About this apartment rental

This condo is part of a small complex in Indian Rocks Beach called Sunset Paradise, just a 1/2 block from Guppy's On the Beach Seafood Grill and Bar. This spacious condo has 3 full size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a great kid’s den complete with day bed to provide a special space for the kids and provide flexible sleeping accommodations. All bedrooms have a full size closet, dresser & TV with remote. All linens are provided. There is a strict maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests- including infants and children.

Kitchen is updated with side by side refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and nice size pantry. All the necessities to make your vacation seamless and relaxing!

Our spacious private porch has a beautiful view of the gulf. Have breakfast, sit and relax by reading a good book or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with family and friends!

Sunset Paradise has a fabulous heated swimming pool and hot tub with plenty of patio chairs, tables and BBQ grill available to all our guests. Beach access is right from the pool area, so enjoy the beach, pool or both, your choice. Our beaches are perfect for relaxing in the sun, long walks, looking for shells and spending time with family and friends. For your convenience we provide the beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

The condo was clean, well stocked , conveniently located to stores ,restaurants and the beach. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the other two mattresses in the other two rooms were very, firm and hard. The beach chairs were new and there were 8 . Lots of toys, pool noodles, boogie boards etc. We would stay here again , but would love to see the mattresses changed out ! The kids den was a big hit with our Grandchildren !

We love the location. It is a quiet area with gorgeous beaches . The condo had plenty of room for my wife and I along with our 2 adult children. It had all of the proper amenities, we made most of our meals. Guppy’s on the Beach is across the street, it doesn’t disappoint. Kolb Park is near by with plenty of Pickle Ball courts.

Great place for families! Clean and cozy, right on the beach. Walking distance to small grocery store and number of restaurants. Jennifer responded immediately to our messages (we didn’t have any issues, just couple of questions). We had wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Location is great. Access to beach and pool was great for the family. The unit was clean and well stocked and the beach chairs and umbrellas provided with the unit were top grade equipment. My only problem with the unit was the queen bed in the room by itself. The bed was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. It needs replacing and the pillows are too flimsy. A better grade of pillow is needed. With that said, I would rent again.

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything was very clean when we arrived. The property description is great and you can see the beach from the balcon. Beach chairs, Cooler, and umbrella were all available. The whole area is clean every morning and is very nice. We had no issues with the property during our stay but we did contact the owners to say everything was great and they responded quickly. The restaurants and bars to grab a drink were close by within walking distance and it is very quiet residential area. Which is perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and location to anyone looking for a weekend or week get away.

We had a great visit to IRB. Our second time visiting and it was wonderful again. Condo was super clean and in a great location. My only “complaint” is the pillows are a little flat. Everything else was wonderful though!!!

We stayed here for two weeks. The condo was very clean, organized, well stocked, and accurately described online. The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect. Jennifer was so helpful with helping me solve a problem with the tv. The beds were very comfortable. The kids room worked out great as the bedroom for our 12 month old grandson (who took his first steps while we were all together). Thank you for the wonderful memories we made.

The condo is just as described with any amenity a group would need for a beach vacation! This unit has the largest outside table and balcony with an ocean view of all the units in the building which was a huge plus for us! All meals are delightful in this space with the ocean breeze. Very comfortable beds and our whole family slept very well. The pool and beach are just steps away! Would not hesitate to rent this neat, clean, convenient condo again! Very good restaurants within walking distance as well. Thank you to the owners for great communication and a wonderful vacation!

I stayed here with 2 other moms and our 5 kids (ages 5-9). It was perfect for us. Plenty of room to sleep - I would say it is 4 bedrooms. It was very clean and has an extremely well stocked kitchen. It also has 8 beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, etc. Location was great - 1 min walk to a beautiful beach and many great restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. The pool on-site was perfect and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and here and would recommend this location highly.

We had a great family Thanksgiving weekend at Indian Rocks. Nearness to the beach, nice pool and hot tub, updated big kitchen and outdoor patio space made this a great place to stay. The uncomfortable beds would drop my rating to 4 1/2 if that was an option.

Condo was clean, and had plenty of space. We also liked that the condo complex was smaller, so it didn't feel crowded at all. Included beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and toys. Easy access to beach, and a pool. We loved the area and beach; more of a local feel than Clearwater, but close enough for access to activities. Would definitely stay here again.

First time staying at Indian rocks for all of us. My 17, 14, 11 yr old sons, my mom, husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back. The property was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed for our stay. The location could not be beat! Beach and pool are steps away. So convenient to go back and forth from beach to home. Not over crowded, and everyone is so pleasant. Some great restaurants walking distance and so much more just min away by car. Looking forward to next year!

The condo was amazing - it was basically a 4-bedroom that was advertised as a 3-bedroom. My teenage daughter really enjoyed the "bonus" room. Very clean and located so close to the pool and beach and to many delicious restaurants. The side patio is huge with a great view of the beach. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the area. Highly recommend.

What a lovely condo. The kids den is perfect for your teenager that needs some down time in their own space! Kitchen well appointed and nicely organized. You really don't need to bring anything! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The patio is perfect for enjoying the view, and while close to the pool, far enough away to enjoy your privacy. My entire family enjoyed the unit, pool and beach. A truly wonderful property!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was almost to the letter of the VRBO description. Walk-ability to a few shops and restaurants was good. Access to pool and beaches was great. My only complaint was that we didn't have enough towels for the number of guests. Highly recommend, just not on the same week that we want. :) We will be back next year !!!

We really enjoyed staying at Indian Rocks beach. The people at Sunset Paradise were all friendly and accommodating of the children we had with. It was quiet at night. We were lucky to have some warm weather. The area is great for walking and there are many restaurants nearby. The beach was fabulous. The pool was just right for playing. We created some great memories there.

Our family of 5 rented this condo as it met all of the criteria we were looking for: room for parents and 3 adult kids to sleep on beds (not couches), on the beach, with a hot tub, in a great location, with ammenities to make our life easier. The condo delivered! Communication with the owner was great. I loved having hand soap, bar soap, some TP and paper towels, even a cooler, available for use. There were beach chairs and a beach umbrella (we never used but it was nice to have them available). The condo was clean and spacious, and the location was perfrect for us. There were restaurants nearby, and it wasn't as busy as some parts of Gulf Blvd. which I appreciated. I highly recommend.
