About this house rental
Oceanfront unit on the sand! This UPPER LEVEL unit sits directly on the ocean, with an unbelievable rooftop deck, covering the entire roof of the home. Views of the Pacific Ocean do not get better than this! Enjoy the views all day long in the gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances or on the rooftop deck. All your bakeware, cookware, and linens are included. There are 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of laundry! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!

We had a wonderful time with great space and communing areas as a family of 17! The view and location were spectacular!

Minor problems such as wrong key code, breaker overload, poor circulation of air and sulfur shower water. Surfaces very sticky in kitchen and floors- probably should mop well between guest. Not great appointments with stained furniture

This property is clean, nice, and good view. However, the owner NEEDS to replace all air condition immediate. The air condition is very noisy. In addition, there are four room without air condition. We were not able to sleep at night. It created a huge problem for many families.

Oceanside Beach House
Property is amazing and very spacious, good for people that need a bit of separation during a visit to sleep or work. Beds linens beach towels were all great. the garage is tight but so nice to have one. We did not have beach in front of the house or a safe walkway to the beach right in front, but a safe 1/2 to 3/4 mile walk was good beach and all the shops and eateries of Oceanside. quiet nice neighborhood with plenty to do. The patios and roof top balcony were amazing and used by all every day. Great Ocean sounds, watching the waves and the sunsets! We saw dolfins every day, and kids saw lots of military aircraft and a couple of ships, so take your binoculars!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful beach front property. It is just perfect for our family. We had plenty of towels and blankets and the sheets and pillows were just as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub failed to heat but the maintenance came over immediately within an hour and had it drained and cleaned and filled up again. We suggest that you bring some extra fans for some of the rooms are just a little stuffy and humid and the air conditioning in some of the rooms is a little noisy. This visit the tides were so wonderful that we spent most of our time down on the beach below our beach house. We flew kites grilled on the rooftop made s’more’s and had a fantastic time with her family. When little suggestion is I wish that the outdoor cushions and indoor cushions were in a little better shape and cleaner for us I felt that they hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while. We loved that there were so many gathering places so that we weren’t all in the same area crowded together we had plenty of room for everyone to go and just have some quiet time. Every bedroom was amazing and just what we needed.

Oh also my granddaughter had an issue where guys from beachfront working/cleaning next door on the deck were taking pictures of her in her swim suit. She was on the jacuzzi deck not at the beach in public so very inappropriate!!

Overall the experience was great, with only 1 complaint. The location and view were absolutely stellar. At low tide there was a beach in front of the house, at high tide you had to walk a few minutes up the strand. Everyone was very happy with the house, though there was a surprising lack of spare blankets. One interesting side note, the house was listed as 8 bed 8 bath, but it was actually 8.5 bath and not in the way you would expect. The smallest bunk room which was obviously for the kids had a full and a separate half bath en suite. The half bath is not on the floorplan. The only real complaint we had was that for the 5 days we were there the hot tub never worked. The breaker tripped repeatedly which was easy to reset, but even still the hot tub never got to normal temperature. Maintenance came by twice and both times said it was fixed but it wasn't. I had read complaints about the hot tub in other reviews so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. For a high end rental I would have expected it to work or be fixed in a timely manner (especially given a few previous complaints in reviews) Other than that it was a perfect house for a group of 10 adults and 6 kids, a perfect location, and a view that absolutely can't be beat.

The location is excellent, the house was plenty of room for our group of 12 adults. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have made sleeping more comfortable. we needed to close the windows at night because of neighbors out late (3, 4 in the morning) below us and on both sides. Water view is perfect!

beautiful surroundings, beautiful home and had all the necessary amenities. only downside is that there are 3 levels plus a few more stairs down to get to the front door (making it almost 4 levels). My rental was for a company meeting and I felt we were too separated and had to find each other. For a family vacation, I think this place is perfect and spacious.

We brought our church college ministry here for a fall retreat and we had an amazing time! It was stunning to see and hear the ocean from every floor in the house. There was plenty of room for all 28 of us, and we loved how bath AND beach towels were available for everyone! The large kitchen made it easy for us to cook all our meals in the house, and it was amazing to be within walking distance of the beach. We had some minor issues during our stay, but for the most part we were able to adapt, or we contacted the office and maintenance came out. There was one section of the house where the power kept shutting off, which maintenance concluded was due to the hot tub and an air conditioner being on the same breaker; hopefully they can fix that soon for future guests. We would definitely stay here or at another Beachfront Only property again!
