SI BUSCAS DESCANSAR NO LO RECOMIENDO

La ubicación.

Ruido excesivo en este apartamento durante la madrugada, entre los borrachos que se pierden por el centro, los camiones de la limpieza, los de la basura … es imposible dormir y descansar. Considero que el baño debe ser una de las partes más limpias en una vivienda, esta tenía las paredes pintadas y no alicatadas lo cual resulta muy poco higiénico y desagradable, el lavabo no tragaba con lo que más desagradable aún era la estancia en el baño, una pena, las fotos del apartamento NO están actualizadas. El suelo parece que no se barre antes de recibir clientes y no se friega desde… La atención del propietario fue de pena, creo que no sabe gestionar “el negocio”.

Muy buena localización, buen apartamento, limpieza bastante deficiente.

La limpieza era muy mejorable. Cuando ves las fotos no sabes que son de varios apartamentos y cuál te va a tocar. Estaba en un primer piso sin ascensor y no lo sabía.

El piso está muy bien, lo recomiendo.

Lo mejor del piso es la ubicación y es moderno. La calefacción perfecta y el agua de la ducha esta super bien de temperatura.

Hice un proceso de registración online, para que me de el código de la puerta y poder ingresar. Hubiese preferido que me de el código por WhatsApp sin hacer este proceso. Entiendo que será para un re-aseguro del dueño.

Ruidoso y menaje sucio

La vista desde el apartamento.

Menaje sucio, ollas quemadas por dentro, armarios con chorrones de grasa, ruido toda la noche de gente borracha (era sábado), cama del salon sin hacer., dificultad para hacer el cheking online..Escalones en medio del apartamento.

Si te molesta el RUIDO, no es tu apartamento

Buena comunicación con el anfitrión, a pesar de no disponer de consigna, nos permitió dejar las maletas unas horas más antes de marcharnos, cosa que agradecimos bastante. Apartamento muy limpio. La situación en todo el centro de Alcalá y a un paso de todas lo que hay que visitar.

Los apartamentos no disponen de ascensor, algo incómodo cuando viajas con niños y carritos, pero no es lo más importante. Sin dudarlo lo peor que tiene el alojamiento es que no se puede descansar bien, es MUY ruidoso. Es imposible dormir sin despertarte continuamente. Desde por la noche se oyen las conversaciones y gritos de la calle hasta las 6 de la mañana. Se oye el reloj de la plaza, las en punto, y cuarto/menos cuarto y las y media. A partir de las 7 de la mañana las máquinas de la limpieza las sientes cómo si estuvieran pasando junto a tu almohada. Igual entre semana es más tranquilo. En fin de semana el ruido es INSOPORTABLE. Nuestro apartamento daba a dos calles con 2 balcones, que a pesar de disponer unas buenas ventanas nos son suficientes para aislar el ruido. Debajo de los apartamentos hay un establecimiento de Kebab, que a aparte del olor a pollo que huele toda la escalera, hace que de madrugada paren muchos a comprar, comer y mientras tanto vociferar. Que hubiera poco menaje o el sofá cama no fuese todo lo cómodo que esperábamos, es secundario al ir a un sitio y no poder descansar.

La ubicación

Al ser viernes se escuchaba bastante ruido de la calle durante la noche. Al no haber personal en el alojamiento tuvimos que ponernos nosotros en contacto con ellos, una vez que estábamos en la puerta para saber cómo entrar, ya que solo nos habían contactado con un mensaje a través de la aplicación booking. En la mayoría de los alojamientos se aseguran de que los huéspedes reciban las instrucciones llamándolos o escribiéndoles por otros sistemas si no va a haber personal a la hora del check in.

El dormitorio principal. Hicimos un cambio de apartamento, ya que al reservar y ampliar un día, me confundí y reserve un apartamento diferente No lo sabiamos y fueron bastante comprensivos en darnos tiempo paraterminar de comer y recoger. Son bastante amables y contestan a todas las dudas.

Al cambiar de apartamento, veniamos de uno donde había muchos balcones y mucha luz. Este apartamento nos pareció de hecho claustrofóbico, ya que el único punto de buena luz natural era el dormitorio principal. El plato de ducha..... opino que una persona con sobrepeso o bastante fuerte lo tendría bastante dificil. Mi marido cuando se duchaba se reia de el tema porque decía que casi llegaba con los codos al labarse la cabeza de un lado a otro. En el salón no llega bien ni la señal de internet de los teléfonos, poca luminosidad, sin balcón.... Total, que el cambio que hicimos fue brutal de perfecto a regular. Pero es verdad que por la zona en la que se encuentra.... si vas a echar todo el día en fuera, el apartamento merece muchísimo la pena.

Great Location, close to everything.

Location is great, close to restaurants, bars and museums. The apartment we got has a small terrace perfect for breakfast outside.

The apartment is in the top of the building and the A/C does not cool down the room enough, we were there in the summer with very high temperatures outside.

Two nights in the centre perfect location

Perfect location and super clean. There was shower gel and soap

There were no basic essentials when I arrived very late at night. A bottle of water in the fridge, some bread and at least 2 coffee capsules for the machine would have made it welcoming

A nice apartment in the heart of historic Alcala de Henares

A really nice 1st floor apartment in the very heart of historical Alcala de Henares - excellent location for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was well kept and the owner was very responsive to any questions (and in English :) ) An excellent location for one or two people and only 20 minutes from the airport in Madrid

The central location on Plaza de Cerventes means that there can be some noise from the crowds and people outside but this typically calmed down after 11 pm.

Great apt for 2 or 4 with amazing views

The apartment is right in Plaza Cervantes. Living room and bedroom overlook the square, the the terrace is greatly positioned on the other side, offering intimacy and a great quiet outdoor space. It was clean, the design if the apt. is lovely and the staff were really nice (they wait for us to do a really late check-in which was live saving). Wifi worked great, the views were amazing the the bed and sofe comfortable. Wouls totally visit again.

The location. The facilities. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful owner carried our cases up to our apartment. No traffic noises. The sight and sound of the storks!

Apartment on second floor, no lift. Sloping roof in bedroom and kitchen/sitting room - be careful if you are tall!

The apartment was gorgeous! It was Bright, with a lot of space, it had a well equipped kitchen! Staff were kind and answered quickly.

Internet connection was poor enough to cause issues when doing meetings sharing the screen, or when videoconferencing.

The night without sleep

The apartment was nice decorated, the bed linen of a high quality. I like the furniture, there are air conditioners. And it is warm in the apartment. The apartment is situated in the historical heart of the town .

The owner of the apartment should inform the guests of the apartment that they cannot sleep during the whole night! Because during the night the Tower watch will strikes every 30!!! Minutes! And if you try to asleep - the bed wont help you -because it creaks badly! It's impossible to make any movement without the horrible sound! Definitely the owner should change the bed. There wasn't any paper towel or tissue in the kitchen or even any kitchen towel. In the bathroom there is no any shelve or smth to put your own stuff .

Felt like a local for a few days

Perfectly situated in the centre of town and close to everything you’ll want from food to sights to shops. Friendly and on time welcome from the host and very well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom is lovely and overlooks the Plaza de Cervantes

Very picturesque town, lovely,comfortable appartment,with 3 balconies!! Very enjoyable stay.

Location was great, despite the hourly ringing from the bell-tower !! While the host did not speak English that well, he was most helpful. So many lovely places to eat.

Perfect place to stay if you come to explore the town.

The most central location you can think of. Very nice flat, well equipped. Parking was behing the corner. The High street - also behind the corner.

The air conditioner in the bedroom was very weak. We put it on minimum around 9pm and still the temperature in the room became comfortable only about 3am.

Great experience! Will definitely visit again and probably book the same property.

The location is the best you can get! Right on Plaza de Servantes with a great view. Ver comfortable bed and sofa.

The property needs a little bit more to be cosier and comfortable but in general it was a great experience. We couldn't figure how and where a breakfast is served so we didn't even try booking that.
