This 3rd floor, 3 bedroom condo offers 1780 sq. feet of pure luxury. You will never want to leave. In the living/dining area new oversized furnishings provide plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect place to wake up to in the morning and relax after a great day on the beach. This condo includes one complimentary set of two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental Mar 01-Oct 31.
Of course you want to sample our great PCB restaurants but when you choose to dine in, the fully renovated and well equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. After dinner gather around the large table for a game of cards or enjoy a movie on the 55 inch, wall mounted, flat screen.
The bedrooms of this condo are no less spectacular. All 3 have incredible gulf views and new drapes with black out lining so that you can sleep in just a little later. All 3 baths have double vanities with granite counters and real wood cabinets.
The primary bedroom has a grand king bed with crisp, clean, linens and door access to the main balcony. There is a 40 inch wall mounted flat screen and plenty of storage space for your things. The primary bath has a fully tiled walk in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, door access to the main balcony, flat screen tv, a full bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #3 has 2 queen beds with ample space left to move around. It also has a flat screen and private balcony .
Inside and out Long Beach offers the best. Thirteen hundred feet of magnificent, white-sand beach means the beach never feels crowded. A beach rental service provides on-site rentals off wave runners, Para-sailing and beach chair rentals.
If a pool is more to your liking, the 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and a palm tree islands will be just what you are looking for. The 'Hang Out' snack bar and grill is located poolside at the Lagoon pool providing tropical drinks and delicious meal options to make your vacation easy and convenient. The Lagoon Pool is located between Tower 2 and 3. There are two heated Polynesian Pools. The Polynesian Pools are located between Tower 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Both Polynesian Pools and the Lagoon Pool have hot tubs.
Charcoal grills are located at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.
Long Beach Resort has gated entry and security patrol. The large parking lot is located right in front of the condo, with a covered portico and ample luggage carts. Parking is in front of the tower.

This condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family vacation. We had 7 adults and plenty of room for each of us. It’s exactly as pictured and the views are simply amazing. Very easy access to the beach and pool. Definitely would stay again!

Great location and 3rd floor was perfect for taking the stairs. great pools and beach location wasn't too crowded. Enjoyed the roomy place and having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was key with 3 adult women!

This property was perfect for our group or 6! Very well maintained. The property manager was attentive and easy to work with. The Long Beach Resort had great amenities for our family (multiple pools, outdoor food/drinks) and parking was plentiful and easy to access.

Our family of six rented this condo for a week and absolutely loved it! It was spacious, clean, updated, and the beach was not crowded. We loved this unit and the location, and will definitely book another trip in the future!

Nothing not to love about this condo! I have stayed at many different units in Long Beach but it only took a few minutes for this one to shoot to the top of my list. It's on the 3rd floor so the unit is high enough to get great view but low enough so that you can use the stairs quickly if preferred!
Great, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked and large enough for more than one person to be prepping meals. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect. Short walk to Pinapple Wiley’s but far enough to be away from the craziness. The slider was very hard to move but when the maintenance guy came by he called it in and it got fixed Thursday.

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our spring break trip. The amenities of this property are great. We were two families with a total of 4 girls. The adults each had a room and private bath and the girls had a room together (2 queen beds and a private bath). Other than the usual items renters are responsible for bringing or buying (e.g., extra toilet paper, dish soap, beach towels) this property had everything we needed and more. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from each of the 3 bedrooms. There is also access to the balcony from each of the bedrooms. Another positive for us was that the beach near this property was less crowded than the beach near other properties. Overall, I would recommend this property and will likely stay again if traveling with a group.

Spring Break 2022
The location and beach access were wonderful. Within a couple minutes you could have your toes in the sand. The grounds were well maintained and had excellent on-site security. I thought having a unit near the pool would permit us to supervise our daughter and her friend (high school seniors) from the condo, unfortunately, the slider in the guest suite was nearly impossible to open/close and the window in the main suite had such a thick film on it that it provided zero visibility. While the finishes look nice in the photos, they are starting to show their age since the last update. But other than the previously mentioned slider and window, a finicky ice maker, and a tp holder that kept falling off, nothing took away from our general enjoyment of the condo. The balcony and the gulf-facing windows are definitely one of this unit's best features - even on days the weather didn't cooperate! I would suggest the owners give the condo a good deep clean (the rooms had lots of cobwebs behind the curtains) but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!
We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. A suggestion would be to have enough seating in the living room to accommodate 6 people. A sectional would fit nicely. Condo was clean and had all the essentials. Check in & check out was easy. 9:00 checkout seemed early since check in wasn’t until 5. Property management was very responsive. Will stay again!

We had a great stay. The condo is great but could use some attention. The beer refrigerator and disposal didn’t work and the shower door leaked water. We still enjoyed our stay!
