This was a good property that our family enjoyed, & would stay again. The reason(s) that I did put as 5-stars are as follows: I did not see on the listing that there is another vacation property (I believe owned/managed by the same people) about 5 feet away from this house. While I had specifically searched for a private/entire residence & this does fit the bill, there were multiple people staying on the same property. Additionally, there are pictures of a very nice deck in this listing that seemingly goes to this 'other' house. I assume they are meant to be a communal/shared dock, & there is plenty of space, but if you want to avoid sharing an outside visit with complete strangers, it would helpful in my opinion to know that ahead of time. This property is also a couple hundred feet away from a Motel 6. Not a deal breaker, but that does mean a lot more noise & traffic as well.The last small issue we had- there was only (1) roll of toilet paper & (1) roll of paper towels in the house. Not a big deal, but as seems to always be the case, you only find these details out at the worst times. The house was very clean, the air conditioner kept the house cold even during summer heat, there was a welcome book with helpful information, the communication was very good & plenty of clean linens were provided.

What a beautiful property. Everything we needed was provided. The house was clean, well maintained and cozy. The ONLY downside was there was no access to the deck from the house. The beautiful two level deck is attached to the house next door. We did have access to it but you have to go out the front door and around the house to use it. Small disappointment but not a deal breaker. The owner met all our needs and responded in a very timely manner.

It was a great stay, affordable, with an awesome host onsite. Small cottage, large property. Bring a robe, bath is not attached to the bedroom and you must pass the glass front door. There is a coffee pot but not a Keurig. Location is close to all the activities in town. Would stay here again.

This cottage has been nicely renovated and was very clean upon our arrival. It is reasonably priced. The property owner is very responsive and lives next door. We enjoyed our stay and the Hot Springs / Lake Hamilton area. There is a broad range of sights and activities to accommodate many interests.

The view at the property was breath taking and the interior provided us not only with a clean environment but an appealing home with everything we needed. There is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from along with lots of entertainment locally. I will definitely be returning and cant wait to make our second booking.

We stayed at this house for the weekend and brought our boat to the lake. The house was perfect location!!! It was decorated nicely and everything worked great. Best part about it was the owner of the property was over the top nice and made sure we had everything we needed prior to check in. We will definitely return again.

Beautiful little cottage on Lake Hamilton. We chose this as our honeymoon get away and was not disappointed. The check in process was very easy & the cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It's close to all restaurants & attractions. We will definitely be back!

From the get go the host was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property holds true to the provided photos, and has a wonderful view of the lake. No accommodation was left out, and the provided washer and dryer were very much appreciated! Would not hesitate to stay again in the future!

We both grew up in Hot Springs and still have lots of family there but wanted a little space and privacy for a visit with our little boy and it was great! The location is super convenient and the view is beautiful!

Check-in was super easy…house was super clean…full size washer and dryer…plenty of towels of every size you could need…even hooks on all the doors and tons of hangers in the closet so I didn’t have to live out of my bag…bed was comfy and good pillows….wonderful view of the lake and huge deck to sit and enjoy the weather. I’ll definitely be back!

The home was REALLY nice and it appears they took a lot of time upgrading it. The place was very clean and well kept. The view of the lake was awesome and there was plenty to do to keep busy. The location wasn’t what we were expecting though. It’s right next to the main road so you hear all the traffic at all times. We were sitting on the back patio with a fire and all we could hear was horns. It’s also right next to a hotel and was really bright at night. The property is connected to the owner so it’s not super intimate. Luckily they were probably the nicest people ever and very accommodating, so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall I certainly recommend this place, just wasn’t what we expected when we looked at the pictures and information.

My husband and I just spent the weekend at this quaint and amazing cottage on the lake near Hot Springs. The cottage is well appointed with everything you would need for a lovely getaway, the owners are super friendly and accommodating and we just loved our time here, especially just floating in the lake and taking in the views and sunshine.

This stylish lakeside cottage has everything and more. We immediately felt at home. The accommodations are cozy and comfortable. We were contacted before arriving and during our stay. We didn’t require anything extra, but I felt secure in knowing that the host is very responsive. If you are looking for a place on the lake that’s close to everything and yet has an atmosphere that feels “miles away” from the hustle and bustle of it all. This is the place, look no more. We will return. Cheers!

Our stay was nothing less then perfect. The home is in an amazing location, right on the lake, close to downtown. We brought our boat and the boat dock was a great, there is a great little swimming area on the property the kids loved. It was very clean, it had all the amenities needed. The owners were great, they live next door and are so helpful and very sweet. They made our stay so much more welcoming, they respect you being there and your privacy but any time anything was needed they were there. They were so helpful with everything. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!!

Property owner provided everything we needed for a great stay!! Location couldn't be more perfect! Close to everything yet perfect for a relaxing day lounging in the lake! There are board games, extra linens, even a craft bucket and crayons for Littles. We did make use of the air pump for our lake toys and the seating down at the waters edge was perfect.

We stayed for the weekend and the property is very nice! Perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is connected to the deck of the house next door, so not very private but the neighbors didn't ever come outside so it was fine. We enjoyed the stay!

Cute cottage with fun history. Great location…. Hiked Hot Springs NP, shopped the strip, unique experience at the bathhouse, evenings paddle boarding on the lake. Great get away for two teachers on summer break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakeside house! The deck was wonderful for sitting out at night and watching the boats go by. The yard was a great place for the kids to run and play. The house is conveniently located to hiking areas, grocery store, restaurants, and local attractions. We enjoyed how quiet the house was, and we look forward to coming back and exploring more of what Arkansas has to offer!
