The flat is in a brilliant place.
The rug on the floor. It was very dangerous and it kept tripping up my mother. Lots of stairs.

Such a gorgeous, comfortable home base with an incredible, central location for an Edinburgh sojourn!
4.0
stunning decor, every facility provided and much more.
would have suited us better with a decent size shower and larger washbasin- didn’t use the bath, space could have been better used.
3.5
the style and decor and location
the climb up the stairs and the stale smoke smell even though non smoking accommodation, the size of bathroom/ kitchen

Great location, apartment was beautiful, clean and had all the facilities that we needed for a 2 night stay.

This flat is absolutely stunning. Upon entering the flat, there was a lovely little welcome note from the owner. She had put some little chocolates on the bed and added a few little bits into the fridge, that I was very grateful for after 8 hours of driving!
The flat itself is beautifully decorated. It had some wonderfully quirky little decor. Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered and, quite honestly, was very tempted to have to contact the owner and tell her she would need to drag me out of the flat by my hair, as I never wanted to leave!
The only thing I wasn't fond of was the faint smell of cigarette smoke, but it seemed to be coming from one of the other flats, so this is completely out of the control of the owner.

Opening the door of the property and seeing the beautiful decor. Everything was perfect from the kitchen with everything we could possibly need in, the bathroom with the deep bath, jacuzzi and TV… and the bedroom with what we agreed had the comfiest bed ever on a holiday stay. The location was brilliant as you are right in the middle pretty much of The Royal Mile
Having to leave it lol

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the station & central for everything we needed.
The only down side was the three flights of stairs.

Beautifully decorated throughout. Loved the bed, so so comfy. Everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived and everything you could need was supplied, even down to breakfast items like porridge, milk, orange juice and eggs in the fridge. Great location just off the royal mile for exploring Edinburgh.
Quite a few stairs to reach the property, can’t be helped at all so not a criticism, just not used to them! The shower screens that went around the bath made the space very narrow but the jacuzzi bath with TV in the bathroom more than made up for that!

Great apartment, really well decorated and styled. Pretty much has everything you need.
Location excellent for exploring Edinburgh.
The getting in to the building needs patience and the shower is an interesting design.

The property was lovely - clean, beautifully decorated, complementary breakfast items provided, central location, smart tv, WiFi
Unfortunately we found the bathroom disappointing. Although finished to a high standard- including a tv - the design of the shower and Bath resulted in flooding if one used the shower and discomfort if one used the Bath

Everything, from the nice little details and decorations to the welcome pack and even an umbrella.
Not to mention the picnic blankets, lights, and glasses for the roof top terrace.

Had a brilliant time, the location is amazing and the apartment is beautiful!

Beautifully decorated comfortable apartment. Location excellent. Loved the extra touches like the welcome groceries and wine on arrival.
The only negative was the stairs to climb to get to the apartment

Great location. Super responsive host. The perfect place for a few days in the city!
4.5
The location is great, everything is in the walking distance.
Stunning decor, the owners thought of every little detail. The apartment feels very luxurious.
Very comfortable bed, good pillows. Strong Wi-Fi. The jacuzzi bath and a TV in the bathroom was very relaxing after hours of walking on the first day.
The rooftop terrace has great views, sadly it was a bit too cold for us to use it in the evenings, but I can imagine it is amazing in summer time.
The owners left some eggs, butter, milk, bread, porridge, coffee/tea and sweets for us which was very appreciated.
Check in after 5pm.
Apartment feels smaller than in the pictures, but it is a reasonable size for 2 people.
