First time visiting the area and found this great property. Property owner was very friendly, courteous, and answered messages in a very timely manner. Property had everything we could ask for and was very clean, tons of amenities, and close to everything in town without being IN town, which is a plus. Would recommend this property and host! 5-stars all the way around.

We had a very nice stay. It was a comfortable and cozy house in a secluded and quaint neighborhood. Close enough to ASU but you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle of the campus.

We stayed the weekend for a football game at ASU. The property was easy to get to, in a beautiful location, and was very clean - just as pictured. This was our first time staying anywhere other than a hotel. I had a few questions that were responded to super quick. Donna was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the coziness and location of the cabin. The jacuzzi is a huge plus. My husband, daughter and her friend really enjoyed their mountain escape and opportunity to check out App State. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here for Parent Weekend. It was close and very clean but you can also feel secluded. The only thing we could've used is separate towels for the jacuzzi.

Brought family and dog to mountains for a spring break getaway, and this cabin was exactly what we wanted. Hot tub on the deck, clean house, and great gaming loft area. We were able to get away and enjoy exploring Boone and Blowing Rock. We were very happy with this clean well kept home, and look forward to returning one day.

We've stayed in Boone/Blowing Rock over a half a dozen times. This location was one of the best. It's minutes away from Boone and about 10-15 minutes from Blowing Rock. The host was great and the cabin was well equipped for a getaway.

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful mountain setting. Very comfortable and host very easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely cabin, felt very secluded despite having cabins on either side (plenty of trees/foilage between them), and relatively easy to access, convenient to downtown. Very spacious.
There is about a mile of somewhat narrow gravel road before you get to the cabin, but it's well maintained, not rutted out.
Note: you're not going to get any mountain views from this location, but you can enjoy soaking in the hot tub surrounded by trees.

Comfortable Cabin
My son and I stayed here for a couple nights when we came for his App State orientation. It was clean and comfortable and less than 10 minutes from campus! If you’re looking for a place with a view, this is not it, but it was tucked away amongst the trees and very pretty. Neighbors are close by, and we could hear some of them easily, but it didn’t bother us. All in all, we had a nice stay.

Close convenient and beautiful setting
My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this comfortable home while attending her college orientation. Just off highway 105, we enjoyed driving up the steep curvy road and found the home in a beautiful wooded setting. Birds singing all day, cool breezes coming through the screened windows. The home was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Owner was very helpful and communicated promptly. We had no issues. Would stay here again.

Vacation
Enjoyed our stay. Donna was great to work with. Just a heads up, the access to the home is up a couple flights of stairs. The home though is beautiful. Just far enough out of town but still close enough to enjoy Boone and the surrounding areas.

We took a short weekend trip to take our son to Tweetsie Railroad. The cabin was amazing, host was accommodating and it was conveniently located near downtown and Tweetsie. Over all an amazing vacation.

Great location and hot tub worked perfectly. Cabin was really clean and beds were comfortable. Fireplace was great.
Only downsides: no washer or dryer access, and cookware selection was minimal.

Cabin with a Beautiful View
My family and I stayed for the weekend and we loved it. The cabin was well stocked and very spacious. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive if you book the cabin and snow or ice is in the forecast. 2 wheel drive or all wheel drive will not make it up and down the road leading to the cabin. The owner was Amazing with answering any questions we had. We will definitely book again!

Cozy Mountain Cabin
We loved staying here it was perfect for us. There are two kings beds and a queen which was a plus. It was great to bring the dogs too, there is a crate in the living room for them. Hot tub was perfect for long cold days.
We visited in January and didn’t realize the house is at the bottom of a hill and didn’t have 4 wheel drive or snow chains and we got stuck and couldn’t make it up the icy road. Had to get an Uber to meet us at the top, go buy chains, Uber back, then chain two different vehicles to get out. Come prepared if traveling in the winter.

Awesome house with everything you need.
House was great. Location was awesome. Got the in the woods feeling but could get to the store in a few minutes. Only small issue we had was the hot tub smelled like it needed new chemicals (algae smell) but it wasn't bad enough to not get in. Other than that awesome time that weekend. Owner was quick to reply to any needs. Will definitely go back again!
