About this house rental

This lakefront home has a big view of the lake from every main room and most of the bedrooms.

Plan to spend time on the screened porch with your morning coffee while an early morning fishing boat trolls by. End your day with happy hour or a grilled dinner during sunset over the lake and dock. The screened porch is also the perfect spot to watch your kids jumping off the dock to swim or paddling one of the kayaks (2) or new stand-up paddle boards (2)(April-October)(we provide all sizes of life vests).

Take a 5 min walk along the sidewalk by the water to the Linger Longer Marina for an ice cream pop or some Lake Oconee swag, pick up a boat or jet ski rental, or take a longer hilly walk or bike ride along the 22 miles of wooded and paved paths of the peaceful Reynolds property. Wind down with a book on the hammock on the lower patio looking out at the water.

At dusk, sit in the Adirondack chairs by the lake, making s’mores over the fire pit. Challenge yourselves with a group ping-pong tournament or game of giant Jenga on the terrace level.

This home is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of families. There are 2 bedroom suites - one on the main level and one on the terrace level, both with king beds and large bathrooms with double vanities. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. All bathrooms were updated in 2022.

Reynolds is home to legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nickalus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp), and you can play at five of the courses as our unaccompanied guests (we’ll book tee times for you). If you prefer, sign up for a tennis lesson with one of Reynolds’ tennis pros. Or pamper yourself and make spa reservations at the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee, just a 5 min drive away. Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We rented a boat, kids enjoyed waterskiing, the screened in porch was perfect. We could see and talk to the kids at the dock while they were fishing! We all agreed we would be back next summer!!

Paul and Hailey's house was perfect for our extended family of 10, including 4 teenage boys and 2 grandparents. Its location on a quiet cove made hanging out in the water easy and fun, and we made great use of the included stand up paddle boards and kayaks. There is one marina within walking distance, and 2 others just a 10 min drive from the house. Having the extra hang out space in the basement with the ping pong table was great for the kids as well. Overall, the house was very well appointed with things you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. My only suggestion would be including beach towels for lake use. Paul and Hailey were very communicative and responsive when I had questions. I would definitely rebook here! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We very much enjoyed our week here. House exactly as described and owners very helpful and efficient. Lovely position on Lake Oconee. My only reservations are 1. for visitors without a Reynolds membership, it would be frustrating not to have access to all the leisure facilities Reynolds has to offer. 2. It would be really useful to have swimming towels provided. We all flew from the UK, so it would have been awkward to bring them with us. Luckily we managed to borrow some while we were there, so not a big problem 3. Expensive compared to villas we usually rent in Europe. For the money, I would have expected at least a mid week clean/ linen change, but I am probably out of touch with US pricing. Having said all that, it was a great base with lots of sleeping accommodation and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We had 5 couples come down for a weekend getaway to Reynolds. House provided plenty of room for everyone, as well as cook meals together. Very conveniently located inside the gates. Halley and Paul were quick to respond to all communication. Sitting on the porch overlooking the lake was where we chose to spend the golden hours

All positives here. The location inside a gated section near golf, restaurants, Ritz, etc. was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet and house exactly as described. The homeowners were exceptionally responsive and made the entire process extremely easy. Would happily rent again.

We were very displeased with our stay at this property. The house had dirt and grime, there were many stains on bedsheets/furniture and multiple dead bugs were found. In my opinion, the pictures of the property do not reflect the actual condition. Additionally, a pair of underwear (from no one in our party) was found between mattress and headboard.

We enjoyed our stay here. We came as an extended family and met here for a UGA football game. Love the number of beds in the rooms and number of bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated which was really nice. Great location. Property owners kept in touch and made everything very easy. Even helping us eat at the restaurant within Reynolds Plantation! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

We loved our stay in this home on Lake Oconee. It is in a very nice, quiet cove with Reynolds Plantation. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. We were three families with young teenage kids and everyone had ample space and a wonderful time.

The home was just perfect for our group of 7 golfers. Plenty of room for everybody. Close to all the courses and restaurants. Host was very helpful with arranging tee times. We will surely stay here again when we come to Reynolds Lake Oconee.

For our college reunion golf weekend, the house was exactly what we were looking for - great location, well stocked and clean throughout. Paul was great to work with providing timely response to questions. There are a few small repairs around the house that Paul is working on, but overall a very good experience and we definitely would go back.

The Property was just as described , the bedrooms and bathrooms were great , the kitchen was well equipped. The back deck and yard has a beautiful view and it was very peaceful .Paul responded immediately whenever I had a question and offered his assistance in getting my group of 7 golfers from Hilton Head , SC. tee times . If I come back to the area I will definitely contact Paul and Halley and try and stay here again. The 6 friends that came on the golf trip with me all loved the house as well.

We greatly enjoyed this home again. It is well equipped in all regards. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy, and the open kitchen and living area make for great fellowship. The deck overlooking the lake is very comfortable. And the owners are super communicative and helpful. A very nice experience.

We had 10 people staying at the house, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. Plenty of inflatables and kayaks / paddle boards to keep everyone entertained on the water. Screened in porch was great place to sit in the morning and evening to enjoy the lake view and. Nice cove , very close to the Marina. Only negative is only 3 parking spaces and we had 4 cars so had to use a spot at the marina - no big deal. Host was great with communication and we had no issues.

My husband and I have 4 grown children, 3 with spouses., and 4 grandchildren ages 6,4, 17 months and 15 months. This was such a wonderful vacation. The home was beautiful and fit all of our needs. It was the perfect size!We rented a boat from Young Harris Marina and let the kids do some tubing. The little ones loved jumping off the dock at the house and swimming right there! We also really enjoyed the paddle boards! There was so much to do! Lunch at Gaby’s at the Ritz Carlton was great! We would absolutely do this trip again!

The property fit 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids) perfectly. The location was nestled in a cove and close to everything we needed whether driving the boat or to the grocery store by car. The owner was also very responsive and communicative.
