About this apartment rental

This beautiful 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment is surrounded by the mountains at Crystal Peak Lodge. The ultimate Breckenridge vacation getaway sleeps 6(plus have air mattress for 7)with true ski in/ski out access. Located at the base of Peak 7, steps away from the Independence 6 person chair high speed lift. Step out the front door and the Breck-Connect gondola will take you on a short ride to Peak 8 or all the way to the beautiful town of Breckenridge (this is a free service). Convenience is a promise here.

The condo is 1260 square feet, on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths, a full kitchen with all appliances, a washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Spectacular views from the every room and a deck with views of the continental divide.

This property requires extra lodging taxes of 3.27% which will be paid directly to owner which will be calculated on each rental agreement

Rental includes: Heated garage parking, 1 private ski locker, ski rental and lift tickets available on site, just downstairs from the condo. Gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, free wifi, pull out sofa in the living room.

This apartment has full use of all One Ski Hill place amenities which include:

-Free shuttle bus service to town with Breck connect right outside
-Free gondola service
-Private bowling alley
-Private movie theater
-Swimming pools and spas
-Fitness Center with steam shower
As our guests of Crystal Peak Lodge, the facilities of our sister lodges are also free for your use so in addtion to One Ski Hill Place, just 500 yards by gondola or walking, enjoy the indoor pool complex with a dry sauna, the theater rooms or the bowling alley; there is, Mountain Thunder Lodge, at the bottom of the gondola, offers a year ‘round heated OUTDOOR swimming pool and a heated pool house for an easy change of clothes.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. It was just as pictured. The location was so convenient. We just walked out the locker room a few steps to the lift. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Condo is very nice and quiet. Kitchen is more spacious than other places we’ve rented. The owner is very involved and super helpful. There are lockers that store you stuff with a door directly to outside and right next to a Breck ski rental place. I’m not sure the Gandola for the ski slopes could be any closer without touching the building. There is a separate Gandola on the other side of the building that takes you to downtown or over to Peak 8 at no charge. Just an awesome place.

This unit was amazing, was not too far off of the main lobby so it was quick getting in and out and getting to the parking garage if you needed to run down for something. We used all the amenities and it all lived up to our expectations. We took full advantage of the shuttle service and never had to wait more than 10 minutes on a ride. I didn’t see a hot tub listed in the amenities but there is one on the property!

This is exactly what we envisioned! Get geared up in the ski locker room and walk out the door just steps away from Independence Chair leading to endless corduroy cruisers. Finish your day off in the hot tub and wave to the day trippers lugging their equipment to the gondola. Peak 8 is a quick gondola(also just steps away) stop or walk to pick up your pre bought lift tickets and breakfast. Rental equipment available steps from the ski lockers. The gondola can also bring you into town for apres fun. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Parking is simple in the indoor first floor garage. This is as easy as it gets at one of North America's top resorts. We do hope to return only next time we will stay longer!

It was nice to have the locker at the hill. The ski in-ski out were very convenient. We wish the gondolas ran until 10 p.m. so it was easier to enjoy the downtown at night.

Yaiza is a quiet town perfect for touring the island yet peaceful and comfortable. Pool lovely and warm and perfect for a swim after a day walking in the hills and coast.Good restaurants nearby in Yaiza,El Golfo and La Quemada make for variety.

If you love to ski, pack your bags and this is the place to stay. Hosts are gracious. Accommodations were clean. Building is right off chair lift. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again.

Crystal Peak property is very nice and accommodating. Their shuttle from property to Breckenridge Main Street was convenient, especially since there are parking meters to pay, along every street, to parallel park at on Main Street. We were there in September 2022 and the Gondala was shut down, so we were disappointed we didn’t get to ride that. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful mountains!!

This property was booked in "shoulder season", not too busy yet, town not overly crowded, property clean, convenient, had the hot tub to ourselves. Fitness center is very nice, hiking available right out the door. Owner wrote of several fav hikes, shops in town. Restful stay.

Steps away from the lift. Ski locker is just inside, so about as convenient as possible. Indoor parking underground. Movie theater and bowling alley access (one lodge over) were fun for kids. Owner (Ross) was a good communicator. He’ll send instructions early that you’ll need to keep handy and reference.

Great location for maximizing your time on the mountain

My wife, son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was. The unit was clean and well appointed. The TV's weren't great but we weren't there to watch TV. There is a ski rental operation in the basement and we booked equipment online and were able to just glide in and pick it up. The building is nice and there is a restaurant next door. We used the bowling ally and it was great. Communication with the owner/PM was great and we were always well informed and responded to quickly.

True ski in/out with lift outside front door, ski lockers downstairs and a rental shop in lodge. Just enough apres ski activity without being too crowded like other peak. Also lodge shuttle into town was very helpful. Well appointed condo with nice furnishings and easy communication with property manager. Highly recommend and will visit again.

The location is great - just a few steps from the Peak 7 BreckConnect Gondola Stop. Ski lift right in front. Rental Center in building so one of the boys was able to pick up his lift pass easily. Short Gondola ride up for access to more lifts and short gondola ride down for groceries, meals, etc. LOVED the hot tub and heated pool out front to sooth sore muscles after a day on the slopes.

This condo seems larger than it really is and had everything we needed for our stay. It's located right at the base of peak 7 so would be ideal for true a ski-in, ski-out stay. Ross was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ross!

We had nearly everything we needed in this lodge’s condo during our 4 night stay with a few exceptions. The kitchen and bathrooms were large and accommodating. Our only issues were the ultra firm mattresses and a broken ice maker in the freezer (no ice trays, either). Otherwise, our stay was delightful.

You literally walk into the ski locker room without going outside so you can get yourself ready. Once you walk out, it is about 100 feet to the chair lift. If you want to ski Peak 8 instead, the gondola is just around the corner. Want to go into town in the evening for dinner, there is a free shuttle that will pick you up, drop you off and bring you home again. The condo itself was cozy and great for a party of 4 adults. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The view out the sliding doors an on the patio are amazing.

Great location, everything was perfect. 10 am checkout/4pm checkin is a bit early/late if I’m being picky. COVID safe and great/helpful staff. Hot tub on the slopes was awesome and by reservation. Steps from the gondola to travel all over Breck and you can ski right up to the condo. Ski rental is downstairs @ Breck Sports. Highly recommend, for a great family getaway.

This is an amazing property. The view is great and the location is perfect. You are so close to the downtown area and the gondola is on the property. The condo is clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including condiments. The owner is great. He gave us recommendations on different places to visit, which was great. I will most definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

There were some glitches at the begining of our stay but the owner was very apologetic and responsive. He was very helpful. The unit itself is wonderful and the views just beautiful. I would suggest having a notebook with instructions on how to operate TV's etc. That would be helpful.

This condo was amazing. The view and location was exactly what we had hoped for. The one shortcoming is that there isn't any a/c if the weather turns hot. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling for cooler weather. Management was on top of everything and more than willing to offer suggestions for visiting the town and surrounding area.
