Create special memories with family and friends when you book Splash 603W. Our beach-front home away from home is located on the 6th floor of Splash Resort in Panama City Beach. The tasteful color scheme is all inspired by the colors of beach living. Calming and cheerful blues, soft sea greens, and sandy beiges create a true beachy atmosphere, free from clutter and visual overload that you may find at other beach rentals.

Splash 603W features 2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS, *PLUS* a SEPARATE 3-BED BUNK NOOK (NOT in the main hallway) for added privacy, as well as a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. The large PRIMARY KING BEDROOM is tastefully decorated and has its own entrance to the balcony as well as a spacious en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and cable TV.

The second QUEEN BEDROOM also has a large walk-in closet, cable TV and plenty of storage, with the separate main bath located just outside the bedroom door.

As mentioned above, the cheerful BUNK NOOK is tucked around a corner and offers added privacy. The bottom bunk has a PULL-OUT TRUNDLE bed.

A GRACO PACK 'N PLAY for infants and toddlers is located in the master closet. The standard mattress, mattress pad and Graco sheets are provided.

The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN is ideal for preparing a snack for one or dinner for nine! UPDATED appliances, dishes, flatware, pots, pans and utensils make food prep and dinnertime easy and enjoyable – especially with the view of the gulf visible from the kitchen.

Kick back in the OPEN LIVING AREA after a day in the sun and watch your favorite TV show, read a book, or play a game with the kids. WI-FI is FREE for all guests.

Step out onto the 190 sq. ft. BALCONY and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and see for yourself why this is called “The Emerald Coast”.

Take in views of the sparkling emerald water, sugar-sand beaches and GORGEOUS SUNSETS that will make you wish you could stay forever! If the timing is right, you’ll spot DOLPHIN and STINGRAY, as well as other sea life passing by throughout the day. There are six patio chairs, cocktail tables and a dining table for conveniently setting out food and drink.

BEACH TOWELS and high quality low-rise BEACH CHAIRS with backpack-style straps for easy transporting are included for you to use during your stay. Additionally, until the end of October, umbrella and lounge chair rental service is available right on the beach, along with Jet-Ski and other water activity rentals. Please see the attendants for prices.

The private, interactive WATERPARK for kids 14 and younger is just an elevator ride away. Tucked under the building on the ground level, it is right next to the family pool, jacuzzi and beach.

Housekeeping service is not available, but feel free to use the stacked WASHER & DRYER to replenish clean towels or personal laundry.

There's nothing worse than having to stop everything and run to the store for soap and toilet paper just after you've made your first cocktail and sat down to watch the sunset! We've been there! So to help you settle in, we supply limited rolls of toilet paper, boxes of tissue, dish and dishwasher soap, sponges, paper towels, laundry detergent and trash bags.

A $400 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required and is NOT applied toward rent; however it is fully refunded within (7) days of departure if there is no damage to the premises, and if items or furnishings are not taken.

At the Splash Resort there is an additional one-time $25 registration fee that covers your entire group and includes wristbands and parking passes.

All guests will need to execute a standard rental agreement for this condo, which is transacted between the owners and renters directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For a full refund, a written notice must be e-mailed by Renter(s), and received by Owners, at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled start of the rental period.

However, cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made by Renter(s) within the above-described sixty day (60) period will result in the Renter(s) forfeiting to the Owners the Rental Fee and Housekeeping Fee portions of the TOTAL COST (but not of the Sales Tax and Damage Deposit). The only exception to this is if the Owners are successful in renting the Property out over the same Rental Period to different Renters for the same TOTAL COST.

Renters can protect themselves against loss, including from a cancellation of the rental of the Property, acts of God, and/or the like by purchasing travel insurance covering the rental. We recommend that renters surf the the internet for information on many companies that provide travel insurance, offering a variety of insurance services.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to stringent cleaning guidelines surrounding the Governor’s order for short-term rentals, check out time has been moved to 8AM. This enables the cleaners to enter before the Saturday morning elevator traffic at 10am, and allows for ample time to complete their various tasks. Additionally, the cleaners are able to leave the condo earlier, which gives guests the opportunity to check in at 2PM and avoid elevator traffic starting at 4pm, which is prime check in time for the resort.

Short-term rental guidelines based on Covid-19 safe practices have been passed down from Florida state and local government authorities. These include the removal of non-essential linens and decorations from rental properties that may cause the spread of the virus. The photos shown here were taken pre-Covid. This is our second year staying with Regina in this condo. It is very well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We especially enjoy the early check in/check out to beat the elevator traffic. The beach chairs and toys are great so we don't have to bring our own. Beds are comfortable and we appreciate the ceiling fans in all rooms!

We had such an AMAZING stay! The condo had everything we needed and more!! Regina, the owner, was great at communicating with us throughout our stay if we needed anything. It was clean, well stocked, and the resort had lots of amenities. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This is our third trip to Splash, but first time in this unit. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We love coming to Splash because of the amenities and beautiful beach. If you have young children, this is the place for you! Regina contacted me and gave me her number so I could easily message her if need be. She checked in occasionally and we appreciated her hospitality. If you haven’t been to Splash, it’s worth noting that the elevators are a pain. There just aren’t enough and you might have to wait, especially on check-in/out days. Since we already knew about this, we weren’t upset, just timed our activities knowing we may or may not be waiting for the elevator.
