Great location, house on Lake Hamilton with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full and 2 Half Baths. Main house rental Includes Dock House and Private Dock on Lake Hamilton with free Wi-Fi and off-street Boat Trailer Parking. Located Off Hwy 7 South and Close to Mall, Oaklawn Racetrack and Gaming, Historic downtown and shopping. Close enough to everything, but far enough out to feel like you' re "away from it all"! Great Lake View and Sunset View. Screened In Front Porch. Walking Distance or by Boat From "Sam's Pizza and Restaurant". Good Fishing and Grilling. You, Your Friends and Your Children Will Have A Great Time. Two (2) Kayaks and a Paddle Boat and some Water Toys available. Check Out the Pictures. We loved the cottage! We had a family of 4 and 2 dogs, with plenty of room. It was so nice waking up, opening our bedroom curtains and having great views of the lake. The cottage had everything in it that we needed to make our time there so easy. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get take-out, go sightseeing and doing touristy things! We rented a pontoon and hubby picked us up right at the cottage dock. Our boys were so excited! It was a great family getaway. Annie & Bob are just awesome. They made us feel so welcome from the minute we drove up. Their hospitality was very appreciated and sweet. Annie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our time there and was able to gjve us great tips for our day on the boat. Annie & Bob, thank you for everything. We will be back! there easy.

This cottage has so much to offer! I wanted to offer my daughter-in-love and son who just had my first grandchild a get away for the weekend and spend time with them, my granddaughter and my youngest son. Since my granddaughter is just a month old, Anni's place was perfect for getting away, but not putting my granddaughter at risk of being in public to keep her well. Tv's in every room. Great wifi, and the luxury of being in the lake was nice. The dock house was perfect for me to stay in the A/C with the baby while the rest of the family played in the lake. I especially enjoyed the swing and getting to visit with Anni! I highly recommend this place and it's owner!

The property was nice. The only thing I wish I would have known is that they drain the lake so you couldn't fish off the dock from November through February.

This cute house provided a perfect location and opportunity for family to come together to enjoy Thanksgiving. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything needed. Open to the cozy living room area, no one was ever excluded. Bedrooms, with 1/2 baths, met our needs perfectly. This “pet friendly” home contributed to happy memories and a very fun holiday. Access to the lake for my Kayak loving son was perfect. Time spent on the paddle boat with my daughter-in-law was so much fun. Anni and Bob are amazing, attentive and caring hosts. So happy with our choice.

The property owners anre neighbors and let us know if we needed anything they were available. I’ve had property owners in past VRBOs that were impossible to get a hold of…NOT Anni! She was a text or phone call away if we ever needed her. My family of 5 (+dog) felt very welcomed and enjoyed the stay. Thanks!!! PS: there’s a pizza bar and grill two doors down which was super convenient for dinner.

This 3 Bdrm, 3 bath, cozy home plus lakeside dockhouse, fishing pier, kayaks, paddleboat, grill, swing, picnic table and outside firepit, was perfect for us. We wanted to fish, but have no boat. We wanted to have easy access to shopping and dining, and all our requirements were met. We fished, shopped Bathhouse Row, rode a Duck for a little tour of Lake Hamilton, and ate at Fishermen's Wharf. A deer visited us the 2nd night, and feasted on the fallen acorns in the driveway. Our hosts, Anni & Bob, were extremely accommodating, and very friendly, yet discreet. We'll return someday!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anni and Bob’s lake house home. We live in a noisy, high traffic area, so the quiet lake vibe was a much welcomed one. There is a great paddle boat, and a lovely outside area with a fire pit. It’s also right next to a fun and upbeat dive bar/restaurant, Sam’s. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay with family and dogs. We will definitely book with them again!

This location was a halfway point for a girls weekend getaway. Three of us were from MO and one from TX. You never truly know what you’re gonna get when you rent a place, but we can honestly say this was one of the BEST places we’ve stayed at. Not only were Bob and Anni the most perfect hosts ever, but the house, itself, was fully stocked with anything anyone may need. While we were here, we visited Garven Gardens and the glass chapel. Absolutely beautiful! But we mostly just enjoyed hanging out on the dock and in the lake swimming and kayaking. We hope to make our girls weekend away a yearly trip and this will likely be our go to spot for future get togethers. We may even try to bring others along with us since there’s another house just a few steps away. Bob and Anni, you are lovely people and we really appreciate you. THANK YOU!!!

Our family had a a great time! Ms. Anni made the whole process super easy. The only thing I didn’t care for was having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, somewhat awkward and could be disturbing to the front bedroom person if they are private and we are. Otherwise lots of extras to enjoy such as paddle boat, kayaks, the boat house with lovely sitting area right on the lake! Thank you!

This was a wonderful 1st trip to H.S. Owners were very accomidating to anything. The location was great. Very sweet couple that enjoyed our kiddos and our little fur baby. We will definitely be back ❤️

We enjoyed the easy walk to the dock. We hung out there a lot. Has water toys there to use but bring life jackets Owners are very nice and helpful The one shower is not connected to a bedroom so that helps One bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom They provided towels We will stay there again. Kitchen has everything u need Very close to downtown Hot Springs Bubba Brew is a must and not far drive.

We had a lovely family vacation on Lake Hamilton. This house has everything you need and more! The layout of the bedrooms is a little awkward for 3 sets of adults but we made it work, would be totally fine for kids. We especially enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks.

Anni is a gem as much as the home is. We visited for a graduation and needed to have space to house family from outside areas. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and if it wasn't there, Anni had it). 10/10, could not have loved this spot any more. My husband and I had a nice time staying at this home. We went for Arkansas Derby weekend. The home is comfortable, and there is a nice little dock on the lake. Restaurants and the race track are just a short drive away. There is also a fun restaurant literally steps away. We recommend this place.

My husband and I, along with our two grown sons, had a great time here. The house was clean with plenty of room for the four of us. It was a little cold for kayaking, but the fire pit was perfect for evening s'mores and conversation. We would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks and the paddle boat provided with the rental.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Anni and Bob’s property on Lake Hamilton. It was wonderful! The main house and dock house were perfect for our family. Everything was super clean. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Anni and Bob were great. They helped us us check in and showed us the property. They were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boat and fished from the dock. We can’t wait to come again!!

Anne and Bob were great hosts. The house is stocked with everything you need. I usually pack everything possible and I could have just packed a duffle with some basic supplies for the boat and lake with a small grocery run. The house has everything you could need. Location is great on the lake and ease of access to the dock and boat slip just steps away. We can’t wait for a return trip!

We had our elderly grandfather, and our young kids. We all had a great time! We swam, fished and kayaked all day long. Bob and Anni are the nicest people and made the sign up and check in so easy. They provide 2 kayaks and a paddle boat to use, along with all the amenities in the house and at the cabin by the lake. The kitchen is modern and had all the facilities you will need. The air conditioning worked great, which was important because it was 100 degrees while we were there. We all really enjoyed feeding the geese and turtles off the dock. We highly recommend Bob and Anni's house on the lake.

Nice place with all the stuff you need. Single couple, two couples or a family with more than 2 kids kid of place. Master bedroom wall facing the lake is all windows. A/c worked great. Must try Sam's pizza two building away!! Enjoy!!

This was fantastic! I loved that there were 2 half baths and a full bath, water pressure was GREAT and there was everything that you could need kitchen wise. There were 2 outdoor grills, fishing poles if you wanted to use them off the dock and a great restaurant next door! We will keep them in mind for the next vacation that we take!

We enjoyed our stay. Had fun fishing, kayaking and just relaxing in the backyard. It was great to have Sam's Restaurant next door. Kroger is 5 minutes away and downtown Hot Springs was about a 10 minute drive. Bob and Ann were super friendly and informative of the area. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup to enjoy. We hope to return!

This is a great place to stay with family. My teens had room to spread out and have their own space. There are kayaks and a paddle boat to use. Ann is super friendly and gives great suggestions for entertainment and eating.
