The staff is the absolute best!!! I can not say enough about how awesome they are!! The front desk guy and the cleaning staff rocked it!!
The property is just gross.

The location was good for our purposes.
Lots of maintenance work needs to be done on the property. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, floors were sticky and outlets were burned out and dangerous.

Location
No blankets, bedding very itchy, bugs in kitchenette, door to the bathroom stuck, tight to the floor

Towel appeared clean.
Check in was a breeze other than the front desk flipping through crumpled papers and sticky notes trying to find a clean room. She said they were over booked. Yes, big dogs are welcome. Opened the room and the stench of weed was intense. told the front desk and was told “yeah, people do that.” The room was our room and would cost extra to move since we went in and now they’d have to clean it. Room was prepaid and non-refundable. Fridge in room was heated by a hammer. Room not clean. Outlets falling out of wall. Trim missing. Gap in exterior door you could read through. Something on stove I wouldn’t touch to inspect. Stains in carpet. Damaged backsplash. Plenty of parking though as over half the spots were empty.

nothing
Smell, broken furniture, no fronts on drawers, no cord for phone, no toilet tissue, broken tissue holder, ironing board but no iron. Fight in room next door with yelling, cursing, threats, they came outside my door & No one did anything about it. I could not call the front desk for anything because the phone didn’t even have a cord. Dog barking in room next door at night. watched a dog get away from behind the front desk and jump all over a small child in the lobby.

Very good deal for the price 👍

Good location for my purpose.
The kitchenette had no supplies. Only one plastic cup. TV remote didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. Lots of Leaves and a bag of trash left outside my door. carpet worn. no bath map to prevent slipping. Breakfast was a sad affair. The location of the hotel is in the high tech hub of Denver. I expected a better corporate property.

I liked how easy it was to get to the room and the convenient outside door.
The hide a bed was broke so only 1 could sleep on the couch.
There was a broken desk, broken table, broken drawers in the kitchen, drit and grime everywhere (counters, sinks, floor was horrible like it has never been washed), a hole in the bathroom wall and gray drit came out of the water when we tried to take showers.
It's absolutely the worst room yet.
Yes, I complained, but no, I wasn't moving 5 kids and their stuff to a new room.

The location was fine.
The youngster at the font desk was very good..
The room was dirty (floors).
No adequate blankets.
The furniture was beaten and stick furniture.
There was no stopper for the bathtub.
Rust eminates from the kitchen fixtures.

The breakfast was awful. there was only some yucky looking muffins and a few granola bars. No fresh food at all. No lids for coffee, the counter was a mess. There was instant oatmeal, but no milk and no bowls for mixing it. There was no one at the front desk to ask for assistance.
There was a leak under bathroom sink, no cold water from sink, water seeping through floor boards. I tried three times to alert the reception person to the water leak under sink, but there was never anyone at the front desk. I called out, but still no response. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen including a coffee pot or complementary coffee in the room. The lamp shade was bashed in and not repaired. Things looked worn and dingy, scratches and dings on all the woodwork. This was an unpleasant environment and the leaking sink was a real issue but worse, the fact that I couldn’t call it to anyone’s attention.

proximity to the landmark plaza area
the room smelt like the room had been painted just a few hours prior, we both got headaches from the fumes. the kitchen looked so old, stained and beat up that we didn’t even go into that room. the door safety latch was barely hanging by one loose screw, looked like someone had kicked the door in and tore it off the wall. the keratins were falling off the track. I had to play with them for a few minutes to get the window covered enough so you couldn’t see in the room. bathroom toilet ran all night after being flushed. tub looked dirty, didn’t even trust taking a shower. calking in bathroom and kitchen looked like it was new, bright white, but it was so poorly placed that it was majorly peeling and separating. there were people just hanging out in their cars for hours just watching who was coming and going. the area was so sketchy that we got poor sleep worrying about our safety.

the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a large fridge and microwave unit available. the lighting in the entry says and stairs on the exterior of the building was awesome and added safety.
The walls were in poor shape with staining and holes and bugs. the lights in the unit did not work. most did not turn on. The one by the bed did not turn off. shelves were broken in the bathroom and kitchen.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. We just needed a basic room, but this was a disgusting dump. We actually checked out after 1 night. We only stayed the first night because we arrived late. It was horrible.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even workers repainting building helpful in directing me toward office, etc. Although I don’t have a pet here, I’m glad to see you pet friendly. Generally, room was clean but well worn but rug quite spotted and dirty.
Hotel is in process of renovation. Should be better when donee, e.g., shower controls broken, lightening ver dim.

Room was pretty gross and in disrepair.

The location being close to the interstate was nice.
Not very clean. AC didn't work, lights worked only half the time, toilet wouldn't flush sometimes, didn't get the room we had pre-booked. I could go on.

The location was about the only positive aspect of this lodging.
Though supposedly a non-smoking facility, the room smelled of smoke and a cigarette burn was visible on the couch. There were no drinking glasses or other kitchen utensils, even though there was a kitchenette. The couch had animal claw marks. There was no hair dryer available.

Pillows and bed were comfortable.
No hot water in the shower, noises all night, and rooms with video surveillance facing out recording you, from multiple rooms (weird). I checked out in less than 24 hours.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was that it’s down the street from my favorite breakfast spot called Snooze. Otherwise, it was terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
There are many things I didn’t like about this place but the biggest problem was around 3:30am the people in the adjacent room started banging loud bass music which woke me up and was constant for the next two hours. At 4am I called the front office to have them stop but that didn’t happen, so I called again around 4:50am to have them stop but yet again it didn’t happen until they must have gone to sleep at 5:30am. At around 5am two fire trucks pulled up right outside of my room which also created a disturbance. Now because of this, I was and am still pretty annoyed so here is what is was wrong with this place: When I first pulled up to the property to check in, people were smoking weed right outside of the front office. When I did go inside to check in I had to wait an hour. When I finally did get to my room, it wasn’t cleaned to my standard with hairs on the counter tops and furniture. When I first stepped into the room it reeked like cigarettes. There was a disgusting booger with hair in it stuck on the bathroom mirror, the dresser draw was completely busted. The picture in the room was damaged as well as one of the wall outlets. The kitchen counter top was separating from the wall. The door to the room didn’t seal all the way allowing light in. When I left the room for 2 minutes to get water from my car and came back I got locked out because apparently it was too cold for the key card to activate the door unlocking mechanism. I had to go to the front desk to tell them I was locked out so the employee gave me a cup of hot water to pour on the door handle so I could get it to activate. When I finally checked out I told the Emmanuel at the front desk that I want a full refund but he told me he needed to talk to the night employee before he could refund me and that they will call me. I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
