About this house rental
Downstairs has a lounge with TV and separate dining room with seating for 6. Patio doors lead from the dining room to the outside decking with seating and steps down to the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard upstairs.
Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobes
The large main bathroom has a full-size roll top bath, toilet and a large, walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a shower and a toilet and sink.
Car parking is in the nearby council car park. Guests can buy a tourist parking permit which allows parking in most council-run car parks across the island. Permits must be bought using the phone app on the day of arrival.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in this property (downstairs only please!). Please let us know if you are bringing a dog.
Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen.
Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits will be available in the property for your arrival, so you can freshen up and relax before starting your holiday.
We can book discounted ferry tickets for you with either Wightlink or Red Funnel. If you would like us to book discounted ferry tickets for you, please ask once you have completed your booking.
