Slopeside 202 is a spacious three-bedroom townhome perfectly located between downtown and the mountain, and less than a mile to the slopes and trails of Winter Park Resort. Enjoy the two levels of privacy while still having an open floor plan on the main level when your group wants to come together in the cozy living room or have dinner together in the dining area. You'll love the views from the main level deck that showcase the resort and surrounding mountains.
Ready to rest easy,? Head to one of the three spacious bedrooms including the Primary King Suite on the main level, Queen bedroom on the lower level and perfect kids bunk room on the lower level. This level also features a small office space for when you have to get a little work done. Want to experience true mountain paradise? Head out to the private, bubbling hot tub that's total perfection all year long.

Went to slopeside in early Feb, the house was very nice. Comfortable beds and clean, very well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. The management company was very responsive with anything we needed. One tip for the shuttle … during the week use the green line and for the weekend use the old town line.

The rental is very comfortable with room to move around for a family of 4. The single attached garage parking is a bonus. The short bus ride to the resort is convenient but you will have to learn the route and which bus to take. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for families
Five adults and our four children were very comfortable in the home, which was beautiful. All our questions were quickly answered by the very helpful home rental service. I'll answer our biggest question with this home's location regarding walking to the main Winter Park Lodge -- It was easy in normal shoes and snowboarder boots and very possible in ski boots, but the bus stop is also very close for those who want to ride!

Slopeside 202
The property was a great walking distance to the village and slope. The house had an ample supply of everything that we needed. The only thing we would say is that it needed more shower towels. The hot tub was a great touch and used often. The staff was easy to reach and talk to. They accommodated us with what we needed. High recommend staying here.

Recent stay at Slopeside
Really enjoyed out stay at Slopeside 202. Nice unit, well stocked, and the Old Town location is the best! Had a small problem with the furnace that management dealt with very quickly and efficiently and even left space heaters in case we needed them - which we never did. Our family of 8 was very comfy there. And the skiing was fantastic!

Christmas in Winter Park
We loved the condo! Brought the entire family to have our Christmas and get some skiing in. First thing we saw when we arrived was the Christmas tree right by the fireplace, it was a very nice touch and made us feel right at home. Hot tub was amazing after a long ski day! Would absolutely stay here again.

So Inviting
The 3 bedroom condo at Slopeside 202 was our home away from home for 5 days in Winter Park. The decorations were tasteful and made us feel we were in a mountain cabin. The condo was clean and in tip top shape. The kitchen was so spacious and ready for cooking and entertaining. From the laundry room to the bathrooms to the kitchen, all they supplies we needed were provided. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay and we would rent it again.

LOVE
We visited for a week in Dec 2020 and fell in love with this home. We have 4 boys and it was plenty spacious. We will be returning this Christmas! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Definitely worth every penny spent here.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Slopeside 202. It has that home away from home feel. Excellent views of the slopes/people skiing from the dinner table and outdoor patio. We'll definitely be back.

Awesome unit for families
This condo was absolutely amazing. Our family travels alot, and this condo is probably our favorite rental of all the places we have stayed at. Everything we needed for cooking was provided, unit was very clean and decor was cozy, the staff stayed in touch throughout our entire stay. Half way thru our stay, the staff stopped by to check up on the hot tub to fill it if necessary. My little kiddos loved all the toys and art kits provided. There was every game you could imagine, lots of movies on hand for all ages. Beds were all very comfortable. Our family of 5 all loved this place. We will be renting this condo again next year when we return.❤

Fabulous family vacay spot
We took 5 mostly grown kids plus a grandbaby for a quick ski trip and this condo was PERFECT for us. The condo had all of the amenities we could need and was very convenient to the shuttle stop - just a 5 min bus ride to the gondola. It was immaculate and easy to get in and out of with our two vehicles (one garage spot and one in front of the garage). No complaints from us and management checked in with us via text frequently. We will definitely come back for another ski trip and stay here!

This is a well stocked unit. We felt very comfortable and at home. The kids room on the ground level could use a little more lightning.

Fantastic Location and Well Stocked
Fantastic location with well stocked kitchen and new grill on the deck. House is perfect for a larger family, or two families. Perfect kids bedroom with bunk bed and pull out. Management Company is quick to respond, makes things easy, and provides around-the-clock support if needed. We've stayed in a few places over the years, but come back to this one more than once and will continue to do so in the future.

Perfect Condo for a great ski weekend
This property was very well maintained and perfect for our needs. The private hot tub for the residence was a nice plus for after a day on the slopes. The only downside we encountered was the bus routes were spotty during the week, so had to walk to the basin one day.

A wonderful home.
The property was wonderful. Well furnished and equipped, and everything feels like a mountain home. The living area and counter is great for get togethers. There are showers in every bathroom, including the guest bathroom, which is incredibly convenient. The garage was heated which is a plus when its 0 degrees outside. The ski bus stop is very close, even my 3 year old could walk the distance comfortably.

Nice unit. Well stocked. Good location. Great for a family.
We spent Easter at this unit with our extended family. The size of the living area was a little smaller than we had anticipated, but worked for the size of our group. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook Easter dinner. The bedrooms are a nice size and accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children very well. The kids liked the hot tub and it was an easy walk to the shuttle over to the resort. We didn't use the games or movies but were really impressed with the selection. Winter Park Lodging Company called several times to make sure we had all the info we needed. Great weekend.

Slope side 202 was an
Slope side 202 was an excellent choice for my family. It was very clean, quiet, and a short shuttle ride to the base for skiing. We had a wonderful stay in this three bedroom, three bath, unit that had all the amenities we needed and then some.

Very nice place and located close to the WinterPark base.
Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The only things that could have made it better?
-Driveway had quite a bit of Ice build up which made it tricky to get out to the car.
-Hot tub just outside front door should be shielded for privacy.
Overall, a very nice place and would stay there again!

Family ski trip
Enjoyed Slopeside 202. It was big enough for our extended family. Loved having the private hot tub. Beginning to need updating, but satisfactory for the price. You are defintely not able to ski in or out. The shuttle was iffy. We did contact them and they said they had trouble with not enough employees. The staff was very helpful. Maintenance showed up quickly when needed. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Great location but bring essentials
If you rent this condo, bring bars of soap for the bathrooms, laundry detergent and request more towels. We had a group of 11 and it seemed like we had enough towels for 8 people. You will need more towels when using the hot tub. We washed towels twice a day. Condo is very spacious and convenient to the shuttle buses to the mountain and downtown winter park.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Sorry to hear you felt short on supplies. With all our properties, we get you started on your visit with the basics, but leave it up to you to supply soap, shampoo, laundry detergent etc, if you are staying more than a few days. Along with that, the properties will have towels to match the occupancy, but if you need more, just give us a call.

Wonderful stay close to the mountain!
The condo set-up was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and beautiful, open shared kitchen/living area for everyone to gather and cook food. We were too busy riding our bikes to enjoy the hot tub, but for future stays, I'm certain the front porch location would be a fun place to hang out. Winter Park Lodging Co. was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and helpful with our group's needs. We will definitely book through them again!
