About this apartment rental
Located on the 4th Floor (top) with a view of Kama'ole Beach III. Kam III is a family friendly beach with picnic tables, snorkeling, some shade and lifeguards on duty during the day. They also have a children's playground.
We make sure this condo is comfortable, because we live here four months out of the year. The lanai is large with room to dine outside or relax in the chaise lounge.
The kitchen and living room are comfortable with views of the ocean and great sunsets. The kitchen has everything that you should need including spices and a rice cooker.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, extra TV and its own bath. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king (king linens provided).

Wasn't able to check in at 4pm, due to cleaning crew still onsite. We had to wait until 5:30 PM to gain access. We found a lot wasn't clean and had to sweep up.
The condo is very nice and updated. The master bed was good, not to hard and not to soft. They could use new pillows, because they were really flat. The condo came stocked bath and beach towels.
Possibly from not being cleaned really well by the cleaning crew, there was a giant cockroach that crawled up my leg. There were a lot of carpenter ants inside, so luckily they had Raid under the sink and I sprayed the unit. We didn't have a problem after this.
Be mindful this unit is on the 4th floor which is at the top. The elevator is fast, but it's a long walk to the unit. The stairs seem to go on forever when you have to walk up.
There is no air condition in the condo. I would suggest the owner put a portable one in the master bedroom. The condo was great and comfortable, but we dreaded going to sleep because it was so hot. They do provide a lot of fans.
The condo comes with a lot of things like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc. Our only negatives are no AC in the master bed and the long flight of stairs to get up. Everything else was great.

This was my very first trip to Hawaii. I will definitely be back and will definitely book this condo again. Very clean. Had beach chairs, snorkels (which I lost one , I replaced it). Dishes, coffee machine, towels, shampoo etc! Everything I didn’t want to bring on this trip, this condo provided. The owner was very accommodating when I asked if we could check in early, due to my flight being early. The beach is right across the street. The only thing is I would like air conditioning , but the weather was beautiful and we lived without it. You will enjoy your stress free stay when choosing this condo. Thank you for the wonderful memories with my family!

Liked location across the street from kam 3 beach. Enjoyed view of ocean. Street was vey noisy. Stayed on 4th floor, elevator very far from unit and used stairs. Did not have ac and was hot in afternoon and nights. Could definitely use ac.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great view and location. The place has everything you need to have a great vacation. We appreciate the use of the coolers, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfectly located across the street from the beach. When we arrived Lisa Sue, the property manager, was there to greet us. She’s absolutely friendly and helpful! Overall, everything was made easy during our stay. 5 stars for comfort, location, cleanliness and value. I would recommend staying at Maui Parkshore condos!

We wake up fully rested thanks to the amazing mattresses. The first sounds are the surf and tropical birds. There's a kitchen so don't have to make ourselves presentable for breakfast. The beach is family friendly and literally across the street. It's a quick walk to stores, restaurants and the pub. Sitting back on the balcony watching the Maui sunset and stars overhead is a wonderful way to end the day.

We had a great stay at this Kihei condo! The view of the ocean is unmatched, such a great location. The condo was clean and very well stocked, it had everything we needed, lots of kitchen and bathroom items. No A/C but the fans kept us cool enough. We would definitely stay again!

One of the best beaches we found was right across the street, with great snorkeling, lots of turtles and lifeguards on duty during the day. The condo and location worked out great for our family!

Very clean place right across the street from a beautiful beach which was perfect for boogie boarding as well as snorkeling. We also saw many turtles swimming right by us. Beds were comfortable and my adult son even said the pullout couch was pretty comfortable, which was not expected. The Lanai was amazing! It directly faces the beach and had plenty of chairs along with a dining table where we spent almost all our time when at the condo.
The host was very easy to deal with and replied to any questions right away.
We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed there with 3 other adults and we absolutely loved it! The place was clean and well furnished (loads of kitchen supplies, appliances, ect). We definitely used the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, buggy boards, towels) as well as the cooler during our beach days.
It would definitely get hot at night without any AC, but we were there during the hottest days and every room had a good fan which saved us. There is also a good breeze that would go through the unit as it's on the top floor.
We loved the location and view from the balcony out towards the ocean. It was amazing getting to sit on the large balcony and eat supper while watching the sunset every evening. Having our own parking is always a plus and we seemed to be located in a really nice neighbourhood.
Last point, Marian was amazing at providing us all the necessary information which made our check in check out process really simple!
All in all, would go back in a heart beat 💓

This condo has everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach supplies, laundry and beautiful ocean view every day from your wall of windows. 2 bedrooms across from each other with 2 full baths made our family of 4 a restful, relaxing, stress-free vacation.

I have stayed in Kihei 10+ times and this is the best condo we've had. Great location with ocean views and a huge lanai, comfortable beds, and already stocked with everything you might need, from spices to super glue to beach gear. This would be my first choice next time I'm on Maui.

Marian is a pleasure to work with. It was my 2nd time in this unit and it was fabulous. A beeping smoke detector was quickly replaced by her handyman and I had nothing else to worry about.

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location right across the street from Kamaole park III. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening.
Unit was well stocked with nice cookware, cutlery and dishes. Beds were very comfortable.
Everything you need for the beach was in the closet - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Marian goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. A couple of the patio chairs had legs that were bent, but there were several chairs available so it really wasn’t an issue. We would highly recommend this unit and love to return in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Marians condo! We had stayed at Maui Parkshore before and love the location & proximity to the beach ! The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and our family of 5 was very comfortable. We were slightly worried about not having AC being on the top floor facing the afternoon sun but every evening there was a great breeze and the condo was always VERY comfortable for sleeping ! We will definitely be back again 😊

We’re here almost for nine nights. We loved the beachfront location ( although we love even the back location view of mountains more) and all amenities it offers. There is a main Kihei road before the beach, which gets a little bit noisy in the daytime. You can not find this 2 BR/ 2 bath condo at this price anywhere in Maui.
Lanai/balcony is extra large size and we did our breakfast lunch, dinner, supper you name it everything out there ! Kitchen was well stocked with everything and more than 2 dozen towels, some beach toys, chairs available in the condo. It is on the 4th floor and has an elevator.
They have a very strict rules about the pools and they expect you to remember all these rules like appearing in board exam so you better make sure about this. Nothing property owner can do about it, It’s all HOA as all Hawaii condo rental has it.

The only down is no air conditioner. We knew that going in but Hawaii was having a heat wave so no trade winds thru house. Lots of ceiling fans and stand up fans in every room. Kitchen if fully loaded.
There is as much kitchen utensil/ pots and pans as we have at home. We were here for two weeks so we cooked at home a lot. There was some food in closet. Coffee and spices. Lots of people leave what they bought so there was even some pasta and canned goods. Very large two bedroom two full baths. Plenty of towels and beach goodies. Very large patio that faces kamaole park 3 Plenty of small restaurants in walking distance.

If you are looking for an accommodation in Kihei, we would highly recommend coming and staying here. Community is directly in front of the beach with a small driving distance from all the good restaurants. Great views of sunset! Don't be fooled by the photos, they are slightly dull. This is a good 2 b 2b accommodation for family/friends of 4.

First time there and it was really nice. Across the street is a beautiful beach with a lifeguard. Plenty of restaurants and shops near. Also a grocery store. The unit was filled with everything you would need. Spices, dishes, blankets, towels, laundry soap, garbage bags, cooler for the beach, beach toys and towels and chairs and umbrellas! Nice dishes. And over all the unit was clean and spacious. Better than the pictures listed for sure!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay here and we’re very pleased with the unit and the location. The amenities were great. The only thing that would have made it better would have been AC for the bedrooms…it wasn’t terrible, it just would have been perfect a tad cooler for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo
Marian's condo was perfect for us. It had the right amount of space, it was in a great location, and the condo contained many extras you might not find in all rentals: coolers, water jugs, spices, kitchen utensils, beach towels, puzzles, etc. The view from the lanai/balcony was great, and we really enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect for us; right across from the beach, and not far from shops, stores and restaurants.
The only negatives were: there's no A/C. It was pretty hot, and we were able to get a nice breeze through the unit. But temps in the 90s made things a bit steamy. Additionally, the microwave wasn't working; it wasn't a big deal, and I didn't notify Marian of this until the day we checked out.
Overall though, a very nice place to stay!

Wonderful Location at a great price
We stayed at this property from April 5th to April 12th. We loved the location. We drove all over the island and we kept saying how glad we were that we were staying here. The house was great. We openned all the windows and it had great airflow. She had tons of great beach stuff.
Marian was an excellent host and so quick to answer any and all questions and be accomidating to our needs. Thank you.

Unit 413 Review
We've stayed at several other units on this property over the past fifteen years and had to switch because the owner sold.
This unit is easily the most luxurious. Seriously, the accommodations reminds one of the Marriot or Four Seasons. Couple that with the amazing view of the Maui sunset from the balcony, the relaxing ambiance of the resort's location and the amenities and you have a recipe for an wonderful holiday. Marian is a very attentive and caring owner and if time permits, we'll be booking again. My wife and I recommend staying here highly. You certainly won't be dissappointed.
