About this house rental

Our 'Zion's Landing' home has a pool (18'x36') and a spa / hot tub (hours 8am to 10pm).
This home is ready for your group. All beds are made except for the twin beds. Clean twin sheets are provided on top of mattress for you to make them if using.
Zion's Landing provides a family friendly home with a wide array of activities for all ages. Perfect for large groups - reunions, business retreats or other getaways.
It has an inviting backyard with BBQ, covered patio, pool, spa / hot tub and play gym, security pool fence and locked gate. There is a large neighborhood park with an expansive grassy area with a covered pavilion.
The house has 3 large screen TVs, DVD players and recreation / game room. It has a nicely equipped kitchen for feeding large groups. New carpet was installed through out the home January 2021.
Parking for 8 cars on the driveway / side of the house (steep driveway initially). Please limit additional parking to directly in front of the house. We have outside (only) security cameras.
We have been in the nightly rental business for over 19 years. This location is our best!

Home is perfect for a large family gathering. Kitchen is amazing with plenty of seating. Home is very clean. Swimming Pool is fenced and can be locked for safety. Swimming, ping-pong, foosball, and children's play area kept everyone busy. We would choose to stay again.

This house in La Verkin was a great spot for our family reunion. It had a lot of great things. It was close to sand hollow which was a lot of fun. It had a ping pong and foose ball table. Plenty of seating for dinner time. We went when it was over 100 degrees outside so we didn’t use the outdoor playground much. The pool unfortunately wasn’t refreshing but still enjoyable after it cooled down a bit after the first few days. Cons The pool was too hot to use for the first day or two. The hot tub was just bath water temp but the kids still played in it. Fridges need a better ice maker (constantly ran out of ice).

We had a delightful time in this beautiful home, which was perfect for our large group! It is the first time in many years of renting a home for our family reunion that we have had enough table, couch, and bedroom space for everyone, plus there were more than enough dishes, utensils, and glasses-- a wonderful bonus. We hiked, biked, rock climbed, hot tubbed, played ping pong & foosball, and cooked like crazy--it was wonderful! We will definitely return to this comfortable home.

The house was well located for our activities at Zion, Bryce, and North Rim. We had 14 adults at the house and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the three tables that provided enough space for group meals, jigsaw puzzles, and games. The house feels spacious. That said, there is one coffee maker, so we brought in a Kuerig for our stay. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, but we went to the store for aluminum foil, plastic wrap, baggies, and trash bags. The grocery is half a mile away, so very convenient. The Rock River Roasting Company is down the street too, and has great food. Nice walking path in the neighborhood at Confluence Park.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It has a nice layout, great for entertaining, and had plenty of space. The dining room area had 3 large tables to accommodate large groups. Beautiful pool area with a playground for younger kids. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood! Definitely would recommend this house!!

The home is beautiful and spacious. Located in a very nice neighborhood that is close to LaVerkin & Hurricane. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the tables outside in the shade. Parking was plentiful.

This house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone. The one down side was the 10:00 cerfew. I didn't realize you had to shut down the pool at a certain time. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We had a wonderful visit. The house was well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 20 to eat meals together and gather in the living room. The extra rec room was nice to have a secondary place to hangout and watch movies. The pool area was well maintained and large enough for our entire group to enjoy. The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

The location of this house is ideal if you plan to spend time at Zions. It is hard to find a rental that will accommodate large families, so this was great. We had a great time!

The location was great to explore Zion and Bryce was 2 hours away. We went to both National Parks during our stay. The children and teens loved the room with 12 bunk beds, they are still talking about it. If your party has lots of children and/or teens, best room in the house

We had 4 generations staying with us. Our 4 children and their families. 2 yr old to 87 yr old grandma, 24 total. Plenty of room and accessible for all of our needs. Pool and hot tub worked well. Close to all kinds of activities. Would definitely come again.

We had multiple family members come and stay for the week. We had so much fun. The house was very nice and the owners communicated very well with us. We have done this for years and I asked my kids of all the houses which would you want to come back to and they said this one.

We had a family group of 16, ages 4-75 and the place worked out great! The kids loved the heated pool and we all enjoyed the spa, even in the rain. We had good outings to Zion and other local spots. The kitchen was well equipped and the game room was great. It really was an ideal arrangement for our group.

We stayed at Zion's Landing for Thanksgiving. We have 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren all under the age of 5! It was a perfect get away for all of us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. There was plenty of sapce for all of us and we really enjoyed being able to relax and enjoy the Holiday all in the same space. The house was perfectly appointed for family time.

With 23 people, it's hard to find a location that will comfortably fit all of our families in one place. This home left us room to spare. the pool was so nice, and the owners were amazing to work with. The location was perfect for days spent in St. George or Zions. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Made from easy access to incredible mountain biking, visiting St George and very close to Zion National Park. We had three families totaling 18 people and the home absorbed us very well. The kids loved the garage converted into a game room. The home was very clean and maintained. Only concern was that the driveway is very steep if you have a large vehicle but there is roadside parking available. Thanks for opening your home to us - we loved it!

Our family stayed here for a family event. The kitchen was a great size wand we were able to feed many people easily. The three large tables were helpful as were the outdoor tables and chairs. Only room for improvement: maybe change out the air filter and dust/vacuum a bit more. It was a little dusty in some of the rooms, the decorations in the upstairs bathroom had a sizable amount of dust. The garage/rec room had some areas that could have used some TLC on the rug plus functional ping pong paddles. The ones there had the sides peeled off making it impossible to play with them. It would be easier if they provided pool towels instead of making the renter bring their own. Overall very happy with our stay. Thanks for the chance to stay so close to our family event and the trail.

This IS the place! It had everything needed to pull off the best family vacation I’ve planned to date. I plan a family vacation for every 2 years, and if you do family vacations look no further! Zion’s right next door for seeing the number one National Park in America and a house to go to that has everything needed to entertain all ages.

We came for a wedding. We had are entire family under one roof! The wedding was fantastic! We played games: football, table tennis, hide-n-seek, sardines, and tons of swimming games. We watched movies, each TV had a different age group watching a movie of their choice. We had all the appliances that we needed to make great meals. Had an abundance of plates, cups, bowls etc… no paper needed! Everything was terrific!!

Great response times with the owners, rental felt clean (with minor exceptions below), fans in helpful places (important in July heat), large open spaces inside (great for large group), & backyard felt private/secluded (despite not being far from groceries/gas/sites/etc.). Overall definitely a place I’d recommend & return to but some issues that came up were some ants on the dining room floor (maybe 30ish when the floor had crumbs), the AC can’t go below 73 without risking problems, & the pool was murky (possibly caused by bag in filter from previous group, but still fun to play in).
