You will love sipping your coffee on our screened in back patio that overlooks the 13th hole of the Pine Hills golf course. Myrtlewood Villa is a prestigious golf community that boasts multiple outdoor pools and a paved walking/biking trail. Our 3 bed, 2 bath condo is very spacious and sleeps 9. Use our fully stocked kitchen to cook your favorite meals or go out to the many restaurants nearby. Full washer and dryer inside unit. All the comforts of home including TVs in each bedroom and a 65" smart TV in the Living Room to enjoy as a group.

Our condo is all about location! We are located approx 1.5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to Broadway at the beach. Located just outside the city limits of Myrtle you will appreciate the quiet nights while still being close enough to enjoy the many attractions that Myrtle has to offer. This is also a golfer's dream with the golf course view and located near the many golf courses that the area has to offer.

No matter if you are looking for a family vacation or a Golf trip you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and spacious. We loved the screened in porch and the first floor location. Our dogs love to sit on the porch and watch the golfers. The property is close to all MB activities. We hope to stay there again in the future!

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The condo was beautiful. Check-in was super easy. We were even able to extend our stay because we were having a great time. Great location to the beach and other attractions and restaurants. My son in law also played the golf course. Highly recommended to stay here. I will be bookings with them again

We were in town for a competition at the convention center. Good location to there and Broadway. Beautiful property. Very nice unit. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked for everything we needed for our month long stay. Our hosts, the Stums were attentive and helpful, always responded quickly to any request…. Location is convenient to everything, shopping, golf, restaurants and of course the beach! We are already booked for next year! Highly recommend 🌴☀️

4 senior golfers and this condo was on the first floor which was great. The place was spotless and very comfortable.

The place was very dirty!! I brought extra blankets and sheets. Had to cover all furniture to sit down. Spent the first two hours cleaning just enough to make the stay bearable I had to wash the sheets in MB before using the bed. Loved the location but would never recommend this particular apartment.

Sue’s place was a wonderful location a first floor corner condo. She had everything in the condo that we needed including items for the beach. We are so thankful that we found this place. We really only needed to bring a toothbrush and clothes everything else was available for our use. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!!!

We really loved the location of the condo. There were good walking options and quite a few trees that provided some shade early in the day. Barefoot Landing (& Broadway at the Beach) were very close too. The beach access was just a few mins away too and it was closer to neighborhoods which was much more private (less busy) than most Myrtle Beach areas. The grounds around the condo were very well maintained. Super nice!

The property was perfect. There were no issues, the host was very responsive, and we had a great stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach.

We have stayed in Myrtlewood before and loved the location. This property would’ve been an A+ however there were some issues with the cleanliness of the property. Our two year old walked around barefoot the first night and the bottom of her feet were completely black with dirt. Needless to say we wore our shoes in the house the rest of the week. We also had an infestation of ants throughout the kitchen that we took care of with some traps. Other than that we loved the property and would highly recommend it if these two issues are taken care of.

We had an amazing stay in this property. We came for a long weekend for my birthday to do some exploring in the area. We’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times to visit, but on this trip, we were looking for properties/neighborhoods to possibly purchase our retirement home. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet and had everything needed to start the vacation. Everything was easy, rules were clear, and all was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The condo had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the patio our dog enjoyed watching the golfers, it was a very peaceful setting. The condo was close to all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer.

It was a pretty good experience, we would have preferred an earlier check-in time than 4:00pm, however, we were very pleased to have been advised that we could have entered much earlier. It was nice to have been able to call and reached a knowledgeable live person who was very courteous and helpful! Great experience!

The unit was in a perfect location. Easy and short drive to beach, attractions and Ripken. The porch was the best. The homeowners were easy to deal with. Definitely recommend this place.

The condo was adorably decorated. I never had to contact the owner as every thing was perfect. I was happy that there was a full cabinet of things you always need, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pepper etc. There also was a cabinet of paper items, plastic silverware, tin foil, parchment paper, baggies etc. To say that the kitchen was stocked was an understatement. The area is quiet and less than 5 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. My pup loved watching the morning golfers from the screened in porch. The wash machine is newer and quick, again multiple detergent were available to choose from. This may have been from previous guests leaving it, but was greatly appreciated. We ended up buying our own and left it for the next guest. We would definitely stay again in the future. The only recommendation I would have would be for the additional of a broom. Great stay and great vacation 🏝

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo this weekend! This is always our first choice when traveling to Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s cheer competitions. It is clean, convenient to shopping and dining, close to the MB Convention Center, and truly feels like home away from home. We couldn’t be happier and hope to return next spring to keep the tradition going!

This was our first time in this part of the country. I traveled with my college student and his girlfriend for a spring break get away. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, in a nice location, spacious and had all the amenities of home. There is a grill located right outside of the screened in patio so we were able to grill out a couple nights. Myrtle Beach was a little cooler than we thought it would be but we were still able to enjoy looking for shells on the beach and getting our feet wet in the surf and a day of sun at the pool. The location is close to the boardwalk, beach and other attractions. Overall a much needed and relaxing break for myself and my son and his girlfriend.
