It’s the perfect getaway for those that have location, privacy, nature & convenience on their checklist. It also has mountain, city & tram views! Excellent paved, private parking pad , level, with enough room for four cars. That’s a rare find in the mountains!
Our guests have seasonal access to 3 private pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, pool table, ping pong, gym equipment and more. We’ll also provide you with our guest card that that allows you discounts at area establishments.

You’ll enjoy the view from the kitchen window, almost as much as the memories!
Relax in the den, tastefully decorated with new furniture, one of a kind hand carved wall sculptures, cabin themed accessories & even a cabin themed ceiling fan. Fire up the wood burning stove and enjoy a movie from the DVD collection, watch a football game, browse the internet with free wifi, play a board game from our selections, or simply curl up and read a good book. We have a collection of books that should cover everyone... We even have BIG BOOKS! Not the ones with 500 pages (I’m speaking to the kids now... ), it’s the REALLY BIG paperboard type books that kids love to flip through! Take it from me ~ even big kids love them~
Grab a glass of sweet tea, step out onto the upper deck & have a seat in one of the rockers. There’s a new patio set & extra chairs too! Enjoy the view of the tram, passing less than 200 ft away from the deck. Give an occasional wave, tram riders will gladly reciprocate. No worries about privacy, you’re tucked away just enough to be able to shadow yourself beneath the trees if you choose. You’ll also enjoy the mountain view. Every day you are met with a different mural. Spend a week with us and you’ll notice how drastically these beautiful mountains can change within minutes. Try counting the layers of mountains.. I’ve made it to 11 or 12 layers back! See my pictures to see the dramatic changes you’ll witness daily. Some of them I zoomed to give the clearest view online, but in person... that’s where you get the full effect! After the sun sets, enjoy the twinkking lights of the city from the deck. You’ll have a straight line of view to the Space Needle. If you are visiting on July 4 th, Christmas or New Years, you are in for an extra special treat, as they light the Space Needle with different colors, do a ball drop and have a fireworks show right atop the space needle for New Years. On July 4th you can watch the downtown fireworks and catch a glimpse of the parade and other festivities over downtown Gatlinburg. Imagine your front row seat to the lights, from your very own deck!
On the lower level you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with their own theme, flat screen tvs, and private access to the deck. On the deck, the hot tub and porch swing await you. On the lower level you’ll also find the washer/dryer, and a full bath. (There is also a full bath upstairs).

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is close to town, comfortable, and very private.

The place has not been updated to the latest trends. It has several really old (as in - antique) pieces of furniture and the style is 'your grandparents house' which rather adds to the experience and is fully reflected in the price.

This property exceeded my expectations! The cabin was spotless upon arrival. The views are absolutely gorgeous. We had a group of 6 and had more than enough space. Communication with Lynn was very easy. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. We saw a bear on our way in and my 5 year old was overjoyed about it. He also spotted several turkeys while the kids were exploring. Our family really enjoyed watching the trams going back and forth. We all agreed this is where we will book when we visit the mountains again!

Very cozy, didn't realize all 3 bedrooms are down stairs. We loved that we didn't have to go up to the top to have a great view. We literally were 10 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. For those of you that dont like driving switchbacks without guardrails this is your place especially if you want a mountain view. Hot tub very nice. All in all, was a great long weekend in November. Thanks Lynn for the great communication and property.

Home was cozy and welcoming. The area is absolutely beautiful and the fall colors were on point. I even got to see a little bear family walk through the yard (everyone else was napping lol) Communication with the home owners was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend 😊

Very nice cabin. Only complaint I would have is the bathrooms. All bedrooms are downstairs with 1 bathroom. Upstairs bathrooms shower is really short. Very clean. We looked for bears everyday of our stay and didnt see any. 😔 Had a great time. Nice place to stay.

We loved this property, it was perfect for our family! Great location near downtown Gatlinburg but away & up the mountain roads for a wonderful view and privacy. Checkin was smooth and we used the hot tub every night. We saw saw several bears in the neighborhood and enjoyed the use of the village pools and activity centers. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a great location! It is out of Gatlinburg and near the National Park entrance, but not too many twisty roads. It was equipped well. We had a great time, Do lock your car doors, we had paw prints on our doors and actually saw a bear open the door of one of our vehicles that we had left unlocked a few minutes when packing up!

First time to Gatlinburg. We came to experience the National Park, hike and bike. We chose the house because of its location to the park, 3 actual bedrooms, and a hot tub. Perfect location to avoid crazy tourist area or experience it. Quick access to the park. Thanks to great communication from the owner we also added rafting to our itinerary.
The house itself is clean and comfortable. It is quiet! We had curious bear visitors. Their paw prints will remain on the trucks door handles until removed by rain. Beautiful views. Good internet. I’m sure I’m forgetting lots but we were very happy with our stay.

We had a great time at this house. It met all our needs & expectations. All bedrooms are downstairs, it was only a problem for one of the gals who has difficulties walking. But she managed.
We locked ourselves out of the house one day but Linn was able to help us instantly.
We had a wonderful, very brief, visit from a black bear one morning, I'm sure he/she was just looking for breakfast.
Looking out off our balcony to downtown Gatlinburg was great, the Spaceneedle was in direct line down, it lit up blue at night.

I was wondering how this place had so many 5 stars and figured there was a catch but I am happy to say it was even better than I could have imagined! If you are wanting to stay close to Gatlinburg but also have a beautiful view, THIS is the place. There are views from every place you are staying. All three rooms downstairs have sliding door access to the deck with the hot tub and you cannot beat the view. Enjoyed waking up the beautiful smoky mountains each morning. Lynn checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, we had plenty of towels, the hot tub was awesome after a long day of exploring. I definitely plan on staying here again next time we visit Gatlinburg!

Everything was as listed in the online booking. This property is so well located for a visit to Gatlinburg. Just a turn off the central main thoroughfare and a short ride up the hill and you are there. You can drive down to the main area of Town in 2 minutes, park and ride the trolley. The views from the back porch are amazing. The community has a great pizzeria and a small grocery mart close by as well. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home for groups of 6.

This cabin home was in the perfect location to enjoy the GSMNP, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you so choose. It is tucked away just enough from the main strip that we enjoyed being in the mountains and woods in the peace and quiet. But yet close enough for all the touristy things. It accommodated 4 adults and 3 children very well. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views (stunning!), location and seeing a bear in the woods most of all. I would not hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent!!

When I read the description for Grandview, I could never have imagined how incorrect it was. The views were so much better than described!!! We had the best views of the mountains and saw multiple bear and had the best time exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!! I highly recommend this property!!! The owners were accessible and made sure we got in ok and that everything was going as planned!!! 5 out 5 stars for sure!!
