The condo was very clean and the views of the water were spectacular!! Check in was easy, but the beds need replacing and the couch was pretty, but it also needs replacing, but it was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed like linens, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates,etc.
All of the Restaurants and stores are nearby which is very convenient. Thank you Swell for making our vacation fun!!

We have been coming to PCB for the last 20 years every summer and this condo was by far the best yet. Updated and clean, essential items were great quality not the usual cheaper version. Location was great. Elevators were great. The absolute only issue was parking. We had 3 vehicles but only 2 parking passes. Yes we will stay again.

We enjoyed the condo and location. We did not realize that the check in time during peak season was from 4-7. We were however, able to check in around 4. We did enjoy that there was plenty of towels. The parking was shaded which was also nice. I will say the mattresses were not the most comfortable as they were very firm. Also, the two bedrooms were very bright at night due to the light coming in from the outside hall. Curtains like in the master bedroom had would have been very nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marisol 403. The property was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect. The only complaint or frustration would be that we couldn't figure out if the TV was capable to stream....like Netflix or Amazon Prime, our own accounts of course. Besides that, everything was great!

Blue swell was great to work with . Everything was easy to book . Unfortunately, they did not tell us there was scam going in with thr condo. We had three cars and apparently they only allow two cars . They gave us a pass for two so we wrote a note for the third car . It was fine all week until Sunday morning . They towed my son’s car that morning when we were leaving . We talked to a guy at thr towing company and the ey said they do it all the time . They wait until Saturday night at 10:00 pm to put a warning sign knowing thst no one will see it . Then , they come back at 11:00 to tow it . Then they charge an additional Fee for keeping it extra hours for weekend . They know no one knows this . Don’t rent this condo in this complex .

OMG we’ve been to PCB 10 times before and we stayed in different places but this is the best place so far to stay at !! Great place remodeled, clean spacious , location is great , basically the best stay we ever had . And we won’t stay anywhere else after this , it will be our place to choose every time

During my stay, I had a complete stranger (a man) walk into my unit without my requesting or authorizing this. At first, we thought we were going to be robbed. He had no ID or anything to identify who he was. He then explained that he was contracted to perform maintenance on my laundry room dryer vent. I asked him to leave immediately and called the rental company. The rental company said they would call the owner to find out if he requested it. The owner said he did not, I was then told by my rental agency that it was a mistake and then later they said the he would be coming the next day and that I HAD TO CONSENT TO THE WORK WHILE I'M PAYING TO STAY THERE. THEY GAVE HIM THE ACCESS CODE TO MY RENTAL AND HE CAME IN WITHOUT A MASK AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (I'm not Covid vaccinated) AND HE STAYED THERE UNTIL AFTER 6;00PM!! I'm in disbelief how this is fair or even legal!! They also had their maintenance man walk into my unit without my requesting this. I wouldn't recommend this rental because they will have people in and out of your rental whether you like it or not. They will give people access to you rental without your consent.

Then a short walk down the beach in either direction to local bars/restaurants. Any issue we had with maintenance was fixed immediately after submitted via email so didn’t detract from my vacation.

Condo was clean when we arrived and fully stocked with the necessities. It was one of the nicer ones ive stayed in. Has 2 elevators and even during the busiest time of day, we never waited more than a minute or two. Location was great. I would definitely recommend.
