We had a great stay in LaVerkin! Summer was very quick to l respond to questions and was also accommodating to my 1 and 3 year olds. A high chair with 5 point wraps AND a paknplay!! My whole family enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home!

The property was perfect for our family get together. Each day we would go to one of the National Parks, or other activity, but our adult children were always excited to get back to the house. We relaxed by the pool and in the hot tub. Two nights we grilled out. The property is exactly as pictured and described. More than enough room for the 7 of us. Would love to say there again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, well stocked and well appointed home. After days of hiking Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon national parks , it was nice to relax by the pool. Beds were comfortable and all four couples plenty of room. Highly recommend this home for large groups.

This is our second time staying here. I went on a trip with my sisters and our kids. The location was great to take day trips into Zion. There were some gnats in the casita at night, we didn’t leave the doors open or anything so I’m not sure how they were getting in. Other than that the house is lovely and the pool is great for spending the day swimming with the kids.

We had four adult couples and another adult and this home was perfect for our large group. It’s location to Zion and La Verkin/Hurricane town conveniences was excellent and the home was large enough with all the amenities necessary to make it a perfect vacation.

Wonderful home for our multigenerational family vacation. We all loved the pool, spa and grassy space outdoors. Indoors was ideal for hanging out, cooking, playing games. Two days exploring Zion made easy by location. Enjoyed local River Rock Roasting Company too!

My husband and I brought our 3 adult children with grandkids and spouses. Lots of space. The casita was nice for the couple without children. We grilled every night and played games at the outdoor tables. We all loved the pool. Although it was super hot outside we also enjoyed the hot tub.

Zion Escape is everything you want and more! The property is fantastic! Beautifully maintained, updated and the location is perfectly located to multiple excursions. Spending afternoons at the pool after a day of hiking was the perfect end to each day. Summer was very responsive and made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend!

This beautiful property is exactly as pictured and fully stocked with anything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed plenty of room for our family to gather together and then later to retreat to our own quiet spaces. Great property for our family. The backyard is quite large! We used the fire pit, jacuzzi & pool. The lawn area is large enough to set up any type of games you may be bringing with you. We brought Corn Hole. A grocery store is just a few minutes away. Convenient location for Zion for sure.

The house was great- very comfortable and updated- unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool or hot tub- but the kitchen was well supplied and the beds very comfortable. W My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer-

This house was perfect. Well maintained and clean. The location is great for getting to Zion and Kolob. The only thing that would make it better is to clear out all the open food items and refrigerated things like mayo that take up a lot of space and don't leave much room for your groceries. We would absolutely stay here again it was great.

Spent two days in Zion, then another exploring parts of SW Utah and NW Arizona. This house was the perfect home base for it all. Large rooms, great kitchen hot tub, pool, and a fire pit. I'll definitely be back.

One of the best vacation rental experiences we have ever had! The home was well stocked and organized with every conceivable thing we would need to feel like we were at home as well as the necessary items that could be useful for the area. The simple touches as having available walking sticks makes such a big difference. The home was clean, well maintained and had a fabulous outdoor area with pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Had our oldest kids accompanied us, the casita would have been perfect for one of them to stay, but as it was the home had plenty of room for five of us to be extremely comfortable. The communication was clear and concise with the owner, and instructions for check in and out were very straightforward. If we head back to the Zion area, we will definitely try to book again if it’s available.

If you’re hiking Zion, stay here! Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Had everything that you could possibly need and the outdoor/pool area made us feel like we had our own private resort. Summer was great and responded to all of my messages within minutes! All around fantastic stay!

This home exceeded our expectations ! Beautiful , super clean in a quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for us to visit both national parks and still have time to relax by pool and use the hot tub each night after our hikes ! The property in LaVerkin is outstanding!! It is a beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfectly located for a group who hiked both Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. The outdoor living space is such a beautiful highlight. Summer, the property manager was very quick in her responses to us!! Love it and would stay there again!!!

This spacious and very comfortable home made the perfect home base for our adventures in Zion National Park. We found ourselves longing to get back to the pool and hot tub after long hiking days. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to cool off at the end of each day. The house was also well stocked with essentials-condiments, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash (not the tiny little hotel bar soaps). It was about a 30 minute scenic drive to the entrance of Zion Canyon. Or trip to the Kolob Canyon area was just 20 minutes north. A good grocery store just 5-10 minutes away. It was perfect for us, with all the comfortable beds. This is the kind of place we love to stay at, especially for hiking weeks.

This house was perfect for our family reunion with 9 people. There was plenty of room for everyone and the rooms were all nice- very comfortable beds in all. The back pool area is outstanding with lots of chairs, pool floats, a retractable pool cover, an outdoor refrigerator and grill. We all spent hours in the heated pool . The neighborhood is beautiful and we were near a full service grocery store and a short 1/2 drive to Zion Nat'l Park. We would love staying here again sometime.

Over the years my wife and I have rental several homes listed on VRBO and by far this property beats them all!! The home and all it includes is phenomenal. From its location, cleanliness, furnishings, neighborhood, and wonderful outdoor living space and pool, you can't find better. Working with Summer, both before arrival and during our stay, was very easy. Quick responses to all our requests and questions. Working with Summer was a breeze (no pun intended). I think our girls group of 7 would agree we never wanted to leave. Summer's place was the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to parks, restaurants, cafés, etc. The pool area was amazing! Neighborhood was perfect. We can't say enough about how wonderful everything was!! We will definitely be back!

We have a crawling grand baby and an adult son in a wheelchair so our needs are not like most. Loved the location. Near some great places to eat and near a store. Pool, hot tub and casita were great! Owner was quick to respond and great to work with. Would stay here again!
