All on the Ground Floor: Living room: 46" Smart TV, Patio Doors Leading To Garden Dining room: Patio Doors Leading To Garden Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Sun Room. Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Large lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Garden room. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please Note: There are 2 steps and a fenced pond in the garden. . This charming bungalow is ideally located on a quiet country lane with beautiful open views, yet only 1 mile from the nearest beach, making it the perfect holiday retreat. At certain times of the year ducks can be seen strolling over the extensive lawned gardens and herons perch by the pond. The large southerly and easterly facing garden means guests can enjoy sunny weather all day long, and in the distance the impressive Quarr Abbey, a Benedictine monastery, can be seen. The small quaint village of Binstead lies just 1 mile away, whilst Ryde the islands largest town is only 2 miles, offering a large selection of restaurants, pubs, marina and a pier, where the high speed passenger ferry to Portsmouth is located. The long stretch of beach also boasts many cafés, a play area and ten pin bowling. There are many other places of interest to visit on the island, such as Queen Victoria’s home, Osborne House, the Blackgang Chine, Appeley Park and Carisbrooke Castle. The island is popular with walkers and cyclists alike, with its many footpaths and cycle ways passing through pretty villages. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. There is open water in the property grounds.
