Superstition Springs comfort
This property was very conveniently located to many amenities. The suite was exactly as advertised and Diane, the property owner emailed us a occasion to ensure we had what we needed and that we were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We did not use the pool or hot tub as the weather had been slightly cool.

Best Place Ever
This is the perfect location for anyone visiting Arizona. Located close to spring training locations, shops, dinning, and much, much more. The owners are easy to communicate with and the house is extreme clean with a beautiful view of a golf course. I highly recommend this place. I’m just sad I have to leave.

Long term stay
I stayed for 3 weeks due to being relocated for work. The hosts were fantastic and very sweet especially when the AC had a problem in the summer. They were very attentive and quick to fix any problem. Unfortunately, I had one too many encounters with cockroaches and bugs. The owner said they spray so it might not be a problem in the future but I had many sleepless nights worried about bugs. The place had everything I needed, was close to my job, and local places like target and restaurants. The space was dated but clean for the most part and spacious. Overall, it was great for my needs and the view of the golf course was a bonus!

Felt like home
We stayed at Dianes property for six weeks. It was a great location with shopping close by and easy approach to the interstate. It was a quiet neighborhood. Diane was very easy to work with all throughout. She has a manager on site who is easy to approach and takes care of problems immediately. We felt very happy and there was lots of space, graet views and the apt has everythung ne needs. Diane we would love to return to your apt again. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Amazing condo, complex, and perfect location.
The condo was exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of space, everything very nice and updated, and a great location. Check in/out was super easy. The condo has everything you would need to for a couple nights or a months stay. The grounds were perfect for walking and the golf course view from back patio was amazing. Location was great - go one direction and all the restaurants you could want within walking distance. Go the other way thru the complex and a large grocery store was within five minutes. Highly recommend this condo.

Mesa condo
The condo was in a great location close to the highway but yet you did not hear the traffic. We enjoyed that there were restaurants close by that we could walk to. The condo had plenty of room. Diane was easy to work with.

Fun in the sun
A wonderful break from winter. The condo is great and centrally location to just about everything you can think of. Golf course view from the patio is great and the sunsets were spectacular! We will be back next winter.

Very nice and organized
Beautiful views of golf course. Nice lakes for evening walks. Pool and spa were nice too. Very close to 60 freeway. Shopping and dining very local. Property had everything we needed. For a family of 4 with 2 kids we stayed 30 days here and loved it. Clean, clean, clean.

Perfect location and amenities
We rented this lovely condo for over a month in the peak of summer and enjoyed the convenience of walking to the mall and multiple restaurants nearby! The walking paths around the adjoining property make for a nice morning walk/run. The pool and hot tub were well kept, clean and enjoyable to our children including the teens. Garage parking was extra perk along with the beautiful golf course views! The unit had everything we could have needed to make family dinners and enjoy our stay comfortably! I highly recommend this unit for your travel plans! Diane was sweet to work with and keeps a beautiful home!

We were very pleased with our stay at Diane's condo.
It is very nicely furnished and has everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. It was nice to have a place so centrally located. It is close to stores , grocery, casinos etc.

Convenient and comfortable!
This condo offers all the comforts of home! The condo was spotless and the owner was great to work with when making the arrangements. The condo is located in a safe and secure gated community with a beautiful view of the golf course. It was all the space we needed for 4 people. It is conveniently located just off Hwy 60 and just minutes from Phoenix Gateway. The only shortcoming was we were so busy we didn't get to spend enough time enjoying everything the community/condo had to offer - maybe next time!

Transitional Place for Family
Our stay at this condo was because we needed a place in Mesa until we closed on our home. We had just moved back to Arizona and this condo was the perfect fit for us. When we needed to extend our stay due to a delay in closing the owners were more than accommodating. Great place to stay with great owners who truly made our transition easy.

Can't wait to go back!
This is the BEST condo we have stayed at. Very well maintained and equipped with anything you would ever need. Perfect location right off the interstate on one side and close to restaurants and shopping on the other side. Beautiful views from the patio towards the golf course and walking paths around the complex. Pool and whirlpool area was clean and well maintained. Diane's communication was wonderful and very helpful. We did so much sight seeing while here I can't wait to come back to just sit around and relax in this beautiful complex.

Everything you could desire
We recently stayed at Diane's wonderful condo in Mesa. The condo was well-equiped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio as waterfowl made their morning migration, and wine in the evening as the sun completed it's daily journey. Diane was available, helpful and informative. We will be back, if you don't book ahead of us.

Great Condo!
We had a wonderful time over Christmas and the New Year. The condo was perfect for us, and the view from the patio was spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife which gravitate to the water! The complex is very quiet, despite being within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Diane could not have been a more helpful and responsive owner. We expect to be back sometime!

We were very pleased with the overall experience. The unit was clean and spacious with a good view. It was nice having a garage. I would certainly rent this unit again. We also like that what we needed was available in the unit. With the exception of food, which was obviously our responsibility, we had everything we needed. The only negative was a personal one and not specific to the unit. I like to work out daily and the clubhouse did not have a fitness center. If I stay again I plan to register for a one week pass at a local fitness center. The location and access is excellent.

Beautiful spot!
The condo, location and owners could not have been any better. Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated with a terrific view! Easy access to highways, food, health club, grocery stores and much, much more. I am planning on staying here again!

No Surprises
Spent one week visiting family and various attractions and had a wonderful time! There were no surprises as the condo was exactly as pictured. Location was wonderful and close to so many things!
Owners could not have been more helpful, they even inquired as to our well being while there. Extremely easy to work with. I am sure that they are as nice in person as well. Very prompt in replying to emails and our deposit was refunded to us in 3 or 4 days! Fantastic service!
The condo home was comfortable, well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, etc. All pertinent info regarding the area and the condo was thoughtfully prepared and readily available. Owners made it extremely easy to survive in a home away from home. Internet and wireless was great! Tinted sliding glass doors were a plus as they provided privacy during the day and kept out the bright sun. Tho' the garage was on the smaller end, it was very clean and quite cool considering the temperature.
The view from the condo was lovely, patio comfortable,as welll as entertaining, watching the varied group of geese, ducks, bunnies, and squirrels scampering around on the golf course. It sounded as if there were even frogs at night.
Great place! I would definitely stay here again and feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. This is a gem--quiet, lovely area, and overall very nice accomodation.

Home away from Home
I was very pleased with the condo it is exactly as described, very comfortable and roomy for 3 adults, all of the comforts of home. We had a bigger vehicle and we found it very hard to park in the small single garage so we did end up parking in the visitor lot however it was very secure. The one negative that I would say is I wished we had the ability to make phone calls without getting a calling card, every VRBO that I have stayed in had unlimited calling to the states and Canada and this would have been a great thing to have especially since we were away from home at Christmas time. Overall we were very satisfied with the comfort and helpfulness of the owner. We will be back.

Peaceful, well presented condo
This was just what we wanted. The unit was just right - not too small, not too large - perfect for a week's getaway for mum, dad and two little ones. It is very well equipped - in fact - there are a few extras which show a lot of thought on the part of the owners. Beds were comfy; everything worked well; and it was quite clean.
It was also very quiet, despite being close to Hwy 60 and a collection of standard chain restaurants just over the road. The surroundings are general suburban sprawl, with the usual branded outlets and other gated communities as neighbors.
We were staggered at how restrictive the conditions of condominium ownership were. We had never seen anything like it - the owners couldn't even put out their own plant pots on their own patio. Sadly, this rendered all of the units as uniform and drab, but this is nothing to do with the property owners at all...in fact, we felt sorry for them.
But that's hardly an issue for one week, and the condo itself was exactly what it promised. Our one problem was with the folk who live upstairs who were VERY noisy. They woke us up every day at 6.30 by banging about, and seemed to enjoy furniture moving on a regular basis. Once they had departed, they left behind a very annoying dog, which yapped whenever we breathed...and there was nothing we could do about it. So beware if you are looking for a lie in, or try to book when there is no-one staying upstairs.

Vacation/NASCAR
We were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. Everything is exactly as shown from the photgraphs.The view from the Condo to the lake and the golf course is excellent. We also enjoyed the outside deck. The unit is fully equiped with washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all the comforts of home. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we hope to stay again when we can.
