could sleep. They didn't give us any information on how long it would take or why the alarm kept going off. It was a horrible experience for my kids and I and ruined a fun trip we had planned. I was disappointed and felt so bad for the night shift guy who was trying to manage it all. They should have a better plan for situations like that to help guests and provide information as well as compensation for the ruined stay.

great location, close to the lifts
ski valet service every morning and evening was superb !
kitchen and other unit amenities were functional
parking in the underground garage was convenient and included in the price
relative to the unit that we rented in the same lodge last year, and in comparison to similar lodging at similar-sized other ski resorts this season, our unit at Sundial Lodge this year was overpriced
the slow elevators are unsatisfactory (one wasn't even working for several days while we stayed there)
the low ceilings and narrow corridors in common areas, as well as beige paint, give the property a dated feel
6.0 / 10.0
great location
No room service even after 8 days and I wanted cleaning supplies for the bathroom but they did not have any.
