This charming bungalow was perfect for our month of working remotely and exploring Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. Patricia really thought of everything we might need, and was extremely responsive to our questions. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were modern with good water pressure. Front porch was nice for sitting and the fenced back yard provided a safe place to store our bikes when we weren't riding them. Downtown was 5 minutes by car and also accessible by bike or on foot. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The grounds and the building were both delightful. A quiet neighborhood, good walking area for you and your family and dog. Nice shopping areas. The house has all you need to keep it clean (vacuum and mopping equipment). Kitchen is great! Host was very accommodating and amazing. Thanks, Patricia.

Laurel St is perfect in every way. It has a huge kitchen that is well supplied. Comfy beds and good showers. You can use your Apps to stream entertainment or watch live TV and on Demand through YouTube Live. The decor, design and craftsman sensibility in all the rooms makes the house very soothing and pleasing. There are neighborhood streets just outside the door and walking/biking trails in Old Salem just 4 or 5 streets away if you’re a daily Walker or runner like me. 5 stars for Patricia’s place.

Property is impeccable and well laid out. We each had our favorite rooms. Kitchen is spacious and the rainfall showers are a treat. The sunroom was a great place to sit with my laptop on a workation while our little dog enjoyed the backyard. The location is great! Its close to downtown, old Salem and UNCSA. Patricia is a fabulous host, with handy guides and instructions and anticpates her guests needs. She even “left the light on” for us!
