Paradise awaits you in this luxurious two bedroom two bath 12th floor unit located directly on Navarre Beach in the gated community of The Pearl of Navarre. The kitchen, living room, & dining room are open & spacious & lead the way to the expansive balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The gulf front master suite features floor to ceiling glass doors which allow you to step out onto your personal balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds that the Gulf has to offer. Let the waves lull you to sleep. New porcelain tile throughout the condo--no carpet. Kitchen has granite countertops & new tile backsplash. There are 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, & exercise room overlooking the gulf. There are several EV charging stations on site.
Navarre Beach is a quiet get away on a barrier island where you can linger on pristine beaches without crowds. Stroll along the 1450 ft gulf fishing pier (Florida's longest!) where an abundance of marine life can be seen--hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, stink rays, etc. Rent a bike & enjoy the bike path through Gulf Islands Nat'l Seashore Park. Don't forget the nearby Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary & Navarre Beach Marine Park where travelers can visit, get info on the ecosystem/sea turtle life, & view other animals. Sweet Pea is a rescued sea turtle who was injured & cannot be returned to the wild. She is the sanctuary's mascot. The park & sanctuary are located on Gulf Blvd. just down the road from The Pearl.

I have zero complaints about my trip. The view of the ocean was phenomenal, the condo was very comfortable, it was easy to get to the beach each day. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. I’d recommend this rental to anyone, and when I return to Navarre with my family next I will certainly try to book it again.

My husband chose the condo. But he saw this one and thought it looked nice from the photos. But looking back from first searches, I remembered this unit and skipped over it because the furnishings on the deck. Cheap! And now it truly reflected the upkeep of this property. Let me explain first that we have been coming to Navarre Beach for over 30 yrs( my BIL lived here but passed in Dec). We were there for his celebration of life. So we have stayed at many properties! This is truly the first poor review we have left: garbage can lid broke (laid on top), the dishwasher not secured, drain stopper in sink fell apart when you lifted to clean. Kitchen faucet very cheap and needed 2 hands to move so it wouldn’t break, faucets in the bathroom had pulled with 2 hands/bodyweight & slammed shut, closet door was off its hinges and could not be closed, no Keurig( we missed that) , the beds not attached to the wall /headboard) one had a loose leg and ready to break) one of the remotes were taped together with electrical tape.To top it off the first day we’re told by a guest in the elevator ‘the pool and beach access will be closed tomorrow for roof repairs.’!!Property managers said emails should have went out. Walked out to the street access! 2days. Never heard from Owner. When owner Notified of a few things- ‘the previous renters never mentioned it…’ Really your cleaners didn’t see all this? Oh and at 905am the cleaning lady waiting outside our door, as we loaded cart. Uncomfortable!!

It was our first time to Navarre and we loved it! Condo was beautiful and clean and cozy! The comforter in the master bedroom was so nice I actually bought one when I got home! The only thing I didn’t really like is the beach service with the chairs and umbrellas pretty much take up the beach so for people like us that have our own chairs and umbrellas you don’t get great beach spaces

The pictures of this condo just don’t do it justice! It has more space than it seems! The views are spot on, beds are comfortable, it was clean…we fell in love. The entire facility is well kept and safe. The residents, guests, and staff were so friendly. The beach was nice and clean. We didn’t have a single complaint. We will definitely be recommending our friends and family stay here.

The condo was very clean, well equipped and spacious. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Great pool on site and easy beach access. Although this is a high rise complex the elevators did not involve long waits and there was plenty of parking. The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. Nice workout room. Everything was perfect .truly enjoyed the stay.I find the purchased beach chairs made me angry i couldnt be close to the beach unless i pd. $55 a day $200 a wk. i get it. it's a business but i wouldnt go back because all the chairs was an eye sore. beautiful beach . i don't like to be sitting on a strangers lap while iam trying to catch some sun. you need to have the beach for people not chairs. thank you for your kindness...really liked the place. thank you

This condo is amazing! Very nice, clean, and roomy! Beds very comfortable and loved the huge tub! Kitchen had everything I needed. The view of the ocean from this condo is amazing! We had an excellent stay at The Pearl. The twelve floor was perfect for early mornings and evenings on the deck, ad we enjoyed having a beach view from both the living area and the master suite. The unit was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Condo review
We enjoyed our stay. The condo had all of our needs just a few minor inconveniences. The wifi password wasn’t the correct amount of characters, didn’t like that we couldn’t lower the ac passed 72, the smaller bathroom had mold under the shower caps. Overall all we really liked the condo and the property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. She even let us into the condo 2 hrs early which we appreciated greatly.

Beautiful Condo!
We’ve been to the FL panhandle many times and enjoyed this property the best of all of them.
The deck and the view from the Master BR and family room are incredible. The unit was clean, public areas were well cared for and clean. The bed mattresses were very comfortable, even the hide a bed in the couch was more comfortable than your average hide a bed.
Our teenage kids enjoyed the nice sized TV in the BR2 to relax away from common areas.
Kitchen had everything we needed and a new laundry had just delivered prior to our visit.
There is secure parking and gated areas so you can relax that you’re safe and protected.
The beach was awesome, unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed this year, but some days were better than others as the seaweed would drift to the west day to day. Generally it was about 15 ft of seaweed then beautiful clear water beyond it.
The pier is just a short walk down the beach, we saw sea turtles, stingrays and many varieties of fish.
Our favorite restaurant was Broussard Cajun seafood, near the pier and walking distance. The restaurant has ample indoor and outdoor seating, they had live entertainment on our visit. East Bay Crab house was also good. Windjammers by the pier was a fun atmosphere to walk to and hangout.
Navarre is very family friendly and not as crowded as Destin, Panama City, etc.
We would recommend you check out Navarre and this landlord if you’re planning a trip to the panhandle. Enjoy!

Great Unit, Clean, Updated, and Comfortable
We have been vacationing at Navarre beach since 1995 and staying exclusively at The Pearl since it opened. Many of these years we visited spring and fall. This is the first year we stayed in your unit, and it did not disappoint. It was very well furnished, extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciate you working with us to reserve your unit for the fall.

Pleasant stay
We were here for two weeks. View from balcony is spectacular! Nicely decorated. Comfortable. Checked in after 5pm to find unit had not been cleaned (somehow unit wasn’t on schedule). Crew arrived 6:30-ish to clean and by 8:30 we were able to get settled in. Both toilets require some maintenance-one continues to flush unless handle is raised up; one rocks front to back when getting on and off causing the tank lid to rattle loudly. Dryer might need some maintenance as only way to get clothes dry is on high heat. Other than these items it’s a nice place. I would consider renting again if we return to Florida.

A good time had by all
The condo is beautiful, very spacious, clean and well decorated. Beware: there are no pool or beach toys, chairs, etc.. no extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. Only salt/pepper and coffee filters.
The pools are amazing with one hot and one cold, the beach is beautiful and not very crowded. Beware: if you want beach service, you must reserve 48 hours in advance.
Great food around: McGuire's, johnny Huston's, and great ice cream at Twist.
The condo is on between Destin and Pensacola, so not very far from entertainment.
We had a great week, just wish the weather was warmer.

Navarre Beach-The Pearl Resort
Our condo was beautiful and the decor was so cheerful and beachy ! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Loved that we had gate/door codes instead of having to carry key cards. Everything in condo was in great condition except mini fridge (which we didn’t need anyway), closet door was dragging & there was no blow dryer .. other than those minor glitches.. it was perfect!! We loved it and plan to stay at this beautiful resort on our next trip to Florida! Navarre Beach is perfect for us!

Frustrating, dissatisfied, painful!!!
Ok here goes, so first I would like to say that I will never book through vrbo again! I had some unexpected medical and issues arise before my vacation dates, I tried to work with the owner on several different occasions to reschedule our dates as I had just been diagnosed with a ruptured disc in my back and nerve pain down one side of my body! I was seeing multiple specialist and all recommended that I not drive for any long distances in a car as this would exacerbate my pain! I had a lumbar epidural on Friday and reached out to the owner one more time to see if she would change the dates her answer was no! I also contacted VRBO and they said I could not change my dates either, doesn't make too much sense when you’ve already got my money! So we went! Upon arrival the condo was turned a little upside down and did not appear to be clean. Not by my standards! The pillows were strewn all over the sofa, lamp shades crooked and the blinds were damaged. Smoke detector was hanging out of the wall, floor, carpet did not appear to be vacuumed and the comforter in the master was smelly and dirty! I took pictures sent to the owner so she knew what was going on! The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable! I couldn’t sit on any of it with my back issue which basically left me lying on the bed when we were in there! We unpacked, were starving headed out to get some dinner and drove to 5 restaurants that were recommended by the owner before we found one open! Apparently they had all closed anticipating the storm except one! Got dinner back to condo couldn’t sleep bc the bed wasn’t comfortable! Got up went to beach came back to shower and noticed there were no towel racks or bars to hold onto inside the shower, not good for someone with a bad back!! While I’m showering they announce over the speakers in the room to evacuate the building now and not to use the elevators because they were broken! Great so down we go12 floors with my aching back for nothing! When we got to the bottom they said sorry they forgot to announce that it was just a drill! Seriously, wow! Had to kill about 2+ hours because Both elevators were down for maintenance! Finally got back in the room a few hours later! Next morning after no sleep, drinking coffee at exactly 8 am fire alarm goes off! Seriously!!! Decided to head to pool hoping to relax my back, was closed, were power washing and cleaning it, did not reopen until late afternoon, so many things wrong! Never again!!’

Perfect for family of 4
My family and I, husband and children (ages 8 and 10) could not have been more pleased with our stay! I had come to Navarre a while back with other people and couldn’t wait to share this little slice of heaven with my family. The only hiccup was upon checking in, we noticed the condo had not been cleaned from the previous renters. We realized this was not the owner’s fault, just an overlook by housekeeping. I made a call to the owner, housekeeping was there within 5 minutes, and had the whole place cleaned in under an hour. The condo had everything we needed and all appliances worked well. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the balcony, the easy beach access, and the pool area. My 10 year old even cried when it was time to leave because we had such a perfect stay and she didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to return!
