Welcome to Bean Point Bungalow! This sweet and cozy beach cottage is located on a quiet street in Anna Maria! 3 bed/2 bath with a private heated pool. This home reminds us a lot of the vintage style beach cottages that you just don't see much anymore, but it's been updated with some newer nicer features to make this more user-friendly and we didn't get rid of the charm!

As you can see in the photos, this home is beautiful inside and out, and features a split floor plan with the main living area set up as a Great Room, featuring the living, dining, and kitchen in one large open space. Two of the three bedrooms are located to the right and left of the foyer, and both share a full bath. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and features a king bed and a large master bathroom.

-Primary Bedroom: Kind bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
-Second Bedroom: Queen bed with jack-n-jill door to shared hallway bathroom with walk-in shower
-Third Bedroom: Full over full bunk bed with trundle.

You can enter the pool space through the master bedroom sliding glass door or the door to the rear of the Great Room. Upon exiting the home, to the rear patio area, you'll find a small but beautiful heated pool, perfect for your children and/or a few friends. The outdoor space itself has brick pavers, lush natural landscaping, ample seating, and privacy.

Your family will love the quick access to the beach, which is across the street from the home, less than 20-30' away. It makes beach days (and your walk to the beach with all of your necessary gear) a breeze! Not to mention, this beach area is one of the least crowded beaches on the Island, with very little traffic making it all the way up here. You'll love the views. This section of the beach ends at Bean Point, which is the extreme North End point of Anna Maria. Besides the quiet beach that you have here, you also have absolutely amazing views as Tampa Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico, with backdrops of Egmont Key, Passage Key, and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood which is what I wanted with a 91 year old mother with dementia. The management company was very responsive even replying back after hours at times. I wish the house were on the beach so that it was easier to get my mom on the beach but we did the best we can to get her there. Thanks for the stay and the memories!

Perfect place for family enjoyment

The unit had received a negative review by previous guest regarding the carpeting in the master bedroom, I brought this up to management's attention with well enough time prior to my check-in and they had the carpeting steam cleaned. The house not only smelled fresh but it was thoroughly clean and immaculate, exterior and pool are nicely kept. Kitchen was fully stocked of small appliances, cookware, bakeware, etc. Plenty of linens, towels and beach towels. You will have to bring in your additional trash bags and paper products as they only provide one or two of each. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential area which was perfect for us since we were looking to disconnect from the rush-rush of everyday city life. House is located across the street from the beach, with a shaded walk way out to the beautiful powdery soft sand! We are definitely looking forward to staying at this property again in the near future!!

Check in process was disjointed, we arrived 1hr early and were told it wasn’t ready. Turns out it was and we waited outside for the hour. After entering it was almost instantly that we realized the compromised condition and cleaning. The walls are beat and damaged, master bedroom carpet and window treatments were filthy, it was hard to want to walk on the carpeting it was so dirty. The fridge had shellfish legs in it - definitely not cleaned. The back door lock didn’t work, the master bathroom faucet was missing a piece. 2 small garbage bags for all week for garbage, we were told to go buy more. Poorly stocked basics for kitchen. We’ve only stay in highly rated properties and have only given positive reviews to date. But this was hugely disappointing, I felt like it was important to rate our stay. The property is for sale, seems like no one is caring for it. The location however, is something that can’t be beat.

Was kind of misled on description of location....... Not steps from beach but a little hike! 🤔 We splurged a little on price thinking we had a view.... so not worth the price. The finishes were very nice..... master bed room carpet was stained and ugly. We love Anna Maria and will be back, but not to this rental. For what we paid we could have had something much nicer. 🙁

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The small, warm pool was perfect for our young family and we used it almost every day. Access to the beach was directly across the street and just a short walk, which couldn’t have been more ideal! We’d love to book it again some day if we get the chance! Thanks!

Easy rental process throughout. The house and pool are great for a small family. Few improvements to be made: Dust the faux plants and lamps. Fix the sliding screen door & replace the master bedroom carpet.

We had a great time. Everything was exactly as it was stated and it was even better in person than it did in the pictures. It had great tiny pool and everything you would need to prepare a meal or make frozen drinks. We would stay here again!!

This spot on the north of Anna Maria Island is a Gem. A very quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and great restaurants. The bungalow was super modern, very clean and had excellent amenities including all beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. It was a perfect spot for our girls getaway. We will be back!!!

Everything about this stay was terrific! The house was the perfect size for a family of 4. Master bedroom and bathroom are excellent (although a dresser/drawers would be nice even though the closet is big - that's the only suggestion I would have; the bunk room definitely could use a dresser of some type). Kitchen is very nice. We really enjoyed the pool -- it's small but pefect for cooling off and deep enough for kids to swim. Location is awesome and directly across the street from beach access. Highly recommend!

Bungalow was inviting, relaxing, well equipped and spotless. We had a fantastic vacation. Quiet and private beach where we watched the sunsets everyday. Convenient to restaurants on the island but cooked at home too because we had everything we needed. Pool looks tiny but it was a very nice bonus especially in the evening.

This beautifully remodeled home is open and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. The dipping pool is the perfect size to cool off and the cute backyard is large enough to relax on one of the lounge chairs for an afternoon nap. Very private house and yard. Perfectly located across the street from a large expanse of white sandy beach. Highly recommend this home!

So glad we found this sweet little beach cottage and Anna Maria Island. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. Great location to beach, town and fishing pier. Walking distance to just about everything; shopping and delicious food. This was our first trip to Anna Maria and it won’t be our last! Amanda was a gem to work with too. The quaint, recently renovated bungalow was just what we needed. The interior was very well done. Seating and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The little pool in the private back yard, suited our party of 6 adults perfectly. Although, the walk to the beach was mere minutes away, we found the pool to be our favorite spot. The neighborhood was quiet, and well suited for biking. Our only complaint was the absence of a table for game playing or eating. The kitchen island, with only 4 stools, served as our table. If you visit Anna Maria Island, head to the north end, and stay here.

As soon as we opened the door to this adorable cottage we knew we lucked out. Everything done was tasteful, clean & beautiful. The only criticism is that there is no dining table inside or out so the only place to eat is at the kitchen counter. Other than that this place is wonderful
