Great location and condo
Nice location and appointed condo. First floor is convenient for anyone not wanting stairs (no elevators in these buildings). Owner was responsive to any requests as well. Would stay again!

10 day getaway
We loved the condo and the area! Victoria is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the condo...

Very clean and pretty but with some issues
The unit itself was lovely to look at, the beds were really comfortable, we felt very safe, and we enjoyed the patio quite a bit but there were some negatives; don't bother showering in the guest bathroom as the hot water tank looks to be about 2-4 gallons so if you want hot water there's only enough to wash your face. The master is better but don't expect a long shower. The toilets are really low to the floor so if you have a bad hip or knee good luck trying to get up and down. And then there's the upstairs neighbor... if you like peace and quiet or don't want to listen to the person above you moving furniture and playing loud music after 10 to 11pm then it's really not the unit for you. We did appreciate that there was cold beer in the fridge upon arrival and they had the basics covered such as sugar, salt and pepper as well as paper goods but the space was really tight and the couches weren't comfortable.

A Great Condo in San Jose Del Cabo
The unit was awesome and the security guard was so helpful. The pool area is amazing and has a covered area with couches and book to choose from. A perfect place with perfect weather. We felt safe to take the bus anywhere and had so much fun shopping and dining out in Old Town. You can go to Cabo on the bus for a couple of dollars. We were just a short walk from the beach. The unit is staged and has lots of dishes and linens. Most of the other guests were from Canada...so, we felt right at home. I would stay there again !!

Brand new condo
This is a lovely clean new condo backing onto a golf course. It's in a building currently under construction so until that building is completed be prepared for construction noise during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and there are bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs and pool noodles for your use. At the time of our visit there was no wifi in the condo which was a bit inconvenient but there is wifi at the pool area. The walk to the beach takes approximately 13 minutes. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is no dining table and chairs in the suite but there is on the patio which is fine if it isn't windy and cool. Inside is an eating bar with three bar stools which would make more sense if there were four. Armando is a very friendly gate keeper and security guy, he does a good job. This place is full of Canadians and Americans so you just may meet someone you know!!
