Courtyard Cottage is situated in the beautiful town of Framlingham, and is perfect for small families or couples looking to explore the lovely surrounding area. . Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Second Floor:
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Small courtyard with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This pretty cottage is centrally located, just a short walk away from the picturesque and historic market town of Framlingham, it offers a great market square and a good range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Nearby is the 12th-century Framlingham Castle, surrounded by parkland and a lake. It is a natural dog friendly haven for wildlife and popular with walkers. There is lots to do nearby including cycling, walking, golf, fishing and bird watching. Suffolk’s Heritage Coast is a 30 minute drive away. Aldeburgh, with its sand and shingle beach that backs on to the pretty seaside town with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is 15 miles away. Southwold with its pier, sand and shingle beach and promenade which runs along the front of the town, is 20 miles away. Further inland is Easton Farm Park, a must for families, with an outdoor adventure area, animal meet and feed, beautiful walks and lots of nature to see including barn owls, kingfishers and otters, is 4 miles. Woodbridge on the banks of the River Deben, is 12 miles away, the National Trust Sutton Hoo is 13 miles away, and an ancient burial ground and several vineyards are all within easy reach. Ipswich railway station with connections to Norwich and London Liverpool Street is 19 miles away. Wickham Market railway station in the village of Campsea Ashe is 7 miles away. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
