We stayed at Bruce's place for a few days at the beginning of the year. Its a great family friendly place with lots of space and extra beds/bedding. The whole house is very comfortable and Bruce is a consummate host.

Our Host was in contact with me almost immediately from booking to discuss coordinating our plans. We were allowed early check-in as the property did not have guests the night prior. The accommodations were clean, sleeping spaces generous. Entertainment - a wonderful game room, an outside seating area to include pool, hot tub and grills. Would definitely stay again! This was easily the best stocked vrbo I've ever stayed at. There was nothing missing that we really needed. There are plenty of towels for pool and bath, extra pillows and blankets, and all manner of kitchen utensils and dishware. Our group of 14 was able to all sit down at the same time. Bruce was very easy to work with and check out was a snap, unlike many VRBO's that expect you to practically clean the house before you leave. The detached gameroom was brilliant. Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, 2 sofas, card table and 2 murphy beds. In the house, all the bedrooms have floor space for extra mattresses. The pool was also fun. The diving board is gone which I was kind of glad about. The pool was in some shade first thing in the morning and almost all shade by about 5pm. We will certainly check on the availability of this house for next year's reunion.

It was a pleasure to check in late the first night and have coffee etc. available. Easy to shop the next morning. Home is located in very nice neighborhood. Hot tub was the main attraction for our kids. Game room was a blast.

This home was perfect for our three children, spouses, and five grandchildren. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and gameroom. We loved having the gameroom detached from the house so kids (or adults) could play without disturbing others who might be napping, etc. Bruce was very responsive and accommodating--even getting us extra locks for the pool gate, high chairs etc. The home was not far from Six Flags and other activities in Arlington or Ft. Worth. We would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of comfortable beds, living room designed for a group our size to sit around and chat, generous dining room table, a game room and hot tub that was a hit with our young teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and a wonderful game room. Hot tub was a hit with everyone with the colder and rainy weather. Great location, Within 30 minutes of AT&T Stadium, six flags, golfing, skeet shooting ranges, DFW, Fort Worth Stockyards.

This property was so much fun. We have an annual golf trip and we all got this house. The pool and game room were great to have. The grill outside was another bonus. Communication with the host was the easiest I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend to all.

Our family of eleven adults stayed here to reunite with local family. The place was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us and we loved the pool and game room. Bruce was always there to communicate with if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Every room was cozy and comfortable, the home is a generous size. Our family of ten had more than enough room to relax. The huge game room, swimming pool and hot tub were very much used by everyone. The owner Bruce gave a great overview of the house during check-in, excellent communication. Would definitely recommend.

We all had a great time and easily had enough room for our party of 8. Nicely located to enjoy the March Madness games in Forth Worth and accessible to the airports. Great communication during check in and out. Would recommend staying here if in the area.

We wanted to stay between TCU and rangers stadium and this locations was perfect for that. Well established lovely neighborhood near anything that one would need .the house is a bit outdated but sleeps many comfortably. Bruce was very easy to communicate with and responded timely.

Had a great time, the family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and loved the game room (that was well used). The house was the perfect size for our family of 14 with extra room left. We asked the host about a pack and play and a high chair and he made sure that it was in the house for us to use.
