About this house rental
Stay in this completely remodeled oceanfront property with a heated pool and spa. The home is located in a gated community which is patrolled by security guards 24/7/365. The property has a huge lower deck with fire pit and steps down to the beach. Conveniently located approximately two miles south of Puerto Nuevo and five miles north of La Fonda you are centrally located for day trips to Rosarito, Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe (Mexico’s version of Napa Valley). Just added mini split air conditioning and heating.
This home features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed, a day bed (with two twin mattresses) its own bathroom and sliding doors out to the pool deck which has 180 degree ocean views. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is very small with bunk beds and has its own bathroom.
The totally remodeled kitchen has custom granite counter tops and cabinets along state of the art appliances and all the cookware you would ever need for preparing your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience and a barbecue grill is located just outside the living room area.
The living room has ocean views a plush leather reclining couch and dining area that accommodates eight people.
On the home entertainment front this house has it all! Flat screen TV’s in the living room and two of the bedrooms. High speed internet access, Netflix and a Bluetooth enabled audio system. Heating the pool is an additional expense (not included as part of the rental fee) that varies based on air temperature and the desired temperature of the pool water. Guest are able to monitor their usage by checking the propane tank gauge. Unlike other properties with hot tubs, at Casa Blanca there is no additional fee to heat the spa as it is heated with electricity.
Single night rentals: Single night rentals will be approved during week nights and possibly on weekends if requested within 5 days of the requested arrival date.
The property has a keyless entry system. Twenty hours prior to your arrival date you will receive an email with the PIN codes to access the property.
Requests to have weddings or other special events at this property will not be accepted.
PROPANE
IMPORTANT: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THE LEVEL OF THE PROPANE REGULARLY DURING YOUR STAY. There is a $300 refundable propane deposit required prior to arrival if you plan on heating the pool. You will be refunded after you check out less the cost of propane used. The large white tank is located in the car port area. Propane is an additional expense which is not included as part of the rental fee. Heating the pool will cost approximately $20-$35 a day during the summer months but will cost more during the winter months depending on the air temperature. The cost is $5 for every 1% used. We recommend turning off the pool heater off before you go to bed for the evening. Please notify the property manager if the tank gets to 40% or less. In the event the tank empties you will no longer have hot water, the ability, to dry clothes or to heat the stove or oven. There will be no credits or deductions from your rental fee if this happens. If you are unsatisfied with the water temperature after heating the pool for a period of time and decide to abandon the process before achieving the desired temperature you are STILL responsible for the cost of the propane. Therefore, we recommend closely monitoring the propane level and water temperature during the first couple of hours of the heating process. There is no propane cost for using the above ground spa. It is heated with electricity.
EXTRA GUESTS - There is a $40 per person/per night fee for any guests over six people up to a maximum of 10 guests. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUNDS FOR EXTRA GUESTS IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND. YOU CAN ALWAYS INCREASE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY NOTIFYING ME IN ADVANCE AND MAKING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. LARGE GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE PEOPLE MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT. You and your guests will be counted by the security guard when you arrive into the community. If you arrive with additional guests that have not been approved in advance they will not be allowed into the community. Only guests that are staying at the property will be allowed into the community.
VEHICLE INFORMATION AND DRIVING TO THE PROPERTY- Within 48 hours of completing your reservation you are required to provide the make, color and license plate of each vehicle that will be entering the community during your stay. If this information is not provided you will not be allowed to access the property and no refunds will be allowed as a result of the inconvenience you may incur by not providing this information.
YOUR RESERVATION INCLUDES PARKING FOR 3 VEHICLES. THERE IS A $25 PER VEHICLE CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL VEHICLES TO ACCESS THE COMMUNITY.
OTHER POLICIES - There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for excessive noise. Quiet Hours are from 9pm-10am. You must have prior written approval by the Host in order to have visitors to the property. Failure to provide notice will be grounds for immediate termination of your property rental and you will be asked to leave the property without receiving any refunds. You will also forfeit all security deposit funds held by VRBO/HOMEAWAY or the Host. You are required to complete a separate online rental agreement. You will not be provided the access codes to the property if the online agreement is not submitted.
PARKING- You must park your vehicles in the car port area. Not on the street. If you have more than two vehicles the other two vehicles must be parked across the street in the guest "green" guest parking area.

We really enjoyed our stay very clean and spacious home with all the essentials more than what I had expected, it’s a very safe gated private community, Luis was very tentative to any need we had , can’t wait to return best experience in rosarito we will return soon for sure !

The views are amazing! The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. It was clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. The property manager replied to a question I had within 2 minutes, which was great! Overall we were very happy with our stay.

TOO many rules. Felt like we were walking on eggshells with all the rules that were in place. Throwing out the trash should be part of the pay for clean up not $50 if you leave the trash there. Also the doors and beds squeak. 4th bedroom is the size of a closet with 2 bunk beds. Other than that the Views from the house are amazing though and the pool and hot tub with the ocean in the back was pretty awesome. We saw dolphins. The kitchen is very nice. The host was responsive even though it was mostly one word answers.

AMAZING stay!!
This is my second time staying at Casa Blanca & it was everything I remembered in the best way! Our host Luis was very responsive & helped us with so many things; transportation, getting ice, recommendations, etc. There were 10 of us & we enjoyed every moment! The house itself is beautiful as well!! I highly recommend Casa Blanca. :)

Beautiful view, great location, excellent service!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Since I generally agree with all the other great reviews, I wanted to highlight a few major perks that have gone unmentioned:
The kitchen is simply fantastic. We were here over Thanksgiving and planned a dinner party. The spacious, modern, open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. It comes equipped with a Viking stove, microwave, plenty of storage and ample cooking supplies. We enjoyed many homemade meals here!
The property is super dog-friendly. We brought our dogs with us, and I think they had the best vacation of all! The area is safe for leash walking. The master bedroom opens into the yard. They were able to safely roam the property and the private beach area. We didn't worry about them encountering any traffic or danger. There are grassy areas in the yard (which appear to be lacking in the other surrounding properties).
The humans enjoyed lounging on the grass as much as the dogs did. This place is relaxing and stress-free for vacationing dog owners. Superb.
Finally, as most reviewers mentioned, Luis the groundskeeper is AWESOME. We will definitely stay here again.

A total of 10 of us from Los Angeles stayed in this home for my bachelorette party and it was pure AMAZINGNESS! We ordered a van ("A Big Van") from San Diego to drive us into Rosarito and back ($200 each way).
PROS:
-the home is beautifully decorated and located in a gated community; we felt very safe
-there is an awesome pool and jacuzzi located in the backyard
-beautiful beachfront property
-Luis, the property manager, is extremely attentive and can assist you in whatever you need
-you can order massages/facials at the home or backyard (highly recommended!)
-you can order food to be cooked in the home (also amazing!)
-Valle de Guadalupe vineyards (aka the Napa of Mexico) is only 45 minutes away. We visited "El Encuentro" and "Trevista" wineries

BEST BACHELORETTE WEEKEND!!!
My closest friends and I have been talking nonstop about how fun this weekend was. The house is in a perfect spot overlooking the beach. The hot tub is nice and warm and the pool was perfect even without the heater on. We loved the giant kitchen space and big living room, even thought we spent most of our time in the big backyard watching the dolphins swim by! it was a very clean home. We had 16 ladies so there weren't enough beds for everyone but the air matresses and couch spaces came in handy. So just keep that in mind if you have a large group. We joined Ray with Baja Wine and Dine Tours for a tour of the Valle de Guadalupe wineries and he also set up to have chefs make us dinner that night. It seriously was a PERFECT day! The whole weekend was a dream and we made memories for years to come! Thank you for having us at your home!

Amazing
This house has been so far the best vacation home I have ever stayed in. The house was so kid friendly and even had Netflix set up 👍. The bed sheets smelled cleaned and the house was spotless.
Luis, the property manager was super nice, and extremely courteous with my family. The view was awesome and got to see some dolphins. I plan on making reservations very soon.

Great place
Great place! Perfect for large groups. The community is a little sleepy but super secure and safe. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. The outdoor area/pool/fire pit, etc... was unbelievable.

Best Bachelorette weekend ever! Hope to be back
I honestly can't even begin to explain how amazing this property is. 11 of us girls came for my bachelorette party weekend and it could not have been better. I can say a couple of the girls were sceptable driving to Mexico but now they can't wait to go back and seeing how easy it is! The house is even better in person then in pictures. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi, how could you not. There was more then enough room for all of us. Luis the house manager was more then helpful and always available when it was needed. He arranged a taxi big enough for all of us to go to puerto Nuevo for lobster one night and also provided us with border fast passes for a small fee when we went home! We only waited 25 min in line compared to 3-4 hours ! We also had an excursion to valle de Guadalupe during our stay, it was amazing. We honestly did not want to leave when it was finally time for our trip to come to an end and I hope one day soon I can stay at Casa Blanca again! Our only problem we had was the fridge did not get very cold / as cold as you would hope a fridge should get especially since we had brought a ton of food to keep in there during our stay. Fortunately we had two ice chests we brought so we bought ice and kept perishable foods in there for the most part, but this did not hinder our stay what so ever. I would suggest possible screens on the windows so guests feel comfortable leaving windows open for more a breeze throughout the house without having to worry about bugs entering or maybe a couple of floor standing fans for at night when it's warm out. And when it comes to bugs we did have a few cockroaches visit us but we took care of them no biggy!
Overall this place is a dream and I highly suggest not looking any further !! You will not regret the decision. It was seriously a dream weekend, we did not want to leave this house!

Premium Ocean View and Sounds!
Relaxing home with terrific view. The sounds of the waves and water running thru the rocks was amazing. Loved the neighborhood, you can take walks. Hot spa and pool were clean. We enjoyed the grass area to take in the sunset. Enjoyed our time in this house, we hope to return soon! Wine tasting in Valle De Guadalupe is highly recommended, we enjoyed the personal experience Lechuza offered. Lunch at Finca Altozano was one of our favorite meals on this trip, restaurant is decorated with fresh flowers and outdoor valley view.

Amazing home
The property is very clean, safe, and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful in finding us whatever we needed. We did not want to pay to heat the pool but the above ground jacuzzi was the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. I would highly recommend this property.
