Ci ritornerò.Super consigliato!

Check-in con orario variabile tramite codice di accesso alla struttura (host non presente fisicamente all’accettazione in struttura, ma super presente in maniera dettagliata tramite chat di whatsapp). Posizione super centrale, sotto le due torri. Rapporto qualità-prezzo super ottimale per gli standard di Bologna. Camera ben pulita. Materasso comodo.

Nessuna interazione fisica con lo staff. So che è un b&B ma un persona a cui chiedere se, ad esempio, c'è la colazione, ci vorrebbe. Camera un po' spartanw

posizione ottima, in pieno centro. Staff molto gentile e accogliente.

lo staff era al corrente che sarei arrivata accompagnata dal mio cane, ma la stanza non era per niente attrezzata per l'arrivo di un cane. Dalle foto avevo visto dei cuscini per gli animali di ogni tipo di taglia e dei tappetini.. ma nella mia stanza, forse perché troppo piccola, non c'era niente di tutto ciò. so che il sovrapprezzo di 15euro va in pulizie però mi aspettavo un minimo di attenzioni. Per di più sul tavolo della camera c'era una macchinetta del caffè con una cialda, ma la cialda non era adatta per essere inserita nell'apposito contenitore (troppo piccola rispetto al contenitore), quindi non ho potuto usufruire nemmeno di un caffè. Peccato.. sono piccole cose, ma ne sono uscita un pò dispiaciuta

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Bologna, a due passi dalle meravigliose torri. Camera ampia, dotata di tutti i confort, pulita e ben organizzata. Check-in online impeccabile e staff sempre disponibile per ogni chiarimento e informazione

Nonostante a disposizione ci fossero delle ulteriori coperte dato il freddo inverno, suggerirei l'inserimento di un piumone o di una coperta più pesante perché quelle in camera potrebbero non essere sufficienti

Good, overall. I've already recommended it.

I liked the location, the small balcony, the view from the terrace too.

The 'breakfast' was an expresso machine, paper cups and 2 capsules, but nothing else. I would have expected a water heater, and a more ample choice of teabags, sugar and sweetener. Possibly also a small packet of 2-4 biscuits. There are many good bars everywhere in Bologna, but maybe when travelling one wants to have a less minimal breakfast without having to go out. Also, in the night I awoke thinking it was raining, but it was the noise of the heater. I would have also preferred to have the option of leaving the room at 11 am and not 10.

Rilassante camera al centro di Bologna

Una struttura pulita, funzionale e rilassante. Il personale è super gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste tempestivamente. Si trova proprio sotto le due torri. Davvero consigliata.

Le pareti sono molto sottili e ho sentito tutta la conversazione della signora nella camera accanto. Per fortuna dopo le 22 è obbligatorio il silenzio, quindi ho dormito molto bene 😊

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Mitten im Zentrum, toller Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit.

Schlechte Schallisolierung.Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Man hat die Nachbarn immer gehört. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.Wasserflecken an der Decke.Keine Minibar oder Möglichkeit für Tee , Kaffee Die Betten waren unbequem

Very good

Good location near Garisenda and Asinelli towers. Clean rooms, nice bed, good shower. The team is very friendly.

Walls are thin (you might hear your neighbours snoring or alarm clock), toilet paper was missing (there's a bidet though). Registration and check-in is quite complicated, with lots of forms to fill in and scattered information to go through.

Room with a View

The view was phenomenal. Hard to beat. The room was spacious, clean, modern with a nice balcony. It was very convenient for exploring Bologna too. Check in was via WhatsApp but very comprehensive and easy to follow.

Nothing really. I see from previous reviews the online check-in system/location instructions provided were challenging for some but they were very comprehensive, responsive and it was no problem for us at all.

Nice clean appartment in the heart of the city, easy access to all parts of city center.

Access is bit complicated as it has no reception and it´s located in the middle of inner housing area, finding a proper entrance takes some time.

stunning room with city view

Stunning room with balcony overlooking towers and city scape. Helpful staff with checking in guidance via WhatsApp worked well.

The only gripe is there wasn’t a coffee machine / kettle in our room. Yes the city and the squares are the place to have coffee but the first of the day in the room after showering etc would be simple enough to add. Other than that the room and the location was fabulous.

There were some constructions in the building, so in the morning there was a lot of noice, and we had to cross the workers and the construction to arrive in the room
