The manager/owner was one of the most responsive we've had in over four decades of summer renting in the W/P, Fraser, Tabernash area. The property was also one of the best furnished, from bedding to cooking essentials. The only downside to the location was the constant daylight noise from building construction below the home, though the ever present train noise in the valley was barely heard day or night. An excellent property especially for families with three levels of living space.

A great place to spend a long weekend or the entire week. The property was well maintained and was very easy to get to. The host is extremely communicative when question come up. Definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful. We had a few issues, but the issues were rectified immediately by the owner. Everything was well stocked except for the paper towel. Thanks again, Paul

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Paul's house. The property was great for our two families traveling for a baseball tournament. The house was clean, well-appointed and the two en-suite bathrooms were great for two families traveling together. The basement was perfect for our kids to have some space to themselves.
Paul was very responsive during our stay. I reached out to him upon check-in to confirm some details, and he responded quickly and took care of our needs.
Excellent stay and host - we will be back!

Great mountain retreat for a family reunion! We loved the spacious rooms and the very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a real bonus after a day on the slopes. 5 stars all around! The only tiny issue is that there is no vent in the bathroom upstairs, and the shower curtain liner was moldy. That should be a quick fix!

This was a great place to stay - close to winter park ski resort. Cozy - great family set up for our group of 10 and nice hot tub!
The owner, Paul went out of his way to help us stay safe when there was a severe winter storm. We appreciated his kindness and support.

The house was very comfortable for our group of five, and could accommodate more comfortably I am sure. The property was clean and was exactly as described in the listing. I would stay there again!

We had a group of friends stay in town for a ski trip and this house was a perfect spot for our group of 10. Paul was an incredibly helpful host, gave us plenty of information about the property and getting around the area.
The house is a 3-minute walk from the bus to winter park. A super easy, carefree way to get to town and back made this trip amazing :)

The home was excellent for our two families (4 adults + 5 kids) when we stayed over the weekend for ski lessons at Winter Park. It had plenty of beds and space to spread out. An added bonus - the garage was tall enough for our highlander with a roof top carrier on top! Would definitely stay here again.

Paul was an excellent host, very responsive and kind.
The property was beautiful, exactly as described. Updated finishes, very clean and hot tub was ready to rock and roll.
We will definitely request to stay at Paul’s cabin again. Loved every minute of it.

The property was not very clean when we arrived. Dog nose prints on the sliding glass window, dog hair on the carpet, and I could write in the dust in the basement. I’m not a big fan of paying an $XXX cleaning fee and then have to clean on my way out and schlep the garbage a block away. The house itself was lovely, we just weren’t made to feel like it was our home away from home.

We had the best time in Paul’s home. It was spacious for our group and had a stunning view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Fraser. This lovely house has a spectacular view over the valley, and it's a morning delight to watch the sunlight slowly move down the mountains across the valley, The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed, along with some extras, such as herbal tea. Two members of our group used the free shuttle to go skiing at Winter Park. The shuttle stop is a short walk from the house. When we were preparing to travel, the owner responded quickly to any questions that we had. We heartily recommend this house for a visit to Fraser.

As a family of 8, we enjoyed this spacious home with a nice view. The decor is nominal and traditional mountain/woodsy. The kitchen is well-stocked but small if you're planning to do much cooking. For a July stay, be aware it may get in the upper 70s inside the home. Overall, great location with much to do and see in the area. Plus Fraser and Winter Park are fun little towns.

We were extremely pleased with our rental. It is exactly as listed and it fulfilled the needs of all of our guests.
Our only mentions that was a concern are the check-out time seems to be getting earlier and earlier. We had to check out at 10am which gave us little time to have our last breakfast as a family without feeling rushed.
Other than that we had a wonderful time. Thank you

Ski trip with my wife, 4 kids (ages 3-10), and my parents. Tons of room and we didn’t even really ever use the downstairs living area. Stocked well with plenty of towels and paper products, trash bags, etc. For a group of 8 it’s tons of space, although if 4 couples the lower two bedrooms have two twin beds each. Could easily have had 2 more kids on a pullout as the downstairs is large. A potential negative is this is a 3-story daylight basement house. My parents (70’s) stayed on the main floor master so didn’t have any stairs but the two up from the garage. Carpeted stairs down to two secondary bedrooms. Wood stairs up to the upstairs master suite were very pretty but VERY slick in socks that I concluded was more dangerous than tree skiing. My upstairs bed was just ok, sank to the middle a little, but I’m picky on beds. Bathrooms, kitchen, and overall trim / finish level and decoration was great. With kids in mind, the only tub was the upstairs bathroom and very high shower head. A handheld removable shower head would’ve been great for bathing kids, but maybe would lose a little dressy feel. Garage spot was tight in a minivan. Nothing bigger would fit. Biggest negative was some popping noises (pipes, circulator pumps?) in the walls quite often overnight that woke me up nightly.
In short, with the same sized group I’d book here again.

Pros: Communication with the host was seamless. Our group consisted of 8 adults. The kitchen/ living room area had plenty of space for us to eat, gather and play games. Having a private hot tub was amazing. Cons: There wasn’t a lot of cabinet space for groceries. Limited to 3 cars. (Not an issue for us, and host was clear on parking availability)

Stayed here with another family, and we had a great time. House is as described. A lot of space between the four big bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed, and was nice to be able to use a decent grill. I'd say there were only two downsides. One was the small(ish) driveway. This probably isn't an issue for most, but we had four cars bc one of our guests got delayed in Denver (and there is an SUV in one of the two garage spaces). The second was the hot tub. While a decent size, it kind of had a little bit of a funky smell to it. Again, very minor nits to pick. Overall, a very accommodating place that we'd stay at again.

This mountain home was perfect for our group of 6 adults who came out for a week of skiing. Home was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped (although microwave was broken while we were there), hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing, and communications with the Paul, the owner was excellent from beginning to end. Suggestions would be to have more plastic or Tupperware storage containers, I did ask if there was a Crockpot before arriving. Owner said no, however before our arrival indicated he bought one for the unit which was nice. Home is conveniently located to the mountain and main part of town. Highly recommend staying here for comfort, location and how well it was to communicate with the owner.

The rental was great, very comfortable for 9 of us to stay and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub and nice kitchen, fireplace, and comfy beds. No issues other than full garbage in garage upon arrival. We had snow falling all weekend and drove to winter park for skiing both days. Great place to hang out- would book again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay overall, but when we first arrived the garage stunk terribly...then when we put some groceries in the fridge there was an opened half drank energy drink (which we emptied and threw away). As far as the stink in the garage, we noticed the garbage bin was overflowing with trash bags (as well as 2 big empty alcohol boxes). We threw away 5 garbage bags (as well as the boxes)and by hand picked out loose trash that was not put in bags which included coffee grinds mixed in with liquid of some sort and grease from an aluminum cooking pan that was also thrown in without a bag. We scrapped up the sides and bottom of the bin and put it all in a trash bag and discarded it all. First of all, we didn't want to get charged for others misuse and secondly didn't want to continue smelling it every time we came in and out of the property! We are business owners as well, and we would want to know if things were not quite up to par. All of that said, it was a nice stay but could have been more pleasant w/o having to deal with the trash bin situation! Hope you have a wonderful day! We miss colorful Colorado already! :)

A lot of rules across the board that aren’t clear on booking. Owner worked with us on them but generally one of the longest lists of rules I have ever seen at a VRBO.

Very Nice The house was perfect for our group. Everything we needed for preparing meals was supplied. The house was clean and the hot tub was nice after days at the festival and hiking. The location was convenient to groceries and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful views, perfect for families, very responsive host
Great lay-out for families with 3 functional floors and lots of room on the main floor when the different family pieces come together. While logistics dictated that we drive to the resort, the stop for the "Lift Bus" is very close.
