READY FOR A VACATION? Enjoy relaxing in our beautiful oceanfront, corner unit with breathtaking views of white-sand beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, located in Gulf Crest, a gated resort located off of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. Our unit was freshly painted in the fall of 2023.

Included in your rental are a pair of beach chairs and umbrella, seasonal March-October.

Our unit is an end unit on the west - SUNSET - side of the 8th floor. The wrap-around balcony facing west is the perfect location for watching beautiful sunsets over the Gulf! It has 1801 square feet of spacious living area in an open floor plan with nine (9) foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms, a built in bunk bed area, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, living room, and full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room.

Floor to ceiling windows and a 750 square foot wrap around balcony provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible not only from the living room but also from all three bed rooms.

Gulf Crest is one of Panama City Beach's finest deluxe resorts. Gulf Crest has 294 feet of beach frontage. The complex features two large beachside swimming pools (one heated seasonally), two outdoor spas, a separate children's pool, free poolside wireless Internet, outside picnic areas with grills, seasonal poolside TIKI HUT - for snacks and drinks, and a first-rate workout facility. Each floor at Gulf Crest has only 7 condos. An assigned, covered parking space and high speed elevators provide easy access to the unit.

We are conveniently located off of Thomas Drive at the corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Avenue. Our address is 8715 Surf Drive, a short drive or walk to many restaurants, golf, bumper boats, miniature golf, and more!

We have a 75 inch Smart TV with service provide by ROKU in the living room and Free Wireless Internet.

Our spacious fully equipped condominium has a large Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal or favorite beverage inside or outside on the balcony with the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico in the background.

The unit sleeps 10. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a bunk area with 2 twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with service provided by ROKU.

Other features of our Gulf Crest condo include ceramic tile floors and luxury vinyl throughout the condominium, a cultured marble tub and a walk in shower with glass enclosures, and ceiling fans. Bath towels and bed linens are provided but bring your own beach towels.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
*Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
*Check-in: 4 pm; Check-out: 10 am (central time)
*State, County, and City taxes are not included in rates.

Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.

All guests must register online at the Gulfcrest Condominium Association prior to arrival and pay a $53 registration fee to Gulfcrest. Access to the parking garage for 2 vehicles is provided by the registration fee.

Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

This condo is nice and would stay here again. The guest toilet had a leak but was fixed promptly. The guest tub may need the drained cleaned because it seemed to be backing up. The main bath could use another set of wash clothes and towels. Also could not locate any pot holders in the kitchen so had to fold kitchen towel to get pans from oven. Since it was a family trip, we did cook but the room had all necessary items you’d need.

What a great experience in this 3 bedroom corner condo! Everything was just as described and check in was a breeze. Condo has plenty of room and everything you need. My favorite was the wrap around balcony - amazing sunsets from this 8th floor unit! I cannot wait to come back to this condo for our next vacation. I did not want to leave!

Our family has been vacationing in PCB for 12 years, and this condo is by far the best we have stayed at. Just a few of the things we loved: *Plenty of space for our group of 10 *Large balcony with great views *Corner unit with lots of windows and natural light *Short trek to the beach with a ramp access, so no stairs to haul a heavy wagon up and down. *Short wait times, if any wait time at all, at the elevator. We have stayed other places, that had 40 minute waits. *Corner unit allows space by the door to leave sandy shoes and smaller sand toys outside to try to keep some sand out of the unit. *Clean. The unit and Gulf Crest as a whole were clean. *The staff was friendly. *Pools were spacious and well maintained. *Parking garage was easily accessible and easy to navigate. *Owners were quick to respond to any question I had.

Had a family group of 6 stay here the week before Memorial Day. 2 las of 2023, 3 adults and a 16 year old. Everyone loved the condo unit and talked about staying here again. Condo isn’t the newest, but was in great shape with all amenities working. We would love to be guests of the Masons again in the future.

We stayed at this property a few years ago, and fell in love with the end unit being able to look down the beach while cooking (breakfast, lunch, & dinner). The owner had since then replaced the carpets in the living/bedrooms. I have mixed feelings about the cold floors, but way easier to clean, also nothing a pair of house shoes won't fix. The bunk nook is great for kids of all ages. The bed room with the two twin beds can work for or against your stay, so plan accordingly for sleeping arrangements. Meaning, if you have three couples staying with you, and they wish to snuggle with each other, one couple will need to be on the pull out couch. :) The condo was very clean for our stay, Bravo to the cleaning crew. The soap bottles at each sink was appreciated as well. Like all rentals, there were several small issues, but nothing that would dampen the trip. The patio door wouldn't lock, but they are so heavy, that we didn't have to worry about smaller children opening them. And if the door isn't closed all the way, during a windy day, it will make a constant "farting" noise, which can add to excitement and entertainment for young, children (and older men) at 6:00 am. The owner was very easy to work with and communicated well with any questions or concerns we have. We had a few questions and concerns, and at no point did we get an impression that we were "bugging" them. As for the kitchen supplies, you shouldn't have a need for anything, other than a whisk. A whisk was the only thing that it was lacking, and that is saying something as much as my family likes to cook on vacation. Also, a bonus to keep in mind for future trips, a condo with a good coffee maker is key, and they had a great one. That also, the fact that they had two coffee pots, which allowed us to make a pot of Decaf (for the ladies) and Full Strength (for the kids and men). The stove even had a warm setting on the back eye to keep it warm during the morning while everyone was waking up. We certainly enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning.

This is our second year staying at Gulf Crest and enjoyed it again just as much! The location is perfect...far enough away from the traffic but close enough to get out and go to Pier Park several times a week if we choose too! Already looking forward to going next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We have been renting at Gulf Crest for almost 15 years and love staying there. The condo was well equipped and the view can’t be beat. The only issues we had were shower doors off track (one in each bathroom) and there is a need for a deep cleaning. We decided not to call the owners about these things because we didn’t want someone coming in while we were there so the owners were not given the chance to fix the issues. The owners were great with reservations and changes to add more days.

The condo met all our needs. We were able to walk to local restaurants and able to cook breakfast & lunch as needed. We also paid extra for special beach chairs with umbrella to be placed down at waters edge in addition to the loungers that come with unit already.
