Enjoy the summer of 2023 at Narragansett beaches, riding the waves, walking the shore, fishing or quahoging. Near Newport Music Festivals (Classical, Jazz, and Folk), Newport Polo, Guilded Age Mansions, NewportFilms outdoors at the mansions, and more. Stay in a duplex house with living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, and bath which is perfect for 1 person but can accommodate 2 persons.
The house is located in Sand Hill Cove, Narragansett, RI, on a quiet street that is a mix of rentals and residents. It a short walk to Roger Wheeler State Beach (rated one of the best beaches in New England with 27 acres of beach with picnic facilities, restrooms, showers, concession stands, and lifeguards on duty in summer.)
Restaurants, a small market, tennis courts, liquor store, coffee shop all are within walking distance. Other conveniences including grocery store, gas, and laundry are nearby. Walk to Galilee State Beach, Galilee Bird Sanctuary, Great Salt Pond, Pt. Judith Lighthouse, and a dozen restaurants (casual to fancy.) Short drive to Scarborough State Beach and Narragansett Town Beach, top rated surfing beach for the Northeast. Easy drive to Newport and a short ferry ride to Block Island, RI. A summer of fun.

The living room has a couch, 2 chairs, table, TV stand, and lamps. A desktop table and chair are available for remote work. Large flat screen TV with cable and Blu-Ray DVD. Private Wi-Fi network. Bedroom has 2 closets, dresser, bureau, and full bed. Kitchen furnished with bistro table, 2 chairs, 2 burner stove top, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and tableware. Air conditioning, plus ceiling fans, in living room and bedroom. Bath has shower, sink, mirror, medicine cabinet, storage shelving, and toilet.
Relax outside with a furnished patio and grass yard. Grill. Clothes line. Free off street parking for 1 car in an assigned location.
Linen includes mattress pad, duvet for bed, 2 pillows, and twin blanket. A bath mat is provided. Linens (sheets, towels, and pillowcases) may be rented at nearby laundry or bring you own.
