About this house rental

Price is for up to 4 peoples... Tree Tops has spectacular Views of the Waitangi River from it's large wrap around deck. It is surrounded by native Bush and Birds Only five minutes to beach and cafes, Restaurants and Supermarket.
Waitangi Golf Course is virtually on your doorstep..
There is parking for 2 cars.
.If you enjoy walking there are fantastic Walking tracks from Haruru Falls to Waitangi and the Treaty Grounds. Golf course only 5 minutes away, Great Fishing in the Bay. We now have a new Bike Trail which is very popular,
The Bay of Islands is well known for great Sailing , Swimming, Fishing and Parasailing
Local and nearby Markets plenty Cafes to choose for your morning Flat White, or a late afternoon Alfresco Wine with the most beautiful outlook over the Bay.
Special conditions:
smoking outside only, with consideration, to fire risk. You break it , you pay for it.
we charge NO cleaning Fee but do expect Guests to leave the house clean and Tidy....
We also have a beautiful Cosy Farm Cottage available near Dargaville Kaipara, peaceful and quite.. look under Dargaville Farm Cottage...Pouto Peninsula..

Great views, lovely property, and near fab brewery - we didn't have a car so we did a lot of walking plus the odd cab but it was perfect for the end of holiday chill!

Yvonne keeps and extremely clean house and communicated with us very well about the property. This place was perfect for the family and I. The view is amazing. We stayed in the winter when it was cold, but inside was always nice and toasty with a heat pump and wood burner available for use. I look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and enjoying the amazing deck!

We were lucky enough to get to the Bay of Islands between weather events. We needed somewhere to have our dogs come with us. This was just the ticket. This was a wonderful location to stay and explore from. Our host was great, both in terms of providing a wonderful place to stay and giving guidance on where to eat. Yvonne was also flexible when our party was affected by the cyclone, a great bonus. You do need a car to get to the property, but once there you're in the trees above the mangrove swamp, a bonus for one of our party who is a keen photographer and loves taking pictures of the bird life. All in all, a recommended property

This is by far the best house we've stayed at. The view alone is worth the price. Everything you need is available, it is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. I cannot recommend this property more.

Treetops is handy to Paihia and the surrounding area. The home is comfortable and presented very well. Allowing dogs was a bonus for us. Internet, TV with netflix, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time, could bring our husky with us! That is so much appreciated! Loved the place. Enjoyed the amazing views, the beach, Russell, our trip to Kerikeri and lovely clean house!

We had a great time at Yvonne's, beautiful views and great location - takeaways and dairy just around the corner, and a short drive into paihia. Fantastic to be able to bring the fur babies too. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful home above the tree canopy with a lovely view of Waitangi river and bridge. The deck was a peaceful place to sit, listen and watch the bird life. Close to Paihia but out of the hustle and bustle. We took our cavoodle and he was fully contained on the property, and had a lovely quiet lane to walk along early in the morning. House was easy to keep clean and tidy, host was helpful and easy to contact.

This is a peaceful place with lovely views along the river. It is well presented and has everything you need as well as good WiFi. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs. It is well located for all BOI attractions.

Our family of four loved our stay. The house is comfortable , well equipped, and has a lovely bush and river view. The birdsong during the day was beautiful and at night we heard Morepork and Kiwi. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Thanks for sharing this special place with us.

Beautiful location in the 'tree tops', spectacular house. Had a lovely stay, great location, close drive to facilities such as supermarkets and main strip of Paihia. Highly recommend!

A cosy comfortable house in a beautiful quiet spot. There's a wonderful view from the sunny deck and a very well equipped kitchen. We had a lot of fun kayaking up the river to the falls. Hard to imagine a better place to spend a weekend away from the city.

a fantastic house with a great outlook across to the treaty grounds. A great place to relax. Great place to also access the treaty reserve which enabled us to walk on the track 1 & 1/2 hours each way.
