Such an amazing property, with SO MUCH to do! We were set on doing two active days (Mt. Blue Sky, Meow Wolf, Etc.) and two chill days at the cabin. We had to encourage folks to leave the cabin! The hot tub, game barn, finding new bugs and rocks, relaxing on the deck with that amazing view. We have stayed at quite a few rental properties over the years, and I would say this is the best one yet. Sarah has it figured out for sure, from amenities to communication. We cannot recommend enough and will definately be back!

They thought of everything! It's a bit of a drive to get up to it, but once you get there, it's well worth the journey. The property is gorgeous, there are tons of things to do right there, and the home is ideal. One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at.
Also, Sarah was great to work with. Very responsive. Oh, and the binder with directions/house rules was by far the best I've seen.

The house was just as it was described in the listing. It was clean and very homey and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The internet worked great. The game room was amazing and this would be a great place for families. The host was so responsive and answered all our questions. We would love to go back again some day.

The Craig Ranch is the perfect spot for a family vacation in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. My husband, 3 grown kids , spouses and our 1 year old grandson had a wonderful time. We were welcomed to the neighborhood by a moose!

The only word that comes to mind is amazing. This place offered my grandchildren so many wonderful things to do. They had a blast. So much wildlife and the road to their place made coming and going spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the home very accommodating and cozy. Not one complaint. Sarah is the perfect host and was super nice to talk to and communicate with. It was the perfect 7days and nights and SO happy I found her place.

The place was in a gorgeous mountain, very calm and away from the hustle and bustle. The house is very well equipped with games, activities, food and even a cool game room. It’s great for families with multiple age ranges. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful.

We live in Denver, but my Mother had always dreamed of celebrating Thanksgiving in the mountains. We decided 2023 was the year. I found the cabin in Pine and it was perfect for our young adults, elderly and those in between! The kitchen was large and well equipped. We watched football and ate yummy food. The hot tub was a hit and the scenery was unmatched. It snowed for a couple of days and we also drove over Kenosha Pass to cut Christmas trees on Saturday.. The fireplace was lovely too! I hope we can return to Craig Ranch one day!

We always enjoy our stay at Craig Ranch. It is easy to settle in quickly and start enjoying your surroundings. There is plenty of room for our two families of 4. So much for the kids to do, from art supplies and board games to a ninja line, trampoline, outdoor toys and a tree house. We never heard the word “bored!” The house is very well equipped with any cooking utensil you could possibly need, condiments, spices, etc. Plenty of blankets and towels. Nothing beats a cup of coffee on the deck, taking in the beautiful views and serenity.
I have no doubt we will be back. We’re never disappointed!

We were very pleased with our stay, lots of activities to keep the kids busy. House was beautiful, breathe taking views and full of all of the things we needed. Property was centrally located and within an hours drive of lots of activites and places to hike, sightsee and shop. Highly recommended, we would absolutely return.

I want to start by saying that the communication with Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She provided so much information about the house/property, as well as things to do and see in the area. Check-in and out was effortless and I just really appreciate how much care she put into everything. The kitchen was stocked with staples to share and everything we could possibly need to make some epic breakfasts and quiet dinners. We played cornhole, darts, board games, frisbee, and explored the beautiful property. I would recommend Zoka's Restaurant, Staunton State Park, and Snowpack Taproom. And every night in the hot tub under the stars!

We had a wonderful time at the Craig Ranch. The location was far enough away for maximum privacy yet close to town for food etc. The view from the deck was gorgeous! We really enjoyed our time, thank you so much!!

The property itself was amazing. It had absolutely everything we needed, from extra blankets, to coffee machines, to central heating, to sleds we could use for when it snowed. Sarah was the best host we could ask for, especially since she was so communicative and would ask how we were doing during our stay. If I could give a rating of 10/10, I certainly would, and I'm happy to come back and stay here again!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying here this past July for our niece's wedding. This place exceeded every expectation. I've never stayed in such a stocked rental. It has everything you need and more. We spent hours on the deck with views in every direction and used the hot tub nightly. The beds were super comfortable as was the living spaces. Communication was swift, easy, and friendly. It absolutely is off the beaten path up a gravel road and you do have to drive slow to avoid potholes, etc. which didn't bother us but is good to know going in! But directions were great and we loved the seclusion. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat!!

It was a true Colorado experience staying here. Our Host Sarah was very helpful. The property is secluded and the directions were perfect. Our GPS (Verizon) service was perfect. Great for our party of 8 plus we had an infant in our group and the VRBO had plenty of baby stuff.

Beautiful house with spectacular views and a gorgeous deck to enjoy the views and mountain air.
Beds were so comfortable, kitchen really big and well stocked. Plenty of room to gather together or find some quiet space.
Directions to drive up to the house from Pine is spot on. Easy drive to Red Rocks, Bailey and Conifer.
The only down side was having to leave.

Amazing!!!
This property exceeded all of our expectations!! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. They even had a lot of baby items so we didn’t have to bring it all with us. The location is beautiful! Before arriving, the host sent out an email with all the information you could ever need, including step by step directions to the property, restaurants, and other activities in the area. It was very helpful! We can’t say enough about this property!! We will definitely be back!’

Probably my best VRBO so far
The house met all of our needs. Lots of space, plenty of cooking supplies, grill, etc. Wifi worked well enough (no cell signal for me). The owner communicates very well, and we had no issues with the property. Beautiful location, very large property. The deck was the highlight. Great to sit out for coffee or grilling dinner. The only very minor downside was that it is a bit of a drive to get to and from the airport with a good stretch of dirt road, but it was worth it. Besides, it gave us an excuse to rent a jeep.

Long weekend No Chill
Three friends from college and a few of our family members rented this house for a long weekend. We watched movies, cooked, sat around the outdoor fire, talked and laughed and had a great time.
The house is comfortable and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some.
The art on the walls was amazing.

Relaxing getaway in the mountains
I’ve always wanted to visit the mountains in winter time and stay in a cabin with a fireplace. That’s exactly what we got! A relaxing week in a mountain cabin with everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked. I cooked many meals there easily. The hot tub was amazing! Large and comfortable. The cabin was spacious and the fireplace room right off living room so while family was watching March Madness I still felt like I was part of it while enjoying my fire. Sarah was a very attentive host who responded quickly and took a lot of time to send me information on things to do, places to shop and eat which were so helpful. We got 15 inches of snow the day before we left and Sarah was in communication with her plow truck driver so that we could make our flight! Staunton State Park is so close and beautiful hikes! Everything was perfect! Would stay here again!

Cute remote cabin
A remote cabin less than hour from Denver. A great place to go to get away and relax. There's a wood burning fireplace, a hot tub, and 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps 8.

Wonderful Christmas Trip for our Family
My husband and I live in Denver and decided to celebrate Christmas with my siblings and parents in a Colorado mountain house this year. There are 3 adult kids with spouses as well as my parents who all stayed in this lovely mountain getaway home for 5 days and were very happy we did.
Our great experience included:
-- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNERS: Sarah is a proactive communicator who gave me loads of info about where to hike, shop, dine, etc before we even arrived. And when we had questions and a couple of issues while we were staying there she was incredibly responsive.
BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY: This is a very secluded location. Phone service was minimal and even the WiFi was limited. If you're looking for a remote setting though, this is VERY pretty and feels far away from town even though it's only an hour outside of Denver. We loved sitting in the hot tub and around the outdoor fire pit after a hike with wine.
WELL-STOCKED KITCHEN: Anything you could want and need was here. While it's a bit of a dated style, they come fully equipped which was great.
Some considerations:
- It's a 10-15 minute drive up the dirt road to get back to 285 so you need to plan for that.
- WiFi is actually limited, and you can't stream movies there. This created some unexpected issues with our family needing to work remotely and thinking we could stream movies, so helpful for you to know that in advance. Not an ideal work from home location in my opinion as a result.
- You can't hike off the property like we initially thought might be possible as there are lots of private lots around there.
All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here. It was spacious and comfortable for our family and Sarah was a great VRBO host.

Colorado Wedding
My sister in law was getting married in Colorado and my husband and I needed a place that for our family. Sarah was very clear with directions because GPS is a bit touch and go in those parts. Her email is long, which she acknowledges but very thorough and hit every thing needed. I hope we all can return sometime in the future.
