We just got back from our beach vacation. This was perfect if you are looking for easy beach access and a great view. Our section of the beach wasn’t crowded and access is literally next to the building. We could go up to our condo to refill drinks it was that close. We spent every night on the balcony enjoy the sights and sounds. Close to eating…recommend The Shack. We would book again.

I love this little place! It is so cutely decorated, clean and comfy. The beach view and access were great. I do have a couple of complaints. The listing indicated there was an elevator which is huge for my mobility impacted mother. Well, something told me to confirm this before I got there and nope...no elevator. I notified Kim and she was not aware it was listed with an elevator and changed that info. Also, while the place is super cute, the cloth chairs in the living area felt a little weird/slick as though they were dirty(but didn't actually look dirty). Btw, communication with Kim was great. Keyless access made checkin a breeze. Loved the bedroom and bathroom. My biggest complaint of all...I should've booked for more days! Definitely a 10/10 stay.

We enjoyed our time and would recommend this condo to couples who need a get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the view from our balcony and it’s just a short walk to the beach. Kim was quick to respond during check in and she is a great host!

Me, my husband and son had a great stay. The second floor view is wonderful. The neighborhood area is quiet. The beach was not crowded, we liked the chair and umbrella service. We had everything we needed in the condo. We would stay here again.

We loved the location, the ease of check in and the view from our balcony. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed for and excellent stay. We would definitely return. The only issue we had was the tv's. We couldn't get the bedroom one to work at all and the living room was spotty. It didn't really matter to us and we did not report it.

As good as it gets is the perfect description for this condo. The views from the balcony are just stunning. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of four. You can't get any closer to the beach, it is literally just down the stairs and around the building. We had an amazing vacation. We hope to stay at this condo again in the future.

The title sums it up. Home away from home. Communication with the owner was awesome! Wifi was great, cable not so much but it’s in the works. We had our furkid with us and he was welcomed with open arms and felt comfortable. There was some construction headaches, but it was necessary and brief. Will definitely be back for it is wonderful!! THE LOCATION & VIEW IS EXCELLENT - AWAY FROM THE BUSY BEACHES BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO ENJOY THEM IF YOU CHOSE TO. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT STATES THERE IS A WASHER & DRYER, WHICH THERE IS JUST WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT. OVERALL ITS WELL EQUIPPED AND ENJOYABLE PLACE

Son’s family stayed in separate condo at Vista Del Mar. Enjoyed experiencing granddaughter’s first trip to beach and appreciated being able to bring small pet. Condo was very clean and had great view. Owner was easily accessible and responsive. Nice deep tub in bath, grab bars would be beneficial. Quiet neighborhood and close parking. Will definitely recommend and hope to be back next year.

This was one of the best locations we’ve stayed in Fort Walton! The unit was clean and had just enough space for our little family of four. What made it for us was the immaculate view. You can literally see, hear and smell the ocean when you open the window. Kim was amazing with communication and quickly answered any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Florida!

The condo is perfectly located. It has beach front view and easy access to enjoy the day under the sun. The neighborhood is very quiet, which we really loved and very close (10-15 min drive) to several restaurants, shops, Destin etc. We will definitely come back as the owner was always responsive and extremely nice. The building is also perfect in size, only 9 units, there was not too many people at the beach and around so we were able to relax and have a very nice time at this small paradise. I grew up locally so I know the best places on the beach! This is a quiet area of the beach. A quick drive fir dining or a little more action! Having chairs and an umbrella set up every day was perfect.

The 2nd floor is high enough to see over the dunes. The view of the ocean is beautiful. You can't see the sunrise or the sunset from the balcony but beach access is just a few steps away. This is a great family area, quiet, few minutes away from great restaurants and shops. One bathroom was my only challenge,but the low price of the room is hard to beat. The hostess is amazing !!!!

Kim is a great host and her condo is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and has everything you need for vacation. Everything is as described and shown on the pictures. Just steps from the beach. Also pet friendly! We always bring our little dog with us. This is our 7th year in the area and we absolutely love it!

Perfect location right on the beach stayed in Vista Del Mar #5. Definitely will be renting this condo again. The only thing is wished it had a king bed instead of queen. Big plus pet friendly.
