Elizabeth’s house was great. It is exactly as pictured, was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It has been nicely remodeled on inside and is very comfortable. Lots of towels, dishes and coffee cups, etc. It is quiet and location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will plan to stay again when visiting Boone

I love this house and have stayed here before. It is a beautiful remodel that says, 'enjoy and relax'. My mom really needed a break from being a care taker and this was the perfect place for it. It is also convenient to many of the sights in the Boone area.

Rented this house for family to attend our granddaughter's graduation from App State. Very convenient location in Boone with easy access to downtown, Blowing Rock, Parkway, etc. The house itself met all our needs, including a well-equiped kitchen. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. The homeowner has paid attention to every detail. The beds are comfortable with quality pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having a 3rd bathroom was awesome. You can tell when some owners cut every corner trying to save a nickel, that is NOT the case in this home. Rent this home you will not be disappointed.

This place is great! My uncle, grandparents, husband, and I stayed here. It was the perfect size with plenty of room. Probably one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. Everything was very clean and spacious with great attention to detail. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the kitchen appliance essentials and then some! It is right off the main road with plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive (or a short walk).

Group of senior adults stayed at The Ivy for skiing at Appalachian and Sugar Mts. Fabulous location convenient to skiing, restaurants, and attractions in the Boone area. Easy to get to and ample parking. Neighborhood felt very safe. Great amenities and Elizabeth was very accommodating on our dates. Thanks for a great stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this house. It was clean and roomy. Tastefully decorated. A well stocked kitchen. Having 3 bathrooms was fantastic because there were 5 women getting ready for a formal event. Elizabeth was a great hostess. She was available to answer any questions. Will definitely make a return visit.

We loved our stay at this house! It is on a very quiet street. It is close to lots of restaurants & shopping in Boone. The house has been completely updated on the inside. It is very clean & the king bed we slept on was very comfortable. The linens & towels were very nice. We had great communication withElizabeth. Very well maintained property. We were very impressed with how nice and clean the house was. We had everything we needed for our Boone get away. Centrally located to everything Boone has to offer. This location is also close to Blowing Rock, Grandfather's Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's Fall Y'all get out and enjoy the weather and beautiful leaves.

Wonderful accommodations that provided us the perfect location for getting ready for a rehearsal dinner and a family wedding in the area. Central to both locations. Handicap accessible for my parents who are in their 80’s and mom who just had a knee replacement so was still using a walker. Single car garage was a bonus for unloading and loading out of the weather. Relaxing, peaceful, and plenty of room for all 6 of us. Beautifully decorated. Everything provided. Highly recommended.

This property was conveniently located in a quiet Boone neighborhood within a 5 drive to App State. The interior is beautifully renovated with serene colors, extremely comfortable beds, luxury towels, linens, spa toiletries. The huge updated kitchen was stocked with upscale appliances and high quality cookware. The spacious backyard was perfect for a game of corn hole that we brought with us. The owner communicated all information in a timely manner. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely book again.

Very well updated home with plenty of bathrooms and a well stocked gourmet kitchen. You will not be able to find a better location, especially for the cost. Elizabeth was also very attentive and accommodating. She helped to make our visit an A+ experience. Highly recommend staying there.

The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to all town amenities. We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door until the end of our 2 week stay. It appears to be recently remodelled with high-end appliances. All rooms are tastefully docorated. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. 3 bed/3 bath is great for families or friends traveling together. Highly recommend this property.
