Visit our great weekend getaway in the heart of Colorado.

Stay in the heart of downtown in a recently renovated loft located in a historical building built in 1886, one of towns oldest buildings The entire building has been totally redone inside and out even with historical colors selected for the exterior.. Walk to all the art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Raft, kayak, flyfish, mountain bike, hike, ski/snowboard, sno-cat ski, golf, horse-back ride, soak at 5 different hot springs within 30 minutes, or just for everybody! The loft offers a peaceful, tranquil environment to escape from the hectic activities of life.

This unique 2nd floor loft style property has views of all the mountains, yet is right downtown, so you can walk everywhere. It has a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, 12ft ceilings, exposed original brick walls, gas grill, washer/dryer, wine cooler, and feels like home! One queen bed and a king bed, with luxury bedding, down comforters and goose-down pillows. Great for all seasons. Salida is the hidden gem of the rockies. Everything anyone could want is out my back door. Any questions or for specifics, please feel free to call!

Salida offers the largest downtown historical district in all of Colorado and is surrounded by endless outdoor activities. Home of the Arkansas River, the greatest concentration of 14er's in the continental US, and close to Great Sand Dunes National Park.

We allow one well behaved dog for a $50 non refundable pet fee. Please reach out if you have questions.

The loft is decorated beautifully, emphasizing and highlighting the old building in downtown Salida. You walk up a steep and narrow staircase to the upper floor, which is entirely the loft. The location is easy to find and parking is available. There is a large, private courtyard in back with a grill and seating with shade. I would definitely suggest this loft to others staying in Salida.

My partner and I absolutely loved this charming loft. The location is perfect. Short walking distance to river, park, shops and restaurants. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Responsive email communication with Emily. Highly recommend.

It was just me and my daughter and we had a great time driving up to the springs and looking in the town. We had never been to Salida before it was comfortable. The bed was a little soft for me, but it was great very comfortable when you first get in and nice sheets, very clean condo, and some views Have the mountains in the background🌹

Family of 4 (kids 7-9 years of age) and our dog all stayed for a week. The condo is beautiful. I enjoyed the artwork from all their travels around the condo. The location was close to F street and the park, so it was easy access to everything. We will definitely check for availability for all of our future Salida visits. Cheers!

This is a great loft for a weekend away! It was so fun be walking distance to everything downtown. We enjoyed going out after a day skiing. The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for walking in town and only 25-30 mins to the mountain to ski. Would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here for my niece’s wedding but there was definitely room for 2 couples. Beautiful kitchen, views of the mountains and the BEST comfy bedding, pillows and mattresses! Super easy short walk to all the shops restaurants and river walk in Salida and yet quiet at night. Renters need to be able to carry bags up to tue second floor. I highly recommend this place!

An out of town friend was visiting me. We loaded up two bicycles and headed to Salida for two days of bike riding and hot springs. I have stayed at Emily's loft before, and it is always perfect in every way--location, amenities, comfort, generally good fun vibes. I am grateful for another wonderful escape to Salida.

Beautiful place that is decorated gorgeously. Obvious amounts of time has been taken to make sure that you feel like you were the only person to have ever stayed here! From the folding of the blankets to the stained glass windows everything has a thoughtful touch. Loved our time there, and we’ll definitely book again when we are back that way!

The Loft is in a great location. Salida is a wonderful small town with active community support in the heart of the Rockies. The downtown area and riverside park were awesome. The Loft is an easy walk to downtown. It was clean, easy and very comfortable with every conviene. Definitely would stay there again!

The flat was absolutely perfect for everything in the historical part of Salida. You can walk to grocery stores, resturants, and breweries. The river is only a block away wich you basically walk through the park. Everthing you need for a couple days or even extended vacation is here, just bring your clothes and hit the local stores up for food and drinks. The host answered any questions i had and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in Emily's flat you will not be disappointed.

This loft (actually 2nd floor) is located perfectly for downtown Salida. Walking distance to the Arkansas River, great restaurants, art shops and outside activities. Two bedrooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom and kitchen were ideal for a couple or small family. Just be aware that the stairs may take some climbing skills (ha!). When we return to Salida, we will book this place again! Thanks for allowing us to stay here.

There are a few businesses located in the downstairs, but since we were there on weekend did not encounter. The stairs up are a bit narrow and may be hard to navigate with larger luggage but a small consideration for a lovely stay

This 2 bedroom loft was a great find! Nicely renovated and clean, it was cozy and modern. In walking distance to great restaurants, parks, shops, breweries/bars. Nice fenced backyard space for our dog and plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, smooth stay at the loft. If there was anything we observed was that there are some businesses on the first floor so you need to be mindful of noise. We had a small kiddo so just adjusted but a consideration for families who may be staying

Clean and comfortable. Parking in back of ally a plus and In shade so car stayed cooler. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. Stairs might be a bit steep for seniors or Anyone with knee problems. We don’t have those concerns yet. I would recommend that the owner put someplace to put your luggage in bedrooms. The rooms are large enough for a bench or luggage rack. We had ours opened on the floor. We did have to get some coffee as owner had none in house . There is a grocery store downtown. All and all cool place to stay.

Just a perfect spot for staying in Salida. A block away from the bustle of downtown and the beautiful park at the river. Everything inside is updated and comfortable. Beds are nice, kitchen is wonderful, bathroom is amazing, backyard patio is relaxing. WiFi and streaming service on tv works perfectly. Owner is welcoming and gracious…Communication is excellent. Hoping for the opportunity to stay here in future years.

Great place to stay close to everything in downtown Salida, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet. Beautiful decorations and comfortable beds... Only complaint is that the sheets need replacing. Some stains left behind that we would rather not see!

This is a lovely apartment located very close to the Arkansas River and the shopping and dining venues in downtown Salida. We enjoyed the convenience to downtown, the parking space off the alley behind the building, and the fenced-in courtyard with outdoor furniture and raised flower beds. I would definitely recommend to others planning to visit Salida.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time here. Great location, beds were comfortable, nice kitchen accommodations, and we appreciated the smart tv so we could stream movies from our devices. Very tastefully decorated and clean. Would definitely recommend.
