The property was very clean and had the feel that it had been well looked after internally / work done on the interior recently. It was a good layout and a nice place to spend time in the evening. The property seemed to be complete in terms of things you might need in terms of in the kitchen or otherwise.
Nothing springs to mind.

Clare was super friendly and accommodating. The house was absolutely immaculate. We have stayed at many holiday homes and this was by far our favourite. Clare had thought of everything! From milk in the fridge to a travel cot, baby bath and high chair which was perfect as we had travelled via plane from Scotland so had none of these things with us! Clare was keen to meet us on our arrival which would have been lovely but as we had travelled via plane, our arrival time wasn’t set in stone which wasn’t a problem for Clare; Clare instead popped the keys in the lock box and instead met us as we were leaving which was lovely. You can tell Clare takes a lot of pride in her home, it really is perfect!
Everything was 100%.

The house had everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was very tastefully furnished. A great location as very quiet but also only a short walk into town. Parking was very handy and we enjoyed a lovely short break.
Nothing.

The accommodation provided lits of extras eg tea coffee, breakfast for 1st day..
The property had everything you would need. Very clean.
I enjoyed feeding the fish which was theraputical.
Clare even provided a bath seat for my 90 year old mum so she could shower comfortably.
I will defiantly come again.

Beautifully clean and well equipped house in a v quiet location within easy (10ish mins) walking distance of the town centre/restaurants/supermarket.
Breakfast items and oil, salt and pepper provided which were very welcome.
Initial confusion about access to the property given I'd been travelling all day and not known to need to check for any messages but all was quickly resolved.

I stayed at Potters Brook with my father recently. It is a really fantastic property and Clare is an extremely helpful and welcoming host. The location enables you to easily explore the town and there are great food and drink options within a few minutes' walk. The property is also very well equipped, not just with pots and pans but all the other things that make a stay easy and comfortable.

Clean , cosy & tastefully decorated with focal point wood burner that was a welcome feature on a cold weekend. Our host Clare was so accommodating & helpful.

Everything. Particularly the high quality.
Nothing to dislike.
4.0
the location was very convenient - an easy 19 min walk into the town centre.
the property was immaculately clean - everything looked brand new.
the wood burner was a welcome addition - making the lounge very cosy.
the shower cubicle has an open side, which made it difficult not to get water on the mat and floor. Not really a dislike, more of a concern about keeping the bathroom nice.
