Room was nice and had plenty of storage for suitcases and clothing. Bathroom was beautiful and VERY clean ! I loved it.
The only downside is that there’s a stove but no dishes or silverware. But that wasn’t a big deal for me and my fiancé.

It was a great location.
The staff. Being in management myself, I have encountered many types of personalities, but the young lady I dealt with has no business being in the public relations field. Rude, uneducated, unprofessional, and ignorant.

The staff was great and very personable. Made you feel welcomed!

No breakfast. No coffee in lobby. Elevator broke, we were on 4th floor. Waited 1 1/2 hours for fix. Front desk wouldn't let us use restroom right by lobby. husband in wheelchair, she didn't care.
Front desk person, Lesleai, was completely unprofessional. Very rude. Beds were way too soft. Only ice machine was on the 1st floor by lobby, dusty, did not work. Had kitchen but no plates, silverware, glasses etc.

Almost everything.
How easily I could hear the person above me walking around while I was sleeping and that an alarm I didn’t set went off in the morning.

room is nice and has art that ads to the atmosphere. I only stayed one night but it’s a great place for a longer stay. there’s big size refrigerator, gas stove and a tiny dining/living room + big closet. the lady at the reception was very informative and help with whatever I needed.
the Wi-Fi was kind of a hassle, too many steps to log in and at the end I still couldn’t connect to it.

Only about a mile from Cherry Creek state park
Longest check-in process I've ever seen. Rooms had thin walls and I could hear next door's tv until late even with a fan on for white noise. In-room coffee provided but so bad as to be almost undrinkable. Blanket on the bed did not appear to have been washed in quite some time. Poor wifi connection. Odd passive-aggressive text from the hotel around 7am "reminding" me to check out that day (I was only there for one night).

The rooms are really nice. There was plenty of parking. Many amenities.
The room had a 2 burner stove in the kitchenette, but did not have any dishes, pots, utensils, silverware or even kitchen towels. At the least they could say this on their website. how are you supposed to use to kitchen?

The location was the best out of my stay
It was dirty staff was rude . I felt I was not wanted there that all I was was a inconvenience and never once felt as I was welcomed. The place was anything but clean I spent over 3 hours cleaning my room before I could rest .
