Truly one of a kind home! The backyard has everything you need to relax and enjoy AZ. House is fully stocked and clean. Beds are super comfy. The property manager was very responsive. This home is user friendly. One example, light switches are labeled. This was very helpful. We will be back!

We had family and friends stay at the house for a week and it was a great place to stay. The house had plenty to entertain the kids and adults, and the location was perfect. Plenty of good places to eat, close to the highway, and an overall pleasant experience for everyone.

We entertained my parents, aunt and uncle, brother, niece and her family of 4! Everyone always had something to do, the rooms were so comfortable, the amenities were endless!! We plan to be back annually!!

If I could give this property more stars, I absolutely would!! There is truly not one thing I could complain about. The owners were wonderful with communication and made sure our stay was smooth and relaxing. The house is decorated nicely, there was tons of space for all 6 of us. (ages 3-66) The location of this house was perfect to many amenities. There was an abundance of everything from towels to dishes and even had a air fryer and crockpot - perfect for easy meals! We visit Arizona every year and this is definitely the house we will always rent from now on. Don’t miss out on this place! :)

This is the second time we stayed here and again it checked all of our boxes for a great stay. Was perfect for my 3 adult sons and I for our annual golf trip to Phoenix. The house was central to many great golf courses including the one backing onto the house. The house was also ideal for RnR after our golf games.

We stayed the week with our preschool age children. The house was great, close to so many attractions as well as having a pool in the backyard. It was perfect.

It was absolutely perfect . The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit for our family . Because we had so much fun golfing and swimming , we didn’t get to to use the gorgeous well appointed home much. No need to bring anything , it had everything we needed. We had several excursions planned for our grandkids but only did a couple because they wanted to stay and play in the pool. Communication with owners was exceptional. Only had a couple of questions, absolutely no issues with the home , and then responded right away. Can’t wait to go back. The home is in a perfect location ,close to restaurants and airport. Our adult kids ubered to spring baseball games, top golf etc . Quick and inexpensive. My husband I really enjoyed downtown Gilbert . We lucked out with the weather, owners can’t control that , it was 70’s and sunny everyday. . Thanks again Allan and Brenda.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. My husband and I enjoyed and felt safe on our morning walks. For us, the location was central to where we needed to be since we were never more than 20 minutes from any of our family reunion engagements. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but we did have fun playing Yahtzee, one of the many games made available by the owners. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. All in all, it was a great stay and we'd recommend this property.

We had a great winter get away at the property. House was as advertised and even more. Plenty of room for our family of six. We enjoyed the pool, putting green, hot tub and grill. Located on Superstition Springs golf course. So many amenities at this location. Allan is a very responsible host! Highly recommend for any family looking for a quiet neighborhood for your next family vacation.

The house worked perfectly for our big family stay, kids anywhere from 2-18 enjoyed the yard and pool. Bedrooms were spacious with tvs in everyone of them as well. Quiet neighbor off of a busy area with lots to do close by. Definitely would come back as we didn’t have any dislikes with the house and owners were easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Our family really enjoyed our trip. The house is in superb shape and had all the items you need to cook, play, relax and watch the fellow golfers on the course in the back yard. Great communication with the homeowner and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thanks again! Tip for the golfers - take the time and go play Troon North! It will not disappoint.

Perfect home for a family. My grandkids loved it. Very well equipped with all you need to cook, play, rest and relax. Close to a grocery, Walmart store and a Coscos. Communication with owner was fabulous.

The house was great for our family trip. Playing games in the backyard, swimming pool, hot tub, mini golf, and watching movies on the oversized couch upstairs. Corner lot, safely overlooking golf course. Beautiful home!

Wonderful backyard oasis with nice pool! The house was well stocked with essential supplies. such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Communication with owner was prompt. We would definitely stay again!
