Ghost hotel.

Nothing to he liked about at this Ghost hotel. We arrrived at the property late at night at around 1 am as our flight arrived late. We called the hotel before taking off from Bangkok but the calls listed on the app were not answered. The main gate of the hotel was open when we arrived. There was no one at reception. We called on the numbers displayed at reception. Even went upstairs but could not see anyone. We knocked all doors on the ground floor. No one came out. Four of us and our driver were forced to leave the property at around 1.30 am because no one responded. Since it was a secluded area, we were scared. Finally we left the property after booking a hotel 30 kilometres away. I am really upset and angry. Booking.com takes no responsibility at such erring hotels. Please remove this from your listing

Fine for airport.

Nice pool.

Reported Air Con not cold. Only fan. Wasn’t fixed. No spa, many things listed at property are not there? not much to do. Was surprised beach deserted. No bars etc.

Okay for a short stay.

The room is very clean the staff are very nice.

The shower had no water pressure an engineer was promised but no one ever came. The food was only just okay could taste a lot better. close to the beach but there is no one selling anything on the deserted beach which I didn’t realise when I booked .

Over priced, much better options available in close proximity. Room basic. Shame.

Location was great for Soi Dog Foundation and beach. Some of the staff friendly & helpful.

Although my room was furthest from the lift, I could hear clearly the lift going up/down through the evenings/night/early mornings. The wet room was small & water would not drain away, unable to avoid puddles to use toilet & sink. Wi-Fi signal & bandwidth poor. Expensive for what they offer all round. Moved accommodation in the end.

Area In middle of no where Need taxi for every movement Then they rip you off because they have to call you taxi 600 baht to go airport 10 minutes max Reception tell you its 25 minutes away Only 800 bhat to patong from airport This is 50 minutes away Was supposed to stay 3 nights Checked out next day. Shocking

Breakfast was rubbish only 2 veg dish ,they only cater for Indian There is nowhere else to get breakfast rip off £7 at hotel breakfast Noisy Indians shouting and banging doors all night . One Indian lady was drunk asleep at top of stairs in morning

The hotel is close to the beach and the staff is very nice. The bed is nice and comfortable.

The pool area wasn’t clean, if you looked below the chairs when you’re swimming you could see the dirt. The back side rooms (no view to the pool) had a view to a backyard where there were animals that make a lot of noise during the nigh. He shower is in front of the toilet and when you take a bath the floor flossed, what is not comfortable for the next person to use the bathroom.
