Ellington Loft is located in the S and W building, which, for the benefit of all of the building's residents, has a noise ordinance in effect between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. A noise level monitor is in use in the building. If maintaining a quiet noise level beginning at 10 p.m. is an inconvenience for you, we have many properties that offer seclusion, so please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!
⢠Please note that parking is not included with this rental property, and there is no loading/unloading zone in front of the entrance. There is a paid parking garage nearby which is well marked and close to the S and W building.
⢠Due to the historic nature of the S and W building, the elevator is occasionally closed without warning for maintenance. Stairway access is always available to Ellington Loft, which is on the 4th floor.
⢠In order to use paid services such as Netflix and Hulu Plus on the AppleTV, guests must provide their own subscription account. Additional content is available through several free services. AppleTV also features AirPlay, allowing guests to play content from other Apple devices (iPhone, iPod, or iPad) on the loft's large screen HDTV.
Each reservation staying 28 days or less includes our exclusive Mountain Discovery Pass, which includes one Biltmore Estate pass, in addition to a ticket for other seasonal attractions that are sure to delight and entertain! We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient. The beds were mostly comfortable. We wish there was a bit more flexilbity with check in procedures and that a bit more toilet paper was provided, but other than that it was a wonderful experience.

This condo is in a great area. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops/breweries within walking distance. We didnât have any issues parking at the nearby parking garage. There was lots of space for our group of 8.

This was a great place for a family trip. Enough room for all to have their own sleeping space & still worked well for kids to have their own beds too. The location is right in the middle of down town but the space itself is still very quiet. We really enjoyed!

We visited Asheville as a family vacation to explore the city, visit the Biltmore Estate, and go on some hiking excursions. Ellington Loft was an ideal location and the apartment was wonderful. It was a very functional layout for our family of 6 adults. The property was very secure and communication with Carolina Mornings was excellent. The nearby parking garage was easy to access. The downstairs eatery area was definitely an added bonus with great places to grab a bite or have a drink. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if visiting Asheville.

Had a small group in Asheville for my wifeâs 40th birthday. Was a great location and worked wonderfully for the 8 of us that stayed in the unit and a good home base for the rest of the group that stayed elsewhere.

The loft was great, but parking was a real problem. We had to park a couple blocks away and lug our suitcases and groceries. That was a hassle, but the location was GREAT

Planned a long birthday weekend with the family. Property was well appointed and accurately described and represented by the pictures. Interior is well appointed, comfortable and welcoming. Large balcony area for relaxing. Food court on first floor was a nice bonus for snack time. Centrally located in walking distance to all the good restaurants and sight in downtown Asheville. We will do this again and come back to this same property.

Stayed at the Ellington loft with a few friends for a long weekend and it exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious loft in an unbeatable location. Will be back!

This property is close to everything in Asheville. The loading/unloading is a bit of a nightmare because the front door is on a busy street with no place to park. We found the back exit and used it for our luggage and groceries, and easy access to the parking garage. We paid a holiday premium for the property and they wanted to charge us an extra $60+ to get early access even though it was available. There are no cooking supplies, so bring all your own spices, foil, etc. There were also no kleenex.

We chose this perfect location so we could walk around town without having to drive everywhere. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and was very spacious. We had one issue with the downstairs bathroom, but was able to call maintenance. They arrived the same day and resolved the problem. We felt very safe in this location and loved being able to share this time with our family. Definitely will be coming back!

Let me preface this by saying the balcony, which provides so much room and private access to the outdoors, was wonderful and counters everything, but some basic upkeep / attendance could help make the property be more comfortable:
* Please replace the burned out lightbulbs and up the wattage - these old eyes have a hard time reading in dim light.
* Cleaning supplies and soap would be much appreciated. We like to clean as we stay and be good guests, and I never mind bringing extra paper products. But buy some Windex and soap!
* As a guest that cooks, how about a few more quality pots and pans.
Other than that, potential renters, there's easy trash access, the place feels secure (you can store your bike on the balcony), and it's fun having ice cream and brew on the first floor.

We enjoyed this modern, loft style unit, & all it had to offer! The balcony was a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
The building itself (wine, ice cream, a brewery & food court) was an added bonus.

My friends and I had a great stay at the Ellington condo. They had room for 5 singles to stay comfortably and the deck was perfect for us. Location couldn't have been better!

The penthouse was comfortable for our family of five with 3 bedrooms & 3!bathrooms & large porch (but view was blocked & Disappointing). The kitchen was stocked lightly. But missing basic items for cooking & baking meals. The penthouse Wi-Fi & cable were out but promised to be fixed following afternoon & we were given a discount for the loss. The parking was a couple blocks away and we had to quickly unload from street in front & lug our suitcases inside lobby and up elevator. No Cart available & canât leave car on street. So pack light. The food court and brewery in building were handy & excellent. The management team was helpful and fixed problems as promised. Three days of heavy rain dampened our spirits so we are hoping for sunny skies for our next visit

Decent property centrally located in Asheville. Entrance is odd as the entry is through a food court. Large homeless population across the street although they caused no issues. Property layout is good and accommodated our group. Upstairs shower didn't drain and water pressure was poor. Towels were extremely small. I'd expect more for the price.

It was the perfect walkable location. We were never lacking in things to do, see, eat or drink. Loved the decor and especially the master shower. Definitely should have stayed more nights to have time to fully enjoy the patio.

Came here for a girls weekend -/perfect location in the center of Asheville! Loved the first floor food court with eclectic food options and the brewery in the building that had live music.
The apartment was beautiful and spacious! The outdoor patio was so special with great views and a relaxing place to end our evening. Definitely recommend staying here!

The rental process was seamless and the unit was very clean. You cannot beat this location if you want to be downtown. Although there is not a designated parking space, there is a nearby garage that is super convenient. I do wish we could have checked in a bit early but I do understand it is a large unit to clean. Great for families!
