This is our second year in a row staying in this unit! This truly is a wonderful experience for a family. There is everything you need to have a great time with young kids, including beach amenities. It is centrally, located with restaurants, ice cream, shops, and beach in walking distance. The waterpark is a great change of pace from the beach for little ones! We are looking to come back again next year for three in a row!

It was newly remodeled, clean, in excellent condition and convenient. We would have liked towel racks in the bathrooms and storage for clothes in the front bedroom. Beds and pullout couch were very comfortable!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location - proximity to beach, waterpark, restaurants and sightseeing. We unfortunately did not get any information about check in despite being in contact ahead of time. We had to wait outside the unit for 15 minutes before receiving a call with the code even though we called and spoke on the way there. There was tons of information inside the condo but it didn’t help until we were inside. Best parts: wonderful for family, very quiet even with the waterpark there, loved the marina view for dolphins and boats, access to beach, variety of food A few suggestions for improvement: fan on balcony, more towel hooks, fully stocked bathroom (one soap dispenser had no soap), shower gel/shampoo (dispensers were in photos but had been removed from wall). Thank you Kay for making our first trip to IRB one to remember! We would love to return.

Our family enjoyed our week at Indian Rock. The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the essentials that we needed. It was in a good location with restaurants, shops, and a CVS within a block or two. The beach was a very short walk as well with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, and some sand toys for the kids. The condo came with 2 balconies, with one facing the harbor that we enjoyed sitting on and watching the dolphins swim by. A bonus was the water park that the kids enjoyed. Kay was very accommodating and answered all our questions as well as provided us with some recommendations since we were new to the area. Overall we would rate our stay as a 10 out of 10 and considering revisiting again next year. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We come to Indians Rocks each summer and this condo did not disappoint. Located in Harbourside it was a great location for our family with the water park and beach just a couple blocks away. They have all the beach items you will need from a wagon, towels, chairs and toys! The condo was clean and ready for us early! For check in you have to talk directly to the owner which was a little different then other VRBO’s who leave a code for contactless entry. The condo has everything to get you started but if you need more then one roll of paper towels or anything of that nature please make sure you take your own! We would definitely rent this condo again! We loved that it had two balconies - intercostal and water park view! And my 4 year old loved the pull out from the couch to sleep on - it was super comfortable!

We stayed at Kay’s condo for 4 nights in April and had a great time! We are a family of 5, and the space worked perfectly for our family- we had plenty of space for our kids and separation from the primary bedroom. We loved having 2 bathrooms, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics /cooking supplies. We also loved having two balconies and my kids enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the intercostal, and my husband and I loved it at night. The location of the property was perfect for our family- we used the water park several times, and were a short walk to the beach (and as promised, had a beach cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, and everything we needed). We were within easy walking distance to a number of family friendly restaurants, ice cream places, and a CVS. We had a great stay and communication with Kay was easy and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The condo and views speak for themselves. Just gorgeous. Check. More importantly to us is cleanliness and we could have eaten off of the floor. Check Check. I had no idea the condo provided beach towels, wagon, chairs, all toiletries,etc. Nice to not have to pack it. The bed and linens were luxurious and so comfortable. Check Check check. A vacation and stay we wont forget! Thank you!!!

This was a great place to stay! Lots going on outside which we enjoyed! Surprisingly with the water park right outside, you could barely hear any noise inside the condo! You can park your car and walk everywhere! 3rd floor was perfect because you could use the stairs and not have to wait for the elevator! Overall we had a great stay!

We've been coming to IRB for 20+ years and this location is just the best - the beach, many restaurants, and CVS just steps away. We loved this property because of the two balconies. It was very enjoyable watching the boats and dolphins go by on the inter coastal water. My girls, ages 5 & 9, enjoyed the waterpark with the 4 daily passes. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Checkin went smooth with our midnight arrival and it was nice to meet Kay at check out. Highly recommend! We will be back here.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and pans for the week. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening listening to music and watching the boats. Everything was in walking distance. Didn’t even rent a car. We Ubered to the condo from Tampa airport and ordered food thru Instacart. We spend each day at the water park and walked to the beach each day. The restaurants were close and we found a great place for coffee in the morning. Kay was nice and easy to talk to. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. It felt like being at an all inclusive resort but with more freedom. You have the water park that is fun for all ages, a 2 minute walk to the beach, and your choice of restaurants, a coffee shop,ice cream shop and a pharmacy all in walking distance. We loved spending our morning coffee and evenings on the harborside balcony listening to the music. The condo itself was quiet, clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend. This is the second time we have stayed at Harbourside 33, and our first time at Lulu's. We love Indian Rocks Beach as a getaway from the cold in February. Our condo at Lulu's was a beautiful and comfortable location with two balconies, two bedrooms and a large kitchen. The balcony was used everyday! Another plus was having the washer and dryer in the condo as well! We really appreciated the communication with Kay. She was very professional and responsive anytime we had a question. We could tell she really wanted to make our vacation carefree and memorable. A welcome message for our family and some goodies to munch on when we arrived was a very nice touch. We also appreciated having lots of beach towels available to use. It saved us money and room when packing! We used the beach chairs to take with us to hang out on the beach. The beach is only 2 blocks away with restaurants and convenience stores close by. We have already rebooked for next year and looking forward to returning. Thanks again Kay!

Kay was awesome! The unit was great and worked perfectly for our needs. We loved the 2 balconies to relax in the morning and evening. Beds and bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals in. More than enough linens for showers. Loved having the waterpark right there and the beach only 2 blocks away. We packed lunch in the cooler that was there, threw it in the beach wagon with the beach towles provided and had a great time there as well. Plenty of restaurants and shops for essentials very close by. We walked to everything we did in the area except the grocery store but the convenience store was within walking distance. We had a great time! Thanks for helping make our stay a great one Kay!

We chose this condo as our boys (age 7&8) Christmas present. It came with 4 free water park passes each day. Our boys loved the slides, lazy river, and pool with heated water. My husband and I loved the beer and fruity drinks from the pool side bar which overlooks the harbour and pool area. One of the balconies that comes off the bedroom with 2 queen beds overlooks the water park which has a tropical feel to it. The other balcony comes off the living room and overlooks the harbour with multiple beautiful yachts. There is a table and multiple chairs to relax more in private. The condo was so clean and beautiful. The showers have great water pressure. The beds were comfy. The condo is quiet. Washer and dryer came in handy. Beach towels and starter of supplies was very convenient. The closet had beach chairs, 2 fishing poles, pool noodles, etc though we didn’t use. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The ocean was so clear. While the water was chilly, we were still able to wade in it to find shells. The beach was clean. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We ate at Crabby Bills 2 times as the food and service was amazing. There is an ice cream shop with over 140 flavors as well that the boys insisted going to frequently. We went to Lego Land which was about 1.5 hours away and Busch Gardens that was approximately 45 minutes away. We visited Clearwater Aquarium that is right down the road. All was enjoyed by all. Fort De Sota is worth the drive as well as there is a fishing pier and beautiful beach with even clearer water. Indian Rocks Beach area is less crowded compared to Clearwater, but with a short drive there is plenty to do. We personally enjoy being in a less populated area. I have no complaints about this property. Kay was wonderful to work with! We will definitely be back.
