This Punta Vista II unit is a 3 bedroom luxury beachfront condominium on perfect Playa Punta de Mita with a 20 meter pool and hot tub shared by only 11 other units.
The terrace that overlooks blue water and the white sand tempts you to walk the unspoiled beach to the south or stroll up to the rustic seafood restaurants in the quaint fishing village to the north. The condo has 3 ½ marble baths, all Viking appliances, and a media room with satellite TV. We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. We had the pool practically to ourselves. Kids surfed and boogie boarded on the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great time at the condo. Lovely unit and pool with everything we needed. Cleaning lady comes every day, Fabricio was there to answer all questions. Easy 7 minute walk from restaurants, we rented a gold cart which was fun and made the trip to the town even easer. only downside is the beach is all rocky after the hurricane in october 2023. It's sandy in the pictures.

I can't say enough about this condo! It truly was amazing. Beach side of condo was all glass , we never closed the doors . Pool was beautiful, afew steps from ocean. Beach was to rocky to enjoy but it didnt detract from our stay. Manager Fabrizio was EVERYTHING. Arranged transport , available for every question . SO HELPFUL.

Jessica took our reservation request last-minute just 24 hrs before check-in. This place was absolute paradise and saved our family vacation (we had previously been staying in Sayulita, where the ocean was contaminated and unsafe for swimming).
Punta Mita waters are clean and family friendly.

Overall a great stay. We had 3 adult couples with lots of space not to be tripping over everyone. All bedrooms with king beds and en-suite. No need to go whale watching just sit on the large deck. Unfortunately the hurricane brought rocks onto the sandy beach but no control over that. The pool was clean and always chairs available. Overall I would give this a 4.5 rating. Only reason not a 5 was the rocky beach.

Our Family of 5 stayed for one week in Jan 2024. Fantastic property with everything you would want. Incredible front row seat with panoramic ocean views. The unit was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Owners were delightful and the onsite staff was welcoming and always helpful. Would book this again in a heartbeat!!!

Everything was as expected and we loved it! Two bedrooms have ocean view and the third is less desirable comparatively so know ahead (my son felt disappointed that his sister got the better room which is a mirror to master bedroom). We arranged a golf cart ahead with Fabricio so it was parked in our parking space ready to go to dinner on arrival ($90USD per day) and we loved having it for the four of us to get to dinners, lunches, activities (scuba diving and fishing with Spearmex right in town, massages at The Spa). You must book Tuna Blanca and Casa Teresa in advance of your trip because very popular! Some the restaurants mentioned in prior reviews are now called Mina and La Pescador, both great for seafood. Our family had a wonderful time!! The 40 ft balcony views of the ocean are spectacular. What an exceptional condo! Our family stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time. The space was perfect for 6 people. There was plenty of room for us to all to feel comfortable. We appreciated that there was a cleaning service every day. The location was perfect in the town and walking distance to everything. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for big meals with groups. Fabrisio, the manager was very responsive and helpful in everything that we needed. He was also present in the complex almost daily.
There were only a couple of things that were disappointing. The hot tub was dirty and not working. We wished there was a little effort to get it fixed for our 8-day stay. The gas grill was also not working. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is huge and very spacious. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean and opening the full wall of glass to enjoy the open air. The kitchen was fully stocked, as well.
Just a short walk away (10 minutes) down the beach and you are were all of the restaurants in town are. The condo also came with a garage parking space which was nice with our rental car.
I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is as advertised and has everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It is great to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves and the pool area is terrific. The town is fun with plenty of options for dining and activities, plus it is close to other towns for sightseeing. Hope to return sometime in the future.

The condo was amazing - large and fully equipped. The views were incredible. Fabricio was super helpful, including setting up our airport transportation, a golf cart to head to town, and a chef that came to our condo to cook for us (best meal of the trip). The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Outside the gated community which we enjoyed as there was a more authentic Mexico feel and some amazing restaurants and activities. Would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

I needed to find a place to relax that would work with my elderly parents (80s) who have some ambulatory issues AND my adventuresome family of four (husband and kids 14 and 10 who love swimming/kayaking/hiking). It was PERFECT. Everyone had their own room/bathroom and the whole place was so comfortable. It was great having staff on-site to help with groceries, cleaning and advice. The food in the area was also excellent. Only down-side was the pool was a little warm (though my folx loved it). Also, the beach a little rocky (but once in the water, the sand was great). For those with sensitive feet, I'd bring swim shoes. Otherwise TOTALLY LOVED it! Gorgeous, clean, spacious!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Punta Vista II. We actually own our own condo in El Faro de Mita but we wanted to stay in a condo actually on the beach. This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor that allows for a picturesque view both up the coastline to the mouth of the Pacific Ocean and down the Bay of Banderas towards PVR (which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful views in Mexico). The sunrise over the mountains is incredible. The condo was recently repainted a much lighter and fresher color. 5-stars!

The condo location cannot be beat! You do not get easier beach access. The pool and condo complex are well taken care of and very secure. Daily cleaning service was nice, but not completely necessary since we treaded so lightly. We did not get the extra special treatment of prepared guac, cut up fruit, etc that is mentioned in other reviews, but that did not take away from our enjoyment of the space. The town of Punta de Mita is great - excellent restaurants, cute shops and very family friendly, and you can easily walk there in less than 10 min from the condo. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

This oceanfront getaway was excellent and welcoming. The owner, Jessica, manager, Fabricio, and staff, Mara and others, were very welcoming, easy to work with, and helpful. This place is on the oceanfront as advertised, on the fourth floor, has great views all the time (sunrise/set, whales at the right time of year, entertaining flocks of seabirds), was very clean and spacious, has a great pool (refreshing, clean, with tables, chairs, and a working hot tub), and a great beach (soft sand, few rocks, safe for kids, decent boogey-boarding, and good for long walks down the beach). The surfing at El Anclote (a 2 minute walk) is shallow with a rocky bottom and has urchins so bring booties if you go. The beach is great for walking, particularly at low tide so you can get past narrow spots. You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and similar places of interest easily. We had a great and relaxing time here!

We recently stayed at Jessica's condo in Punta de Mita. The condo is beautiful with a stunning view from the large deck. It is roomy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would ever need. The beds are comfortable with nice quality bedding. We had maid service every day that did a great job of keeping the condo very clean. Any issue was promptly dealt with by the maintenance staff. Wifi was good. The pool was never very busy and there were days when we had it all to ourselves. The beach in front of the condo is great for walking and not crowded at all. There are some very good restaurants close by many of them on the water. We especially enjoyed Mina's and La Pescadora. Two members of our group had mobility issues so we rented a golf cart from Fabricio, the property manager some days and other days used taxis but you could walk to the restaurants. Jessica was very easy to communicate with and promptly answered all my questions. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing unit with spectacular views of the ocean right in front of us! Best beach around and easy access to all the great waterside restaurants. The housekeeper took such great care of us and literally cut up our fruit and made us guacamole without us even asking! Beautiful pool and met some nice people. Loved our vacation!!

Great place to stay on the south side of Punta Mita. Spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Right above the best beach on the south side and easy walks to the restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful and the parking spot is only a few steps from the apartment. Good for family vacations!

The condo was everything and more than the description. Fabricio was there to greet us and walk through the property and very responsive to questions. Filtered ice maker was a big bonus. We were very pleased with location as it was walking distance to town and various restaurants/taco stands. We did get a golf cart for a few days which was nice to get around. Visited downtown Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita which we rented a driver/taxi which Fabricio can help with our you can have the guard call for you. The pool and ocean were great. Can’t wait to plan our trip back.

We had a great time, but some maintenance is certainly needed. For example, the master shower did not work at all - it would literally drip. The sinks in the master bath drained very slowly as well.
However, the daily cleaning was fantastic, the views were excellent, and the property has a great location. Also - garaged parking and lots of toys for the beach.

Excellent property.. a few unfortunate circumstances.. the shoreline beach outside the property impossible to swim in or boogy board/surf secondary to thousands of rocks washed up along the shoreline. Nature’s fault only. The hot tub needed a 2 hour heads up before a 10 minute hot soak… poor policy.
Every staff member was great with their care and commitment. Easy access to an excellent array of restaurants. Overall a great experience.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at in Mexico! Location is perfect - Great Beach, great restaurants, Great town! Jessica was easy to communicate with throughout the reservation process. The Manager, Fabricio was excellent help -he set us up a golf cart to use during our stay, he also set us up a Chef for one night that was outstanding! The rest of the staff on site helped us throughout our stay setting up taxi's for golf, airport and Covid testing. We will be back!!!

This condo is just lovely. It has all the amenities you will need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The view is breathtaking and makes it so you don't want to leave. We were very fortunate and were the only ones in the complex for the 5 nights we stayed. There wasn't anyone but us hanging at the pool. The location is also very close to town. We rented a golf cart because we have kids and they don't always want to walk but the walk on the beach into town is short and beautiful. We definitely want to come back!

My husband and I went with our 3 kids and Jessica helped us find another condo in the same building for our my sister and brother in-law and their 4 kids. Perfect family vacation. Great restraunts, $25 massages just steps down the beach from a sweet family. Surfing, panga to La Lancha beach to surf. The guys went spear fishing and the girls did a day pass at the St Regis! Beach is better in front of the condo then at the St Regis. Rent a golf cart and cruise around town. We all loved it! We love Hawaii but this rivals it! We will be back.

It was perfect. The prep was amazing from both Jessica and Fabricio. It was my 20th anniversary and there was nothing lacking. We rented a golf cart and paddle/surf board for all six days. Not enough time. We'll be back soon!!

Perfect place for your family! Terrace and a million dollar view, amazing indoor outdoor living, grear kitchen, Viking appliances, great pool and the best powder sand beach in Punta Mita. Jet Skis for rend out front, boogie boards in the closet and walking distance along the beach to town. Get a golf cart and dinner is a short ride away. Fabricio was an amazing concierge/host. Took care of what we needed. It’s not behind the gates, br if you want to experience the beach, the town, the people and an amazing home base, this is the spot. We will definitely return! This was our first trip to Punta de Mita. It is a beautiful part of the world. Of the 10 times I have been to Mexico, this was my favorite. The town is warm and inviting as well as safe. There are great restaurants on the beach and plenty of activities on the water.
Jessica's condo is perfect. The views, the pool and the floor plan are amazing. The private beach is clean and fun and literally at your back door. We are a family of four and everyone had tons of room to spread out and enjoy the incredible set up. You could easily sleep 6 people and still have a lot of space. The parking spot was a nice bonus, as I would recommend renting a car to get into town ( a 3 minute drive) to go to the market, restaurants (which are very reasonable for a nice meal with drinks), and a day trip to Sayulita. There is also a great restaurant (Mad Max's?) about 100 yards from the place that serves great pizza and a nice breakfast.
Fabricio does a nice job managing the unit, but make sure you call him because he did not respond to any emails I sent him prior to arriving.
I have already recommended this place to a few other friends looking for a warm vacation spot.
