About this apartment rental
Coral Baja has one of the largest heated pools in all of Cabo. Located right on the beach, this facility has a restaurant on site, a tennis court, and is located a 5 minute walk from a grocery store with everything.
It is a "timeshare" building with only a handful of fully-owned units, giving guests the feeling of being on vacation in an exciting resort. There are special themed nights at the restaurant, activities around the pool all day, concierge service, an activities desk, and room service if you desire. There are communal BBQs on site to cook your fresh catch of the day and socialize down by the pool.
A truly wonderful resort with everything one could need.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Coral Baja condo. We have 2 kids (ages 5 and 7) and the condo was a great fit for all of us. It has a Murphy bed in the living room, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with a great view and a nice large master bedroom and bathroom. The location of the condo is perfect. It is walking distance to the supermarket (although the bus is easy to catch and a taxi is always available) and it is located in a timeshare hotel (Worldmark by Wyndham). The hotel has a big pool that is always full of families and people relaxing and having fun, with several bar and food options and a great staff. It seemed like they were cleaning the hotel almost non stop. Ryan Buck was very easy to work with. I can't really say we have any complaints about the stay, since everything worked out so wonderful. The unit is on the 5th floor, and the elevators are small and clunky, but we never had them break down and didn't mind using the stairs for the exercise.
Overall, I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a great place on Costa Azul with lots of energy and great views.

I agree with other reviewers, stayed at Coral Baja 3 times with different owners, and enjoyed booking with this owner. Very courteous and professional, and well equipped unit. Communication is excellent as well. Thank you for such a great unforgettable experience!
Tip:
I went to Costco and bought my groceries there, and since it's a fully equipped kitchen you can even use the oven and cook meals. So it felt like home away from home! :)
I also recommend Mexican fiesta on Tuesdays at Mama Mia restaurant on the property. Buffet at the restaurant on the beach with warming entertainment.
If you're on the budget, instead of renting a car (don't get baited with $7/week rate on travel sites, the actual cost with mandatory insurance is 350/wk minimum, and driving in MX could be dangerous) hop on the " Ruta del desierto" bus across the Coral Baja, and it will take you to Downtown Cabo with all the activities for several dollars. It's approximately 30 minute ride and they go every 10-20 mins.

Great location. Resort type amenities . Happy hour at pool bar!!! Beautiful view off deck. Condo was fully stocked. I think I would only ask that owner provide a couple beach chairs so when touring other beaches we could use rather than just our towels. The owner is very helpful and responds pretty quick. It was a wonderful stay.
Those with mobility issues could be a concern as elevator can frequently go down. Not a issue for us but I guess some may find it that way.
We would stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at Coral Baja. The last time was 10 years ago. Being a RCI facility, the place looks like it is brand new....Just like a decade ago. Communication with the owner was great and booking the condo was easy. The resort check in was quick and uncomplicated. The pool, pool bar and Mamma Mia make this facility one of the best during our numerous Mexico vacations. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The rooms were nicely furnished. The patio overlooking the pool and Sea of Cortez was awesome. We walked the beach every morning. The best thing was the nice note on the freezer door welcoming us and telling us the food was fresh and to help ourselves to items in the refrigerator and freezer. I opened the freezer and saw a bottle of Don Julio Blanco. After savoring an ounce of near frozen tequila, we changed and hit the beach where happy hour starts at 2 pm and ends at 4 pm. $2.50 for a pair of Corona's and we didn't know we lived in the US for 9 awesome days. We didn't ride the horses at sunset, but I recommend that for anyone that stays here. Our kids loved that when we were here last. We will definitely be back.

What a welcome! A lovely note on the fridge and some goodies in the pantry to get us started. The condo is homey and set up in such a way that you feel at home and welcome. Everything you need is here - a home away from home. The views overlook both, the pool and the ocean. The staff around the grounds are extremely nice and they all adored our blond little boy! They work very hard to keep the entire place clean and precise; somebody is always doing something.
Taco Tuesday at Mamma Mia was delightful, it is pricey per person (35) but the experience is fun and the chicken mole is the best I've ever had.
Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation, when the time is right we'll for sure be back!

Condo has everything you need and then some. Excellent view! My first stay at Coral Baja but not my last. Staff was super friendly! Other guests very nice, met lots of great people. Mama Mias restraunt onsite had yummy food at all meals and was very affordable. Ate there many times. I would definitely stay here again! Great communication from owner!

We stayed at the condo during our son's wedding festivities....it is perfectly located, very nicely appointed inside, clean, and has everything one needs for 4 days of wedding. The condo looks directly at the ocean over the large pool. The restaurant is pretty good, made a fine margarita and had a wonderful barbeque night. The staff at the Coral Baja were friendly and helpful. All in all and perfect and reasonably priced condo in Los Cabos.
