Great view and great location. Cabin was cozy and great for our stay.

From the time we arrived to all week, we all really enjoyed out stay at this cozy cabin in the woods. We were able to spend many days down be the water relaxing and fishing and just taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying the clear lake water. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to this beautiful area! Thank you!

We had a great weekend at this place enjoying swimming, fishing and relaxing with family! The place was clean, safe, and provided lots of space for family and pets! The new deck was fabulous, but the path to the water was challenging stone path.

Beautiful view and really enjoyed our stay. Fishing wasn’t good at the time we stayed but really enjoyed just being able to go down to our own dock to fish off of. This place would be great for swimming off the dock. Water is really clear you can see all the way down to the bottom of the lake.

Beautiful property!!! Really enjoyed our stay very relaxing!!

The view was great from living room and deck. The bathroom was super clean. The pedestal sink in the bathroom offers no room to set your toiletries out but will accommodate two electric toothbrushes and a bar of soap. There are quite a few hooks to hang your toiletry bag, towels and jackets. The rest of the first floor was clean enough. We had no need to venture downstairs. Fortunately we brought a lot of food with us because there are no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. To us, the neighborhood seemed creepy (is that a banjo I hear?). All in all it was quiet and relaxing.

Property was as described. Great view. Water very close. The property manager was super responsive and easy to deal with. Very accommodating! Would use their company again to book in the area.

This was a very comfortable and airy house nestled amongst shading trees. The views were amazing from both within the house and from the generous deck.We would highly recommend this as a gathering spot for a quiet vacation.

Will definitely be back! Loved the dock! Kids had so much fun playing! Easy to find!

The house and property were phenomenal, Couldn’t have asked for better communication from the property managers. Access to the shoreline is definitely difficult and I would not recommend for anyone other than young adults. But the location, property, and amenities were far beyond our expectations. Extremely clean, great communication, and just a great property in general. The roads are very narrow going to the property and boat trailers are not an option but the location is very close to lost bridge marina. Overall very pleased with the stay and we all had a great time. Would rent again for sure

I read a few reviews before I picked this place and a lot of them said the trip to the water from the house was rough! My husband and I are in our 50s and although you have to take a rest break half way up, it is so worth what you find at the bottom of the path! There is a boat dock that we attached our floating mat to and just kept our kayaks down there as well. It was SO NICE to just be able to go out on the lake for a bit in the morning, walk back up to the house and have a snack/meal and then head back down to the dock for some swimming! If you are a physically active person, you won’t have any issue with the path that leads down to the water!
The house was nicely stocked, no issues! The beds were super comfortable! We will DEFINITELY stay there again!!
As a side note - I’ve never had to take shampoo and conditioner on a trip to a VRBO but this place did not provide those items. No big deal at all; just a suggestion to bring some of your own.

This house was well-equipped and comfortable. The best part was the expansive deck which overlooks the lake. Beautiful!

Convenient, well equiped and mantained cabin. Comfortable. Limited water views. Deck was under repair and a little shaky. Low slung cars should use exit as entrance and exit. Our Accord bottomed out on designated entrance.

From check in to check out was seamless. Property was as described. A nicely appointed lake cabin with the most beautiful view from the large deck. Getting to and from the water was a little tough but you learned quickly how to manage it. Management was great with communications and any questions or problems. We would definitely rent agsin

Family vacation spot???
The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, fantastic arranged for my family (myself, my husband, two girls agrs 11 and 14), they girls took the downstairs and my husband and I were upstairs.
The lake was specracular, and dock fantadtic. The walk to the lake....well that was rough. I could not imagin hiking that steep, unstable, long path with a baby, toddler, or young child. Thank goodness both of my girls are very in shape runners because more then once we forgot to bring something down to the dock and they would make the hike back up. It was so far and steep it was not worth me taking my tea to the dock in the morning, Something I very much enjoy when we visit a lake in Geprgia. The deck outside is nice, and well furnished but in June when all the leavs are on the trees you dont even know you are at a lake because you cant see it. Something else I missed. However, like I said, the water was warm, so increfibly crystal clear, and the cove is quiet,
The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were no baking sheets, or baking pans. The grill was nice so we made burgers one night but did not have a baking sheet to put fries in the oven, I ended up using aluminum foil. They do have a zillion plasric serving trays, a million glasss, plenty of margeretia glasses. pitchers, thermoses, but no measuring cups, spoons. baking sheets, dishes.
Overall, the vacation was great, we made the best of the hike to the lake, improvised in the kitchen, and had a great time. I am not sure we would have 5 or so years ago when my girls were younger with the lake access.

Kinda scary drive if you aren’t use to curves and narrow roads
Nice and relaxing, coffee pot needs replacement 1 1/2 hour for it to brew, toilet downstairs needs work plus holder, need ant bait to many ants outside on deck. To cold downstairs

Excellent location, adequate accommodations
Pre arrival communication was excellent, check in process was smooth and easy. Accommodations were clean and adequately stocked. Nicely decorated, great deck, great views of the lake. Bedroom and bathroom were small, but adequate. Bed was a bit uncomfortable -- soft and bouncy-- but after long days of hiking, we slept fine. Kitchen is probably due for a few upgrades (coffee maker, microwave, etc). Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful solitude.

Awesome Anniversary Getaway
The cabin was just right for our needs even though we did have to dishes by hand (not really an issue just a little puzzling since the check out paper mentioned starting the dishwasher) Autumn decided to give us a great show; colors exploded almost day over day. The view from the deck was peaceful and lent to very lazy mornings. The drive was a little hair-raising with all the turns but worth it. Thank you!

A Fabulous Fall Break
It was a clean little home that was perfect for our family for the week. The hike to the dock is definitely a hike, but I was able to do it a couple times a day with kids and full hands. The deck and the porch are great for taking in the view with a little peace and quiet. I enjoyed getting outside as much as possible, despite the spiders. Beware - they are huge and they work fast. We had new “neighbors” almost daily so walk (and exit) with diligence. It was fun to have a science lesson every day with a new insect that was spotted around the place(praying mantis, walking sticks, leaf bugs, etc). It really was a wonderful week!

Paradise
We had a beautiful view. The house was very nice and did sleep the 8. If I had one negative it would be to make the lake a bit more accessible. The trip down is very treacherous for most. Once at the dock we were good, but whew. Don’t think a family with small children or older adults could manage that hill down.

Dundee cabin
We loved how close the water is to this house and having a dock to use. The house itself was plenty big for the 5 of us and having just about everything you need in a kitchen for preparing meals was nice too.

Happy Place
This is the 3 Rd time we've stayed at Dundee's. We enjoy the location, home, water, and excellent care we've received from Beaver Lake rentals. We've already booked our next stay!

Perfect get away
Good location, a short drive to Lost Bridge Marina. My kids loved jumping in and swimming off the dock. It’s a bit of a hike down to the water, but it is worth it. House was clean and well furnished, with a great view.

Spring Break Trip
The house met all of our expectations. We were very pleased with the kitchen and dishes available for cooking. There were also many board games that were available for our family to play which was great. The two-story set up is awesome and the view from upstairs with the wall of windows is exceptional. The lake and dock views were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Since we were going to have a quarantine Christmas anyway, we decided to do it somewhere away from home. We brought our dog for a two week stay. The property is beautiful and probably is even more stunning when there are leaves on the trees or when they are turning. The house is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well apportioned. As with any rental, bring your own knives or specialty items (we found a roasting pan for our NYE rib roast at a local thrift store and now there is a measuring cup we left behind). The grill could use some new parts (grill rack was very rusty and the electric igniter is shot). Washer and dryer are very nice. While summer rentals won't spend a lot of time indoors, if you're going to stay in after the winter days end at 4:30 pm, the TVs are a bit small for the space considering how inexpensive larger models are. Those are truly the only negatives.Definitely heed the advice of other reviews. An SUV or high clearance vehicle is advised and be confident your brakes are in good shape. If you're not used to driving in hilly country, it's a little harrowing. I strongly suggest arriving at this property during daylight hours. The trip to the water is indeed very steep. The handrail only goes halfway down and the rest of the way was more difficult as the ground was covered with fallen leaves. It may be easier in summer but the level of difficulty is something more than "coordinated" but less than "athletic". And I wouldn't plan on carrying down more than a handheld cooler. We came from 10+ hours away and it was definitely worth the effort. If we ever had the luxury of 2 weeks to burn again, I would definitely return.

Great spot on beaver lake
Absolutely unbelievable view from the family room or the deck for sunrise. Wow - would recommend this property for a couple days or a couple weeks! Bikers - there is a little bit of dirt road to deal with but it's very short and it's flat so no issues getting the bikes to the property. Cannot bring a trailer all the way to the property so you will have to unload the bikes at the check-in location on 127 and leave it there but it is a safe place to leave trailer and there were no security issues. There is a gas station right at the intersection of 62&127 and also others on the way into town on 62. It's about 20-25 miles to Eureka springs from the west side of the lake but 62 is a great road and if your going in the near future - there is a lot of new blacktop on 62, 23 and many other roads! Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful Getaway
My best friend and I run a business together, and this time of year, it gets SOOOO hectic. We knew we would need a break, and this cabin looked so great just from the photos and reviews. It did not disappoint. Check-in and out were both easy, and when we left a small cooler in the fridge, Karen even messaged asking if we would like to come back and grab it or if we would like it mailed back to us! We might just make this a yearly retreat!

Nice Get-away
Description is accurate. The cottage itself is fairly nice but it's all about the view, peace and quiet, and privacy. Sitting on the elevated deck with coffee one morning saw a whitetail doe and her fawns walk straight across the property down closer to the water. Very good experience.

Perfect family getaway!
This was a great place for our family to spend time on this beautiful lake! We brought kayaks and my boys got out for hours. They also enjoyed fishing off the dock. My husband and I were happy on the huge deck with the view of the lake and a few beverages. We even explored Eureka Springs and the Lost Bridge park and marina. You will not be lacking for things to do. We loved it so much we may look for property in the area!
